Pros

The reporting features are very helpful in job costing. The mobile app is also very user friendly for our crews.

Cons

Sometimes the transfer from the Exaktime software to our payroll system can be a bit confusing, but we usually seem to work out the kinks.

It is easy to navigate. Ease of setting up jobs and employees. Employees don't have difficulty learning the app.

Cons

Reports. Wish they offered more reports. Need a feature where you can message more than one employee at a time.

Pros

Can track jobsite and man hours with ease. I like the different amount of reports one can run in order to find out more information on hours.

Cons

Customer Service is not the best or fastest. Trying to obtain new licenses can be a headache. If you have someone in office waiting on the log in information- have licenses purchased ahead of time

Pros

Sounds good in ad but in reality it doesn’t do what you say it does.

Cons

Doesn’t do what it says it does. Isn’t easy and 3 days after using the product and realizing it would not work how we expected and how salesman told us it would work. I asked for refund and was refused. Had to chargeback cars used

Reason for choosing Arcoro

I should have done more homework and gone with competitor.

Pros

It is relatively easy to post jobs and get the applicants. We have had good response in most of our locations.

Cons

It is complicated to bring other users and get attached to our websites so the jobs post there also.

being able to track my employees and where they are is very beneficial in this industry. I like that I know where they are at all times!

Pros

I like the ease of use for the employees. It is very easy to show a new employee how to use the software

Cons

I hate the way the view of the time cards is...lots of wasted space and it is so slow to load and re-calculate in particular

Spending less time trying to ready time sheets. (Our guys have terrible handwriting). Also a lot easier to keep track of time for each job site since we have employees working at multiple job sites every day.

Pros

Ease of use of TimeSummit Connect. Easy to navigate and easy to figure out how to use. Exaktime app is pretty straight forward when it comes to punching in and out.

Cons

App could have more features. For example, employees able to see their in and out punches. (If they can do this already, we have yet to figure out how to view it). Also, a feature for punching in and out for lunch would be nice.

easy transition, an easy way to giving employees the ability of tracking time. saving us from chasing workers down, for their timesheets. its ease of use and setup

Cons

Find the numerous amount of options overwhelming and makes it difficult to go straight to what we use. Would be nice to have a graphical interface that can be customized to the items we use most often.

We love this product but there are a few things that could be better, such as the dashboard, being able to customize reports more and the GPS logging should work as long as the app is running. Mandatory Breaks should be able to be tracked.

Pros

This saves time and paperwork in tracking the time for the employees in the field.

Cons

I wish it could track paid breaks and that the GPS tracked the device as long as the app was running... not just a certain employee since multiple employees share the device.

Pros

There are no pros. Other products on the market cost less and work better.

Cons

Notes don't work with the sign out. Users Can't sign in and out. Poor customer service. I figured since they had 20 years in the business they knew what they were doing. Other apps work better

Pros

It is a simple program to use. The creators just don't seem to be able to adapt to specific needs of the customers.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to customize wages for Davis Bacon wage jobs. It would be nice to be able to see all my employees on one map at any given time.

Today we needed to add a new Employee to our ExakTime subscription. Jeremy was so helpful getting the new subscription put in place. Give that guy a raise!

Pros

The ease of tracking the Employees time and location is ideal for our business

Cons

The sync system could be improved, why not have it auto sync every time?

Pros

love the ease of use (when it works properly) attractive interface great staff - love my account manager very willing to take system enhancement suggestions very fast response to any issues

Cons

no customer reporting sometimes has time zone reporting issues sales staff over-promised capabilities

Since joining exaktime, payroll processing has been a breeze! I am no longer waiting for timesheets to be handed in. I don't have to add up times or sit there and try to figure out where all these employees were. I wish we could have a certain location/cost code that sorted that time to count as JUST overtime, as we have times that we call employees in and pay overtime regardless of what their current time is.

Pros

I enjoy that I have the time sheets when I need them and I don't have to sit there for hours reading sloppy penmanship and attempting to decipher hours and locations.

Cons

The software seems to lag at times and freeze. Occasionally it will show error notices. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Wish it would update faster. Some times it shows no in and out after I input. I have to keep pressing the refresh before it adds it.

I least like that there is not a function to show how much money is spent on each job for the payroll estimator.

Picture taken, clocking in and out through mobile devices, and confirmation on meals and injury with signature.
