Pros

Great analytics on the back end. Provides me with lots of features for finding qualified candidates. Best ATS I've ever used at an Enterprise Level.

Cons

I wish this had more integrations with other HR platforms. It's a little pricey but you should plan on that for an enterprise level solution.

The software is very versatile in its capabilities. Easy of use in some aspects go miles beyond anything else out in the marketplace.

Cons

Some pieces do not function well with others. When its their own system this is a bit disheartening.

Overall, I have very much enjoyed using this system. I am glad we chose to work with such a leader in ATS solutions.

Pros

For the most part, it is very easy to use. I really liked the customer support we received throughout the implementation process and after. iCIMS keeps up with trends, quickly makes necessary updates and offers other products to connect with.

Cons

Reporting can be improved. This is not as intuitive as I would hope.

### "iCIMS Fan!"

Pros

Easy to set up, configure, and reconfigure. Reporting in the platform is something even my recruiters can build and maintain for themselves.

Cons

Reporting tool only allows for 10 lines of logic, which can be tricky when you want to build complex reports.

Pros

Easy to use. Easy to implement. The platform is designed with the user in mind. UX is one of the best and TextRecruit is available immediately.

Cons

There is not any feature or function I could speak to that I do not like. UX is easy and our team of recruiters love using the platform.

### "Ease of use and provides great efficiency"

Just a great overall experience. This morning, we had an associate that was supposed to go out and work for the client on a 1-day assignment but the associate called in sick this morning. Because of having TextRecruit, we were able to reach out to multiple candidates quickly and back-fill the position and get someone out to the client site today.

Pros

Text Recruit allows me to quickly reach out to a large amount of candidates instantly. This helps save time and allows me to fill job orders quickly.

Cons

As of right now, I don't really have any cons about this software. The interface is super easy to understand, the functionality is all there, and from what I understand from our managers, the price isn't too bad either.

Overall, ICIMS is a good system. I think the best thing about ICIMS is the team, we have had great support from our reps and technical support.

Pros

ICIMS integrates easily with other platforms.

Cons

You have to do a lot on your own in the system (make changes, creating searches, etc.) Also, not as intuitive as it could be.

Overall, we are happy with the product. I would recommend to anyone with similar needs to ours in an ATS.

Pros

iCIMS Recruit is has been our primary ATS for the past 4 years. It does everything we've needed it to do. Customizing the system to meet our particular needs has been relatively easy. Overall, we're quite satisfied with the product.

Cons

The interface could be a little better.

One platform for the entire team, streamlined processes, custom-tailored to most of our needs.

Pros

It is extremely customizable to our unique processes.

Cons

We would prefer that candidates be able submit individual resumes for each job they apply for. Currently, the candidate's same resume is seen on every job they submit for. There should be a way that candidates can submit a unique cover letter for each position they apply for. We have done a "work around" using the iForm, but it is cumbersome for the candidate and for our clients.

candidates find it difficult to navigate through the application ( our application is separate, and not forced for the candidate to update each visit.)

Great product, easy to catch on if you are a new users, managers love it and can make updates or the recruiter can move the candidate throughout the onboarding phase.

Pros

User friendly and easy to pull reports.

Cons

Some report capabilities can be improved in terms of filters. Also needs improvements in terms of the auto-generated emails capabilities.

We have been using iCims recruit, and had an opportunity to switch to an all in one HRIS system, but decided to stay with iCims recruit because it was so much more robust.

Pros

We love the ease of use for managers and the integration possibilities.

Cons

The admin side is a little trickier to navigate and not as intuitive, but a call to customer service helps to find where I need to go to customize.

The business problem was compliance, consistency and candidate experience. Up until the implementation of iCIMS, we were strictly paper and pencil. What a vast difference it makes in having some oversight into know where candidates are coming from, how quickly we're moving them through the process, how we can easily resubmit promising candidates into other open positions and between locations.

Pros

The ease of use. Having an ATS system is very new to this organization. As with many changes there could have been a lot of resistance, however, due to the support of the implementation team, the utilization of the platform has exceeded our expectations. Users of the platform have commented that moving candidates through the system is very simple, and much more efficient than our previous process.

Cons

Because the platform is new, there is still so much that we can implement. The con at this point is being able to incorporate and embed the system even more into our processes to eliminate redundancies.

Pros

What I like most about this product is the ability to customize it to our needs. Almost anything can be created and sent out as a task for new hires which is nice. There are also tons of reports that I can customize to get numbers on a variety of things.

Cons

What I like least about ICIMS is the fact that they do not accomodate to re-hires for seasonal employment. It is a user friendly site unless you're dealing with re-hires. Sending out hiring packets from year to year just adds tons of clutter for both admins and the users.

ICIMS has a ton of features. Everyday I discover another feature that helps my team. I could use some help in identifying the best in class features. However, I know I can always call Tech Support and get immediate solutions.

Pros

The UI and the usability is amazing. The ability to configure the tool to mirror our process was a huge part of the success adoption by the company.

Cons

Can't think of any cons. They continue to upgrade to address any concerns I have had in the past.

Pros

The ease of use - the ability to gather data from program to utilize the reporting function - ICIMS offers the best customer service of any software program we use within our company. Other departments are jealous of our customer service delivery.

Cons

Cannot think of one! I have done consulting work for other companies who use various ATS systems and they are complicated and do not allow the user to customize in the manner that ICIMS does.

Overall it is a great product and with the recent acquisition of jibe, this tool is getting better day by day. Highly recommend.

Pros

Unlike other softwars, icims is way simpler and it doesn't have a long unwanted for questions making it very easy for the candidates to apply for jobs. The average time to apply for job via icims is very less thus making it easy to use. Also I love the insights it provides for people recruiting

Cons

Nothing that I can think. however it would be great to be able to generate dashboards via integration with other visualization tools like Qlik with just clicks rather than having write codes.
