After we have implemented this, we were able to automate most of the painful and manual processes regarding payroll, attendance management, employee scheduling etc. I can say this has saved a lot of time and money by implementing. Pros 's solutions are designed to automate manual processes, reduce paperwork, and improve overall efficiency in managing workforce-related tasks. Its user-friendly interface is intuitive making it easier for me and other employees to easily navigate. Cons There is nothing much that I least like about . For me that I felt was integration with multiple vendors is very limited. But most of the important integrations are in place as of now like Quickbooks, MS Dynamics etc. But it should have a broader integration that fits all the needs of different companies across the globe. Pros What I like best is helps in employee scheduling, helping us manage workforce effectively. It also helps in eliminating overtime. Their monitoring systems enable employees to check-in/out on the web, or mobile too. Reporting data to payroll system is easy Cons For large teams, there is always resistance when new systems are enforced, specially where there is a bit of a learning curve involved, employees sometimes resist this change. It is a huge upgrade from trying to create manual schedules via an Excel spreadsheet or by other manual processes. We were also able to use Celayix to link employees to training / re-training videos and you are able to export the schedules to other time keeping platforms such as Inflection HR or ADP. Pros Setting up employees, schedules and creating templates is a breeze. Warnings when attempting to double book an employee or scheduling them off during leave eliminates these types of scheduling mistakes. Customer support is quick and responsive. Cons I've been using in one form or another since 2008. Everything works well and as advertised, although I wish there was an easy way to print a schedule to post in Schedule Xpress. We offer global support so we need to manage all time zones and their associated Daylight Savings Time changes so the integration with other calendars such as Outlook is a must! Our schedules are quite fluid and change often as our client's support needs change; we can schedule up to a year in advance or for the very next day! Our schedulers would be at loss without it! The functionality, search capabilities, filtering, and reporting are a must in our business! The help staff is incredibly supportive, responsive and are a joy to work with.
