new calendar experience is not needed, the colors are too wild and are very distracting, please remove this feature.

Easily the worst system ever. A commodore 64 could run a better program. I have hated every minute of it, and in discussing it with others in 3 different countries, in both specialist and general practice, their experiences are the same. Avimark from Covetrus or even a basic system like IDEXX Animana are an order of mangitude better.

Pros

Absolutely nothing. Having run 4 practices, worked in corporate and independent practices, as well as academia, I have vast experience of several systems. EZYVET has NO REDEEMING FEATURES. I cannot believe anyone would ever, ever buy this product!

Cons

Confusing, complicated, multiple paths to get... nowhere - or everywhere. Confusing terminology. Horrid, horrid, horris and massively inefficient. Learning the system is a nightmare; expediting work - forget it. Too many steps, parallel processes that don't overlap; tiny buttons you need to click her and there, but sometimes - not the buttons, the text, different colours.....

I've had a great experience with Ezyvet. From onboarding to go live I felt very prepared and helped. Would recommend to other hospitals.

Pros

Ezyvet has greatly improved my hospital's efficiency and record taking. The time we save on charting is significant compared to cornerstone. I love the ease of access to the information and how each thing is bundled into categories. It is so easy to send records from ezyvet and also it itegrates with my online pharmacy and texting service which has saved me so much time. The cost is better than cornerstone also. Great value for money spent. Customer support is excellent you can call, but 99.9% of the time I just submit a ticket and within same business day I will get an email with step by step instructions-which is great because I just save the email and go back and review when I need for the next time.

Cons

I've loved all features of ezyvet so far. I don't necessarily like all the frequent updates, but they are not terrible.

Frustrating. There is seemingly no way to create estimates for clients that can then be digitally transferred into a later invoice. Once estimates are created, we have to manually recreate them on the invoice which creates more work and opportunity for error. My hospital also has an excessive list of bloodwork options, most of which are rarely used, making it EXTREMELY cumbersome to find the right labwork for a patient at a reasonable price. There are also way too many steps to get something done. Part of this is because my hospital never provided any sort of training or standardized sop for use -there may be more efficient ways to use- but if you are a relief person or new user trying to navigate it without any instruction or I guess if it hasn't been customized for the practice flow, it is a nightmare.

Pros

It has a lot of fuctionality options which likely could be useful if setup correctly. There seem to be many ways for creating customizable templates. .

Cons

Without extensive individual customization to streamline use and options, it is very clunky and inefficient, not intuitive. I get lost between the various tabs. It is hard to scroll through a patient's record if you are not on the right tabs.This creates a distraction that interferes with client interaction.

horrible. We have had disaster after disaster with inventory management, billing issues, bath number frustrations, the list goes on

I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this software. I have been in the vet med field for over 20 years, this system is absolute garbage

Cons

Everything, this system is tedious, time consuming and completely and unnecessarily dumb. everything takes so much more time to do and has killed our efficiency

We love Ezyvet it fits our busy mixed animal practice very well. We integrate anything we can into Ezyvet.

Pros

Cloud based, flow follows the patient, seamless with lots of integrations. Staff feel it is easy to use.

Cons

Support could be a little better in more timely manner. Seems to have gotten slower when you have a question.

I enrolled in EzyVet in 2019 when I started my practice from scratch. There has been a growing number of integrations and improvements along the way which have added to EzyVet's functionality. My team is comfortable with Ezyvet. I have no regrets about starting out with Ezyvet whatsoever.

Pros

I love both the flexibility compared to older clunkier PIMS like Cornerstone and Avimark and the security of having a cloud-based practice management software program.

Cons

There currently neither AI features nor voice technology included with Ezyvet. While these are currently already available within a few of the competing PIMs products on the market now, I have heard that these features are in the works for Ezyvet too, and am looking forward to their addition!

Pros

It's user friendly and incredibly customizable from templates, estimates, clinical records to customizing your team's individual permissions, the options are nearly limitless.

Cons

The onboarding is challenging because the system differs so much from the norm. I've been part of a clinic transitioning to Ezyvet and opening a practice with Ezyvet. It is by far the superior PIMs.

My overall experience with ezyVet is very user friendly, easy to access and efficient! It has a great security for clients on payments made by them and it is also a great software for patient records and history.

Pros

What I like most about ezyVet is the convenience of patient management. It helps our customer support receptionist to easily assist clients and patients with scheduling and rescheduling new and excising clients!

Cons

What I like least about ezyVet is that its not used in every hospital! There is also one more thing that could help ezyVet be a bit more easier like a "both" option when it comes to emailing or printing a receipt as some clients do prefer both!
