It shines with larger companies who send regular invoices. Pros Compleat allows instant recognition and approval of electronic invoices received via email. If all criteria is included and matches the PO the invoice is accepted and process without hassle. Cons Small suppliers that are not setup to send smart pdf invoices will struggle with this. Can be difficult with new suppliers or if the invoices are not sent to the correct address and have to be emailed in from within the company adding time to processing. The commoditised pricing is amongst the most affordable in the market. We have also witnessed their Procurement team deliver exemplary results on eTendering support and category management, in one case saving over £750k. Cons As with any P2P software, implementation can be a little complex and take several months given the various stakeholders and existing systems it has to connect with.
