Pros

it was very easy to navigate. It viewed very easily as well. Was able to jump in and add who i needed to.

Cons

sometimes i was unable to access my saved files to upload resumes. Would have to log out and log back in.

Everyone at ICIMS has been helpful from the beginning. They are quick to respond and take their times answering questions.

Cons

They shared some features with us that were an extra cost, and that was not made clear.

It's very easy to use and navigate through the system once you are familiar with everything. Although the system can be a little cumbersome at first.

The implementation was practically seamless and customer support has been responsive. Very easy to manage from an administrative standpoint.

Cons

After the system has had an updated things go a little haywire and it's hard to navigate through the system sometimes.
