The scanning receipts feature on the app make traveling receipts easy. I love it! Pros It is really easy to use, especially for a non administrative person like myself! It is clear and clean. The platform is intuitive! The email reminders are super helpful. Cons I don't have any complaints! I have never been frustrated with Expensify. It works perfectly for me on a consistent basis. It's easy to use and understand, I would recommend it to everyone! Pros It's simplicity nature and ease of use. Everything is self explanatory, you can create and submit expenses with ease. Cons The initial set up took a little longer to complete which caused delays in reimbursement but that could also have been on the compoany's side ase well. Pros With OCR and live sync technologies, Expensify helps take the hassle out of expense reports! Looks great on our production board, and helps to make the monthly-end process go that much more smoothly. I like that there is a way to preload labels specific for your company. You don't even have to type anything in - it can autofill the forms in for every receipt you upload, etc. Pros It's very quick and easy to upload expenses and I like that expensify does all the hard work of taking my receipts and combining into a monthly report for my employer. the UI is very easy to navigate Cons I haven't experienced any issues and I've been using Expensify for at least 6 years now. Pros Expensify is simple to use. Submitting expenses is very intuitive and only takes a few clicks. It takes receipts in many different forms so you're always covered. The User Interface is nicely laid out and it takes all the guesswork out of the process. Cons The only thing I didn't like was that after going through the process of entering all my expenses and then completing that process, I had to do another step to submit the expenses to my company. The convenience of you phone is there in the app, and it syncs with you online / PC no problems at all ... maybe, sometimes the auto recognition doesn't always pick everything up and you need to edit some of it manually ... ??? not that bad at all. Great app, create, amend upload all from the app. Pros Being able to scan receipts where the amount, currency, date/time etc is detected so accurately is amazing. No more taking photos and sending them to myself. I do them straightaway! You can even answer queries from the app straight back to the team! First time user experience and would highly recommend. Cons So far, its been seamless. On starting at my current role, I had expenses to submit. Very easy to use and first expenses were approved successfully, no errors or refusals. Its so easy to use and reimbursement goes directly to my bank. SmartScan saves me a lot of time on a daily basis. The process from submitting expense to receiving reimbursements feels very smooth. What sets this app apart from other application is that expenses are tracked and processed almost instantly giving me a clear picture of spending at any moment. Pros Nothing can beat the "Snap and Go" feature of this app. I can just take a photo of the receipt and expensify automatically extracts all the expense data. Another feature i liked about this app is that it gives me expense report automatically (once its sent for reimbursement, after its approved and after i get reimbursed). Expensify reimburse me directly to my bank account and its mobile friendly as well. Cons SmartScan is a great feature Expensify has but its not perfect. Sometime it gives error while scanning which can be pain. And its also a offline app. Other than these two, this app is second to none in this category of application (Expense management category). Pros It is easy to use, making the expense reporting a breeze. The integration with credit card statements simplifies currency conversion and tips reporting. Cons Not much to report for the cons.
