Pros Customizable, provides ability to connect to other 3rd party enterprise applications, high availability with multiple geographical locations for its servers. Cons Doesn't provide an ability to query its data servers, which creates excessive reliability on Zuora reporting functions. Reports are good, however creating custom queries on all enterprise data within Zuora could provide more options to use that data. However, I would still suggest having more flexibility for users to make customizations.
