Pros

Ease of use. Layout was clean and simple. Great employee engagement when it came time to test it out.

Cons

Pay per person is a little difficult. Not everyone submits expense reports regularly. And to pay per person was a little difficult for us.

Pros

I like how it has an app that I can use to take pictures of receipts from my phone and then upload directly into a report.

Cons

Sometimes I have a lot of trouble with the autofill from receipts. I usually just manually enter my information.

Pros

The variety of features is great, management of mileage/GPS is incredibly helpful with a large portion of our team out on the roads!

Cons

It's a bit of a "jack of all trades, master of none" type scenario - consistently good but not amazing at any particular area.

Pros

Expensify makes it really easy for both myself and for my organization to manage and track expenses across the company. It's very useful submitting business expenses and staying on top of submitted expense reports to ensure that they are paid out.

Cons

There is nothing yet that I don't like about the software, I think it has great features overall.

Pros

Automatic reimbursement is awesome but the mileage capture feature makes Expensify even better. We are constantly sending photographers and videographers out for shoots and this software makes sure everyone is taken care of properly.

Cons

The UI is a little overwhelming at first but I really wouldn't count that as a deterrent.

Great product. Easy to use for a salesperson who has a lot of expenses to be submitted. I used to worry about losing receipts and not getting reimbursed -Expensify helped relieve that pain for me!
