I feel that, most recently, we've been given even more assistance and guidance from our new Client Services Manager, which enriches our experience. Pros We enjoy having a great variety of videos from which to choose for our employees. We are always able to find something current and topical for our mandatory quarterly safety videos. There are so many options for every topic we've ever needed to assign to our workforce. Some videos are even entertaining--which helps immensely when someone feels they are being 'forced' to watch something! Cons I'm still confused over the whole teams, groups, etc., specifications. By providing a dedicated Client Success Manager, which we meet with regularly to discuss our plans and upcoming initiatives and then submit our needs to the Concierge and return to us curated training options. This service has been a lifesaver to us in that we do not have to scan all the materials available, just the materials returned to us as viable solutions to our needs. Pros The course selection is great. We have always been able to locate options for any training initiatives we are launching. The Concierge service provided by BizLibrary makes the sourcing of materials a breeze. Cons If there is one con, it is the fact that in there effort to keep materials updated, we have had key training lessons that we tie into our programs discontinued and no new options were offered which lead us to have to rewrite our programs. Pros It was a cost-effective options that provided a library of courses to help us launch our new Learning Management System Cons We had to review every course in the library to ensure they were professionally appropriate. Some courses included unprofessional language, inappropriate examples, or even rude gestures. Some course content was also out of date or appeared to be very old. Cons Some features require an additional package and cost more.But with features that would be 'nice to have,' the BizLibrary Team is able to add them for potential development in the future. Pros Our selection committee and I liked the variety of course modalities that would reach the generations and learning styles in the organization. Other factors...consistency of the media player along with the resources and support provided post implementation influence our decision to choose BizLibrary. Cons Information Overload. Because there is so much content to choose from, users can sometimes be overwhelmed by competing courses for a similar topics.
