It is easy to edit and update and Function Tracker is constantly innovating and working to provide updates and improvements. Pros I most like the flexibility to create packages and categories that work for my business and how easy it is to upload product data. The editing feature between creation of a quote and sending it is very helpful for us as there are a few outputs that are more suited to a caterer than an events company. The team behind the software is responsive, professional and helpful in answering questions and providing guidance and options on how best to use the software to work for my business needs. The ability to create deposit invoices and keep track of the overall event details and the third party suppliers that I may be involving is very helpful in the way I plan and coordinate events. This was very useful as we used this to set the system up and load all of our exiting bookings before using it live . We never looked back - Neither will you . It punches well above its weight - better than delphi . 100 % Pros We spent over 3 months researching for something that was affordable and did not involve any capital outlay . Simple to use easy to install easy to train ability for more than 1 user at a time web based great functionality easy to customise Cons could not find any - everyone was helpful - only challenge i had was speed to respond to questions but they have resolved that now .
