Initially, it was hard for me to adapt. I was able to get in contact with a team member and after receiving training on the systems capabilities and options, it had a lot offer and was pleased. Pros It is easy to understand how the system works. Cons System is slow and times out quickly. I don't like how when I want to filter through, I don't have the option to filter open, closed or all requisitions. Owner - Manager Construction Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "It's very easy to log in and see who is where, and what they are doing" May 1, 2017 4.0 Quickly knowing who is where, and sycning records to QB Pros The interface is easy to use. I like the simplicity of adjusting time and making changes. For the most part the user interface is intuitive. The crew seems to like the independence and simplicity. For instance, if someone is picking up at a lumber yard to start the day they can clock in there, rather than waiting til they get the job site and using a hornet. Before they had to beg me to adjust their time...which was hard to remember. Everyone often forgot, but just a quick photo plus the geotracker component and I can see that they were, indeed, at the lumber yard. Cons There is a very big con, which is the lag time that occurs when using Linx software to move the Time Summit data into QB. When everything was l hard-drive based this was a seemless interface. Now, with the Linx being hard drive based and the Time being web based I have interminable delays. It's very very frustrating. There are other related problems too, such as before if I checked a box for time, but synced or uploaded to a different company, then the time would not go through. Now, the time goes through and gets put into QB for the wrong company. It's a problem. Review Source RW Robert W. President Construction Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Price increases and customer service " June 29, 2022 3.0 We’ve used this system for 2 1/2 years we’ve had price increases ever year In 2020 we paid $2,300 yearly 30 employees In 2021 we paid $5,040 yearly 35 employees In 2022 they’re charging $6,048 for the year 35 employees (same amount) Customer service at ExakTime (Arcoro) is terrible. We have payroll today and been trying to reach someone for 4 hrs with there automated answering system and email. No returned phone calls or responses. Do not recommend ExakTime for payroll it’s not worth the money and they leave you hanging with customer service. Pros Nothing at all. Customer service is terrible Cons Price increases. It keeps my expired documentation organized. It allows me to track training's. Cons Infinity has a lot of software updates, without explaining how to use the new features. May 1, 2017 3.0 Electronic capturing of time records and eliminating ability to inflate their working time. Pros Easy for employees to use in the field but unhappy with our inability to use all of the reports because they are not based on our working day. Need to be able to adjust the 24 hour clock so that it is not based on a calendar day of 24 hours. Cons The software does not allow us to run reports based on our worker's schedules. We need to be able to adjust the hours of what is considered a day. Right now it resets at midnight but that is not how we operate. I was told in July that this feature would be added in the next 90 days. We are now almost 10 months into using the program and the feature still has not been added. If this is not resolved in the next 30 days, I will begin to look for another option rather than renew. Review Source sL steve L. June 18, 2018 2.0 It did save some time in the office because we did not have to look at time cards filled out by employees. Pros It does allow us to monitor the employees . We can print out the time sheets so that we do not need time cards. It does allow us to no the location of each employee. Cons It does not link with our payroll software like we were told when we purchased it. You can not remove employees after they leave to make room for new employees. August 8, 2017 3.0 Pros The ability to quickly add employees to the system is nice since they chanced to a subscription model. Cons Limited features and VERY limited customization options. The program is what it is, and you need to make your business work around it. The worst part of this is that employees can't see how many hours they've worked from the phone app. It would be nice for employees to see their hours at the very least, and possibly even get alerts at set increments. August 8, 2017 5.0 Pros I love having the time clocking details on a daily basis with excellent reporting capabilities. Being able to open several windows to simultaneously review the time card, Field Notes, Map Tool, and reports to verify time records is so helpful. I love the interactive maps and color coded icons in the time card details. Cons The online system has periods of very slow processing, which can be frustrating and inefficient. I don't often have to call into customer service with a technical question, but when I do, having to wait for technical support to call me back is also an efficiency challenge. At first it seemed like a dream in solving our recruiting and hiring problems, and it helped get us organized. However, lately we have had troubles with it sending wrong times to candidates and hiring managers for their interviews, which makes the company and our department particularly look unprofessional and the candidates unprepared. We have had to take extra measures to ensure that everyone is on the same page resulting in a waste of company time. This was one of the main processes we were hoping this program would streamline. Not only has this been a problem, but it remains unresolved going on two months. Pros It is very helpful in keeping all candidates to each job application separate and organized. Cons Viewing notes is done in two places, and cannot be linked. This does not save much time as you have to click and both are on separate screens. When we voiced our concern, they told us there was no way to change this and it is the way it is. VR Verified Reviewer Student Libraries Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Easiest way to track your hours worked and payment line" November 20, 2019 5.0 Pros The whole layout of the portal seems convenient and it's even easier to note down how many hours you worked in which department and at what time. There is even a space to write down the description of what you did during your working hours which I find very helpful as the employer who will confirm the payroll can be informed about the employees' work and diligence. The other feature of this portal is we can print out either PDF or Microsoft sheet of the timetable which we can use for reference. Overall, Infinity-HR is a great circulation for both employees and employers to track their needs and time in a workspace. Cons I didn't really find a fault in this portal but, there were times when the portal mixed up working hours and departments especially if you worked more in one department of the same organization. Cons One thing that doesn't coincide with our company is that applicants are allowed to use percentages in their direct deposit and our company only uses dollar amounts. There are tons of data recorded but not accessible. I would also like to see the data entry screens more compatible with traditional typist skills, specifically not having to take hands off the keyboard to move the cursor with the mouse. They are very willing to work with us and meet our needs as a Company. Cons One item I would say is a Con, is the system is not fully programmable to how we would exactly like it. Have tried at least 3 other time keeping apps, some are free and some have very minimal cost and those do not compare to ExakTime. I can always get help, its easy to understand and easy for my guys to use. Don't remember how I lived without it! Pros Simple to use, simple to implement, saves us thousands on each payroll. I like that you can see at a glance all the job locations and where the employees are clocked in at any given time. Cons I don't like that the employees can force close the app which dismantles the option for geotracking. Also, not everyone remembers to log out at the end of the day. Pros The reports are useful. The overall time detail view is very helpful. I like that you can view time by the locations or by the employees. Cons The vehicle tracking is a bit limited. This helps us tremendously as most of our employees are our in the field. We can also set geofences around locations and see where they are clocking in/out on a map. It also calculates time by the minute, which makes payroll much easier. Cons The few times I have had to reach out to customer service-the response is not prompt. User Friendly - The system is very easy to navigate, of course there was a learning curve, primarily because it was our first ATS.
