### "Best choice for aesthetic medicine "

We haven’t opened yet so can’t comment on actual use, but so far with set up and training we are very happy. The support and onboarding staff have been great. We did a lot of research of different options for EMR and AP is what we chose and so far we don’t regret this choice.

Pros

It’s the most comprehensive EmR software specifically designed for aesthetic medicine. It has versatile features, functionality design tailored to businesses like medspas, and a responsible support team.

Cons

Some of the integration functions still need improvement. Currently things like texting, video visits, RX, all require third party integration that needs the client to set up separate accounts then connect to AP. Wish these could be just part of the software.

Like I said, it was fine at first for just getting started. The onboarding was good- helpful for sure. But after that I felt like I was on my own.

Pros

This was my first EMR system for my own business. I was excited at first because it seemed very high tech. It was good for getting started, but as I added services it wasn't quite up to what I needed.

Cons

It was very frustrating when I had a problem. I could never talk first hand (or even chat) with someone. I would have to submit a ticket, wait for a response, and go back and forth with them that way. It would sometimes take DAYS to resolve an issue.

Cons

Possibly you guys can limit the number of clicks to get to certain topics. Also, if you are imputing prices for products and services to have a tab for taxes right there instead of going back to the admin menu to find the taxes tab.

A very user-friendly system that is easy to navigate, even for those with no prior experience using an EMR system.

Cons

What I liked least is the structure of the online booking system. When a campaign includes a service that requires a deposit, it prompts all patients to enter their card information even if they are not selecting that particular service with the deposit requirement.

Great customer support. I also feel it makes scheduling easy for the patient. Aesthetic pro provides good record management and patient records. The EMR has good security and is a great price. This software gives you the ability to have great patient management.

My experience so far with aesthetics pro has been great at this time. I do not find anything that I do not like.

Excellent. Wish I didn’t waste time on Aesthetics Record. This is light years ahead of that. I was booking through my website and their Book Now feature made it such a cleaner more polished and professional booking experience for my clients.

Pros

I’ve been using Aesthetics Pro and can confidently say their customer support is top-notch—quick, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated. The “Book Now” portal is absolute perfection—simple, clean, and professional. I’ve tried less expensive EMR options before, but this is one of those cases where you truly get what you pay for. Aesthetics Pro is incredibly intuitive, reliable, and thoughtfully designed. Honestly, I’m surprised it doesn’t cost more for what it delivers. The support alone is worth every penny—it’s a tremendous value for the price.

Cons

There isn’t really anything I dislike about the software. It’s easy and user friendly. Clean and streamlined design. Forms management is a piece of cake.

Overall great product, I used it for ten years and would have continued if not for my retirement. You provided occasional upgrades as well.

Pros

Scheduling was easy and I liked being able to see who was confirmed, who had paid on the same screen. Also, our practice loved the ability to differentiate between quantity purchased and quantity used.

Cons

The reports section was a little cumbersome. I just could ask the sales report for "last month", one had to enter a start date and end date. Also printing from the reports was difficult. My main complaint was that you only had one credit card merchant option. I did not like World pay services, and asked more than once over the years if there was a second option.

Overall the platform was great. It was definitely the right product for us initially. Being at the forefront of electronic documentation and being one of the only paperless practices in our town (at the time), made our operations more efficient than our nearest competitors. Data analytics helped streamline both our finances and decision-making.

Pros

The customer service is unbeatable. Initial and continued training is incredibly streamlined and communication with the team members is easy. When we are in need of troubleshooting any challenges or issues, the response times are always fast.

Cons

Continued quality improvement is absolutely necessary in any technology sector and more so in medicine. Developing capabilities such as e-prescription or laboratory interfacing help to streamline patient care even in the aesthetic specialties. The adoption of prescription capabilities (among other similar challenges) were somewhat delayed and failed to keep pace with competitor products.

I have been a customer for nearly 2 years and I love it. Customer service is great and I love all the training videos.

Pros

I like that the system is easy to navigate and affordable. Keeping track of records, notes and photos is a great feature. Not to mention the all of the consent templates.

Cons

The biggest thing that I didn’t like was that there was no integration between the system and my website.

So far its been good. It still can improve with user friendliness. I think there's great things with integrations but I feel like they are too costly to implement. I like how versatile it is and could really encompass everything that a small medspa needs

Support Training was on time and was timed adequately. She was able to answer my quesitions and taught me things about the dashboard that I didn't know.

Cons

The training was not able to be scheduled immediately. I would like to have a support person on call that can guide me whenever I need help.

I have truly had a positive experience so far, mostly with \[sensitive content hidden\] and the other staff who have assisted me in setting up my software.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] genuinely cares about helping in every capacity that he can. I am very thankful he is my go-to at AP. It is hard to find true customer service these days however everyone that I have encountered with AP has been wonderful.

Cons

The setup has been a bit harder for me just because of a personal/time constraint. I understand no two medical aesthetics practices are the same so the process is necessary. They have provided the tools, it just requires a lot from me that I have not had time for. I would not let this discourage me from recommending to another provider looking for this service.

Loved the onboarding! Great screen share and examples.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] was excellent at answering my questions. He was patient, never made me feel ridiculous when I interrupted with a clarification or asking him to repeat something. If he wasn’t knowledgeable he said he would get back to me on it as it was not a feature he thought that AP had just yet. Loved all the interfacing, ease of access, and section of training videos! I am really looking forward to using this system!

Cons

We discussed my waitlist interface with a live booking version- to have a button or area where clients could ask to be put on a waitlist and be sent SMS when a cancellation occurred to snag an appointment time that became available. However, that’s not a con, but rather maybe something that can be added later on!

Square isn’t as user friendly. I was constantly calling for support and each support person would direct me to do a different thing which didn’t work. Too much time out of my day and no videos.

Pros

The customer service! They are always quick and attentive. Any time we have any kind of issues we send a support ticket and they are always on top of it!

Cons

I wish charting was more organized. We also would like for there to be additional features when marketing.

I have had a great experience so far. The step by step set up and the ease of use are my favorite qualities of this program.

Pros

I love the security and privacy it provides me and the clients. There are an incredible amount of features at a very reasonable price. The support they provide is outstanding. The onboarding is in phases so I don't feel overwhelmed. I am very grateful I came across AestheticsPro.

Cons

Some of the options are labeled in a way that causes confusion. It is very easy to wirk with once it's explained.

It is wonderful and user friendly. The more I use it, the better my understanding. I am able to compete my notes at each visit.

Pros

The ease of use, the tabs that can be turned on for efficiency. I am able to create patient records.

Cons

The time was too short. i would prefer an hour session. I would like to log in and share my screen at the next training session.

### "AP review after a year of use"

the support is outstanding, from start up to simple questions someone is always available. Support tickets are helpful and should be archivable to go back on and review for reminders and continued help

Pros

the documentation upon start up was fantastic. there were plenty of templates to start and choose from which made business start up a lot easier

Cons

the scheduling is a bit inconsistent. at times, I get notifications, other times I don't. Texting notifications would be very helpful but again, they are very inconsistent

### "1 Year on Aesthetics Pro and still here!"

Overall I have been happy with the product and the staff. I feel as though the product still needs some work, but has been able to do most of what we need. We currently also have an Athena instance that we use to order labs/meds and chart that I wish we could do in Aesthetics Pro because I prefer the easy of use with Aesthetics Pro.

Pros

The ease of use and the ability to configure. I love that there is a marketing feature included. Also the staff and support is exemplary. (Love \[sensitive content hidden\]!)

Cons

They are lacking some features/integrations I would like to see and there are a few features(bugs) that bother me. Specifically not being able to list all clients. Not being able to see text replies to appointment confirmations. Not being able to configure/style the book now pages. And there are some usability issues with menus and wysiwyg editors.
