If I could change now I would move to a better platform Pros Ease to get started selling tickets. Apart from that there is nothing normal or useful in this platform Cons Everything else - especially the attendee app that has been in beta for over 2 years and causing a crazy amount of headaches. It is an extremely helpful program that is fairly easy to follow and trouble shoot if needed. Pros Easy to use and if any issues do arise, customer support is extremely helpful! Cons Sometimes it's a bit harder to get some issues fixed if I'm not the administrator on the account. Because I work for Drake Ventures and they are the administrators on the account we use. But the customer support is at least about to get me the information I will need to resolve whatever issue I am having. Its just the extra steps involved is a bit inconvenient. The people have been great to work with when questions come up. Pros The ability to customize the registration process is so beneficial for a successful event. Cons Scanning process does not work for our meeting requirements and almost a deal breaker. Trying to work with the program and helping to get it resolved. Switched from [Eventbrite](https://www.capterra.com/p/114949/Eventbrite/) our Parent Association is considering moving to one platform. I worked with the group to choose RegFox. Still struggling with the scanning process and some in my chapter want to switch back to EventBrite because of the scanning issues with RegFox. Pros It's easy to use and support is outstanding!! Cons Some of the menus could use some clarity, as they are not all intuitive and I had to use the excellent human support to set up my formats. Ease of using the design tools and the friendly helpful staff make this a great asset to our organization. Pros I liked the easy way of designing and being able to preview before launching. The live chat is awesome as well to help with issues right then and there. Everyone I have dealt with there has been very friendly and helpful. The final published products for two of the upcoming events I am organizing look really good and if I need to go back in to edit for any reason even after it's published, I can still do that. Pros I really like the features it has to set up a registration page for an event in the way you want it to look. You can add things to it and delete what you don't need. It's easy to use (once I got the hang of it, I am not tech savvy at all). It was recommended for me to use by a good friend of mine and I am so glad I trusted her recommendation! I plan to use it to set up all future event registrations for the organization I work for as a Youth Director. Cons The only thing I had trouble with was when I published a page so that it was activated, I couldn't figure out how to make a copy of all the pages so I could put a hard copy in my file folder or at least save a PDF version of it. I am "old school" in regards to still liking a paper copy of what projects I am working on to keep in actual files! And PDF files, I can save on my computer. We can create events in several different ways and can run a variety of reports. Pros Regfox helps us manage our annual conference of nearly 300 people and our weekly events. Paid events payment processing is fast and easy. Events are easy to set up with a small learning curve. Cons Because we're a nonprofit that runs event year- round it would be nice to keep and analyze more information on registrants, for example linking events that a particular registrant has attended and record and link event registrants attending repeated events.
