Beautiful tool, saves me a lot of time, keep track of all my travel expenses. I definitely recommend this tool to anyone wanting to have control over travel expenses

Pros

Easy to use, straight forward. Even for using just the most basic features is worth the value of this tool.

Cons

At this point I have to say I haven't had any problems with this tool. No hiccups, no lost information.

Pros

Expensify makes it easy to manage my expenses within the company. It's very fast to use and super user friendly!

Cons

The smart scanner is a great idea, but unfortunately the performance isn't as good as the idea. I take less time filling my reports myself than using the smart scanner

Pros

It is easy to use and the platform is very intuitive, Loads are fast and approvals come quickly and easily.

Cons

You can only put one attachment and in my country you need the PDF and XML. should be adapted to the requirements of each country.

Pros

Easy to use fast the interface is really good the system worked super fast always got my money back in time.

Cons

Sometimes the camera doesn't scan just right maybe the interface with that can be a little bit better

Overall I think it's a great product with an easy to use interface. It doesn't really need to be more complicated and I think it does the job well.

Pros

Expensify helps me to quickly keep track of my work expenses, both locally and while traveling. My expenses are then sent for approval and the money is returned to me!

Cons

It's a little time consuming going through the receipts every month as I don't find the scanning very effective and I have to input the data manually.

Pros

Simple intuitive design with easy way to upload docs. makes reimbursement fast for everyone. My manager likes it too.

Cons

unclear what the next steps are after submitting. however there is usually an email explaining waht to expect.

Pros

A few of my most favorite aspects of Expensify are its Simplicity and Ease-of-Use paired with the power of the tools provided.

Cons

In my experience so far I haven't come across any cons to Expensify. That being said, I recognize my limited use of it and don't have a ton of other apps to compare it with.

This is still a great app and I like that it is secure and you get reimbursed to your account quickly.

Pros

It was really easy to get reimbursed quickly. I had no issues completing the forms and Expensify calculates mileage for you quickly!

Cons

It was a bit confusing at the start to get it going. It was a little bit hard to start the process and make sure it was connected to the right person.

Pros

Very good recognition success rate, once setup very easy to use.

Cons

High learning curve for initial setup for company use. Exporting all data out can be a challenge. Lacks integration with some popular platforms for accounting.

Determining which category to choose for expenses can be confusing, but there are plenty to choose from.

Once you understand how it works, no more having to hold all your receipts till your trip is over. You can process and get approved for reimbursement very easy.

Pros

Its easy to use and reads the receipts quickly and accurately. It also has a good integration with QBO if you use that.

Cons

Periodic bugs and syncing errors interfere with report workflows, needing further assistance to prevent delays.

Pros

I find Expensify superbly easy to use. I can easily claim expenses in just 2 minutes instead of emailing back and forth with the HR department. The initial setup was very easy; I just used the company email to sign in, and everything was set up.

Cons

For any issue, finding their chatbot is a bit difficult and it's still an AI, it takes time to connect to human support.

Expensify is a great platform to use to handle expense reports for employees. It is user friendly and it is simple to upload receipts. I also really liked using the approval system since it was fast to review reports for employees. Payouts were also always accurate and on time, so people never missed their submitted reimbursements.

The image recognition works very well, which added to the simple form makes the expense tracking very easy

I was having issues logging into my android phone. I had to add a work profile to my phone which was draining my battery
