I left bullhorn about 6 years ago and I very happy that I made the switch. It has benefited my business dramatically.

Pros

The ease of use, and the ability to search and utilize my database and find possible candidates with ease. The price is also big plus.

Cons

They have made a lot of improvements, and I don't always integrate them into my practices. I need to keep up with the changes and adapt to them.

Excellent - access to real people that live in the US and are responsive is #1

Pros

It works like I do. I have been using it for over three years and have only had to call tech support two or three times—that's incredible.

Cons

It lacks some of the features and functions of other ATS systems that I have seen in the market AND there are some very minor things that could be added that would be a huge help to the daily operation of my business.

My company has been using TE for more than two-decades and despite lots of competitors, none seem to provide the tools and the price to match the value I have with Top Echelon...and there are a lot of companies asking us to change.

It is easy and convenient for all of my recruiting tasks. I've been using it for more than 20 years and despite lots of competitors, none seem to provide the tools and price to match the value I have with Top Echelon. TE also provides live, timely support, ongoing training for recruiters and they are always looking to improve.

hmmm...maybe a little more convenience with the mobile version.

Overall, a great experience. I am a fan of Training Tuesday and have often attended webinars presented by top recruiting trainers from around the country. I also like the ease and efficiency of tracking my progress with a candidate through each step of the interview process.

Pros

How easy it is to access information re: candidates, clients and prospects and the efficiency of entering notes in the system as I am interviewing candidates. Very good people at Top Echelon to work with, always helpful in answering questions and making suggestions.

since 2017 we've been using both the ats and the split network. it's been a learning process, but solid! The team is solid.

Pros

interchangeability with the ATS and the split network! its magical.

some of the functionality is overwhelming at times.
