Pros The best thing I like is being able to view client info when I don't have their files right in front of me. Cons The search bar when you are typing for a specific client to pop up drives me CRAZY! It's little things like that there isn't a little "x" to hit to remove a clients name and do a new search. I feel like the program could be much more user friendly, like moved into the 21st century. We have been organized and timely in communication and scheduling for some time now because of CoolFocus! Pros CoolFocus has many great options that help any organization track clients and donors if working in a non-profit organization. The ability to have clients scheduled all in one spot for quick updates is great. CoolFocus has really been able to help our organization stay organized and have wonderful communication with our clients and donors! Cons CoolFocus only has one thing we have found difficult to use and that is the ability to add correspondence to individual clients or donors by checking the ones you want. However, after talking to a friendly associate from CoolFocus, it was said that this ability will be coming soon!! Thank you so much!! Always very helpful to find the answers for questions.
