As the business grows organically, through acquisitions or otherwise, the processes need to be revamped and Acumatica provides that solution. Cons It's certainly a steep learning curve and has a lot of features as it has a wide customer base. It takes a while to weed through some of the features to find the right one for our needs. We purchased bank feeds initially but have never utilized the functionality due to numerous issues that remain unresolved to this date. Not to many things that I would change. Just Bank Recs. I love the safety of not being able to hit the wrong subsidiaries and keeping the data true. Pros That it can do all the things without having to rely on other softwares. Also the support we have received Cons Bank Reconciliations. We use multiple banks and have multiple bank accounts within those. We don't have it set up to record ach payments and things automatically. Not only that they made the transition seamless for us but through the journey they made us get to industry standards and they are still supporting us even after the implementation. Just the response is unbelievable. Pros Adaptable- Short- learning curve, flexible and a super dedicated implementation partner is they key! Cons We have planned to transition in phases and phase I has been great. Will see about Phase II. Our team work on the implementation collaboratively with the implementation team. We struggled with two bad VAR partners before finding a halfway decnet one. Pros Acumatica is very flexible and scalable. Great for small and medium businesses. Acumatica is relatively easy to learn. There are times where trying to navigate to certain reports and editing a previously entered item isn't a quick task, but the design overall and keeping it to the basics is preferred over a bunch of design or auxiliary features that never get used. Pros It is simplistic and doesn't have a lot of design elements just to make it look appealing, keeping it functional without flare. Cons At times, the simplistic design doesn't work in favor of faster and more efficient record keeping.
