I recently took over another department so I am navigating quite easily through the new module. Pros Ability to switch between modules with ease. I like how it's supposed to link everything together. The community seems great. Cons No integrated documentation for the processes and change. No way to visualise what will be. Pros I actually enjoy the fact that I as a customer, I can customize it instead of having to pay someone else to do it. The fact that the software isn’t locked down, makes it all the more desirable. Cons Out of the box reporting. Limited reporting that met or needs. Secondly, it's user interface is very easy to understand and does not bore you after extended use. Pros The best I like about Acumatica is it's integration of various modules and how it can be used to find audit trail. Pros The company hosts all platforms to integrate while keeping honest to a single source of truth. The ability to work In the core financial systems has been beneficial for my report outs. Cons Cost. And annual subscription related fees. I would love to be able to host information locally but the locus has its secure means. THE ERP is really secure, and from an IT perspective, we don't have to allocate so many resources since the application is cloud hosted. Cons It is a fairly new system, so the information is not quite vast as with other ERPs. This is both good and bad as it forces you to participate more in the community to increase the knowledge. We are currently on boarding and the process has been very structured so our expectations are understood. Pros Ease of use and ability to customize easily. Our VAR has staff that are 100% in on the project with us. We are not doing this alone. Cons The fact we have to prepay while on-boarding. We switched over from Dynamics SL and it has been great. I like how easy it was to learn. Cons The thing I like least about Acumatica was our implementation. Once we got it up and running it has been Great! February 4, 2026 5.0 Simple to navigate, we now consider it the single source of truth for all our data. It’s been great! The support we are getting from our partner is superb. Not only that they made the transition seamless for us but through the journey they made us get to industry standards and they are still supporting us even after the implementation. Just the response is unbelievable. Pros Adaptable- Short- learning curve, flexible and a super dedicated implementation partner is they key! Cons We have planned to transition in phases and phase I has been great. Will see about Phase II. Our team work on the implementation collaboratively with the implementation team. We are still new to the system and learning it, but it can definitely do a lot! Pros The software it’s very straightforward. They keep each screen limited to what is necessary for optimal functioning. Cons Implementation and upgrades can be tricky, and are not doable on your own. You definitely need an implementation team.
