Pros User-friendly and very clear with the information provided. I started to use Expensiy in 2023 when I traveled to the US to take care of some things, and the way the information was processed and saved was super great. I love the feature of sending expenses directly from personal email id. The approval process is very fast and transparent, we can know the status. Pros Managing my expenses as i am a frequent traveller. Expensify is very easy and simple to use. it has a good interface and i love the feature of sending expenses directly from personal email id. Cons The deleted file management from reports is a bit tricky for first time users and it takes some getting used to and we quite often end up with many untracked expenses. It makes it easy to capture, monitor and analyze business expenses. It is a great oversight tool in managing other team members expenditures. Pros I use Expensify to document all business expenses, and to be able to approve expenses for my team. It makes it easy to capture activity as it occurs, not risking lost receipts, etc. It is a very valuable tool to use. It makes capturing and tracking expenses easy to use and very efficient. I can upload receipts for the charges. It allows us to process these anytime and not jsut at the end of the month. Pros Easy to navigate through - Simplified Its pretty self explanatory and could be self taught once the permission is given from your Company. I am sure it helps alot with fraud as all charges come through and you can identify it quickly. It is very easy to use- it's simple, quick and you can create an expense report in less than one minute from your phone! I was able to link Expensify to my rideshare app and it automatically pulls the data into the app so all I have to do is click submit to turn in my expense report. I love that it categorizes expenses and it's automated. This is by far the best expense report app I've ever used! 5 stars! Pros Expensify is easy to use with a great interface! It's a great value for the money and makes uploading receipts a breeze- especially since it automatically creates the report for you! The customer service is great and I've never encountered any bugs and issues! This is the best payment and reimbursement platform! Cons There is nothing I don't like about Expensify. Pros I liked the ease of submitting expenses especially the comments section for documents prior to officially submitting expenses. This helps align with finance team prior to final submission. Cons I think a flow chart would be helpful for the process of submitting. With over 100 people reporting to me, the tool made it much easier to manage the flow of expense requests efficiently. One of the most helpful features was the ability to extract total amounts directly from images of receipts, which saved time and reduced manual entry. Overall, Expensify was a valuable tool for streamlining the expense approval process. It is very user-friendly and intuitive and it really helps with keeping all expense reports organized each month. The process from uploading invoices/receipts to completing and submitting an expense report to be approved by a manager/finance department is seamless and can be done in a matter of minutes. Pros It's easy to use, it can fill in information from invoices/receipts automatically, the process is very intuitive and the overall process of creating an expense report and submitting it for approval only takes a few minutes. From an admin standpoint, it is easy to use and customize, however from a new user perspective, it takes a few tries to full grasp how to use the tool. Pros The flexibility from an admin standpoint: easy to add new employees, add new expense categories, many options to search from. Easy to extract reports. Cons It is quite difficult to use as a first time user, especially if you are not someone who is used to the concept of expenses and expense reports. It is intuitive to use, and the learning curve was very short. Pros Expensify's ability to input multiple receipts with a single email, the very intuitive user interface, and the quick way to edit and complete individual expenses are the strong points for the application.
