At first they were very helpful, now we wait months to get bug fixes. Pros Web based, can access from any device. The ability to add photos to case. Cons To many screens to complete simple citation. When updates are done it changes things we did not ask to be changed and takes forever to get it reversed. Now, it should be great but maps and GIS make the effort feel wasted. Pros I like the GUI, the ease of use, and the map function USED to be the best thing about it; now the worst. I was skeptical about the move to Comcate. It is a work in progress. Fine tuning needed. Pros The fetch with vehicles works most of the time. The option to open more than one case at a time. Cons The custom billing headers. They are visible when you generate a bill to print. When you visit the case later the header is missing. Between Agency's items are not in the same place.
