It took some time to learn how to adapt it to our needs but every day it gets better and better for us. Pros We can customize the system in many different ways. Individual users can customize their screen and various reports on their screen. Without coding, we can customize many things, create new fields, etc. This flexibility allows us to make the system suit the way we do business. Cons The price is a bit high for a small business to get started. I want to use some features offered in other modules but they are quite expensive to add those. Linked to that we use the service module for scheduling service calls with our service technicians. Tied to both of these modules is inventory management and payroll. For the most part it has met the needs of each of these parts of our company. Pros Acumatica is fairly simple to learn and is quite customizable to meet the needs of our HVAC construction/service industry. Cons There are still some ways that it needs to improve in how the different modules work together. There are times where it is not that easy to follow the path between modules.
