I’ve used it for years now with almost zero issues. If something like a glitch comes up, the help team is easy to access and the problem resolves quickly.

Pros

It’s very user friendly. My employees figure it out quickly as well. S healing, pet notes, clients notes, directions to clients house, credit card processing etc.

Cons

So far I have not had any issues that have bothered me or caused me any stress or that I couldn’t get a work around to the issue.

Just great to have for the last 12 years. Saved me thousands of dollars for operating my grooming salon.

Pros

Its the best and most easy to use computer software for any grooming salon. It does everything for you but groom dogs!

Cons

I miss the phone conversations for the software support, its hard for us to sit down and type stuff out what we need help. We don't get a lot of desk time at work.

Anytime I have had an issue , which has only been literally a couple times in several years… it has been addressed very quickly.

Pros

I have used Daysmart for several years and very rarely had any issues. Helps Keep my one-on-one grooming salon organized and efficient.

Cons

No major complaints. Any time there has been an issue it has been addressed right away. Recommend this software to anyone in the grooming industry.

Wonderful and great! Daysmart Pet is the only software program I will use in my grooming business! They make things simple and user friendly while still making it easy for customers to navigate.

Pros

Every question I have had is met with understanding and a wonderful answer! There is never annoyance or impatience with my questions and they are always willing to help me with anything I needed!

Cons

I love everything about Daysmart Pet. The only thing I dislike is when it comes to checking out clients I wish there was an option to text them a receipt. It would make things more accessible!

Customer service was patient kind and knowledgeable. My agent walked me through rebooting my software.

Cons

At least like about DaySmart Pet software is that it doesn’t come in a desktop version for Apple computers.

Great booking software with an even better I.t team to sort issues. Online booking has had some ups and downs but it’s worked seamlessly now for months.

Pros

Quick tech response and easy to navigate software. It’s one of the best I’ve tried and the team behind making it work is phenomenal.

Cons

The cost is a little high comparing to others but when looking at what’s included it’s well worth it to me and my business.

Everyone has been very helpful! \[sensitive content hidden\] , \[sensitive content hidden\] from tech support, and \[sensitive content hidden\] ! They are so patient! I have had to call support while learning the system and they have made it very easy to figure out.

Pros

DaySmart is very helpful with client profiles and the value is amazing! We are so excited to customize our website and love that support is a click or call away!

Cons

There is a learning curve from the old system, but they told us this. The new system seems easier. The hardest part for our team was setting up their account on the app. It's a bit confusing, but once we figured it out, we love that everyone has access to what they need right on their phone!
