WhatsUp Gold is a reliable and cost-effective choice for on-premise and hybrid network monitoring. While it excels in traditional network monitoring. WhatsUp Gold (WUG) is a solid network monitoring solution that balances ease of use, performance, and affordability. It’s particularly well-suited for SMBs and mid-sized enterprises looking for an intuitive way to monitor their network infrastructure.

Pros

Many users appreciate the clean dashboard and customizable views. Real-time performance monitoring of network devices, servers, applications. Handles large networks well without major performance issues. More cost-effective than competitors

Cons

Weaker support for cloud environments. Virtualization monitoring (VMware, Hyper-V). advanced configurations require technical expertise. Alert customization is not as intuitive. Some users find custom scripting and automation complex.

Rufbereitschaft telefonisch alarmieren lassen, einfache Einrichtung und intuitive Nutzung. Gutes und Übersichtliches Dashboard. 24/7 Überwachung und Information.

Cons

Ehr für kleiner Umgebung geeignet, Performance und Übersicht leiden stark bei vielen Devices.

Very good solution to monitoring network devices

Pros

\-Amazing dashboards, we can customize the dashboards to put exactly what type of information we need. -Is very simple monitor all interfaces of network devices, using the protocol SNMP we can monitor each port and the status and load. -Simple and efficient to see the status of the devices during the all day, the with the color green and red is very easy. - The updates and upgrades are so easy to install, always the installer is guide me and update all features and DB with some clicks.

Cons

With a huge number of devices registered the Main Dashboard is too slow to load all information.

WhatsUp Gold is the first application I check in the morning. I can see in one fast glance the state of our network.

Pros

I love the depth at which we can monitor not only bare metal devices, but Windows Services, ports, certificates, hardware performance, and connectivity.

Cons

It is difficult to manage individual object presence in the application.

The experience working with WhatsUp Gold is great. It is the best monitoring platform there may be.

Pros

The platform is quite simple to implement for task manipulation. On the othe side one is enabled to easily monitor all the network devices and easily access them from any point.

Cons

Having a full library of MIBs for all networks is great.

The experience using this platform is quite impressive and appealing. Waking up with an assurance of your network monitoring is quite impressive.

Pros

With the platform one can easily map all networking devices and easily access them from any point. This give you a full assurance of your networks monitoring and analysis.

Cons

Having full library of MIBs for all network security devices is much preferable.
