Pros I actually enjoy the fact that I as a customer, I can customize it instead of having to pay someone else to do it. The fact that the software isn’t locked down, makes it all the more desirable. But of course, we understand why but a heads up sooner regarding this would have been better. Not only that they made the transition seamless for us but through the journey they made us get to industry standards and they are still supporting us even after the implementation. Just the response is unbelievable. Pros Adaptable- Short- learning curve, flexible and a super dedicated implementation partner is they key! Cons We have planned to transition in phases and phase I has been great. Will see about Phase II. Our team work on the implementation collaboratively with the implementation team. As an admin, learning the system and establishing processes has been seamless. Coming from Dynamics GP, the troubleshooting is more manageable and there is very little customization required. Pros The system is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The usability was one of the first reasons for choosing the solution. Cons There are some weaknesses in the system, like customer refunds and equations have to be written for some reports.
