Cons As someone who had to manage expenses, trying to run analytics on my expenses was a hassle. Helps keep you organized and lets you know when to expect a refund for your expenses. Pros The ease of which I am able to download receipts is really helpful with Certify. Also, the fact that I can just add to existing expense reports, retrieve info from archived expense report and edit all expense reports so easily makes using certify a much better choice than how our company took care of expense reports in the past. Cons At first downloading receipts was difficult if the picture was not in the correct format. I need to make sure it is I believe in the jpeg format to be able to upload the receipts. They allow you to receive emails to remind you that you need an expense reviewed and approved as well. Cons What I like least about this software is sometimes when you want to upload a receipt the receipt will upload as a separate entry rather than support for the current one you're inputting. It was antiquated and very time consuming when a large party traveled to reconcile receipts and invoices. One had to keep track of all claim and payments personally. This system solves all those problems and allows each user to keep track of their expenses and payments. Pros Very intuitive. I appreciate it working across platforms. Very easy to review the claims prior to being submitted . Having the feedback of where the claim is in the review process is very helpful to and eliminates a lot of work answering calls about the status of claims. Cons Sometimes it is difficult to sync. receipts entered on a phone. Also, the "map it" feature is difficult to customize routes if the route used is not the most obvious. Before I was doing things manually, but I will definitely be permanently implementing this software. It can also be accessed anywhere, any time, which is another bonus. Pros This software is great. I was trialing a few different expense reimbursement softwares but this one is the best without a doubt. The setup of the software is great and very streamlined. Once you upload a receipt, it even auto-populates certain fields, which makes for a very easy process. Everything is very intuitive to use and they have great customer service in case you have any questions, they are very responsive. Cons You pay per use. It waves a happy bye to the traditional Excel spreadsheets which had to be filled and calculated manually. Certify does it for me in split seconds. Now at least my boss knows my whereabouts and my expenses during any business trip either a local trip or out station.
