Awful! I am now without a system to track my work, cases and invoices. I contacted their customer service support page. I needed to change my invoice template--it is such a terrible system. I don't think that I have seen anything quite like it.

Pros

Since they a changed the software, nothing. There is absolutely no support for things like changing the invoice templates. It is an extremely complicated task, which even the support person agreed---Sent me a zoom invite for the next day, and marked the problem resolved 2 hours after I made the appointment

Cons

I requested assistace from rocket matter via their 888 number. I got someone on the phone who said that he would set up a time to do a zoom call. I then received an email that the matter was resolved. It was not!

Frustration - limitations - creates more work.

Pros

I really don't like anything about Rocket Matter.

Cons

Inability to change dates - reprint e bills to a word format - the limitations of the reporting - the names of the reports which makes it difficult to find a report - who starts off reporting with "I want to" - it feels very juvenile.

Llevar eficientemente una trasabilidad en las diferentes tareas que se realizan en una organización, puede llegar a ser complejo. Esta herramienta permite mantener organizadamente las tareas diarias como los macro proyectos. Mediante la generación de informes, permite informar un mapa actual de la situación de cada tarea en la que la organización se la sumado.

Pros

Cuenta con una interfaz de usuario limpia y organizada que permite encontrar las diferentes opciones de manera rápida y clara. Permite la creación de informes muy precisos y completos. Lleva eficientemente tanto las horas invertidas en las diferentes tareas como cuánto tiempo se ha invertido en las distintas acciones ejecutadas.

Cons

Para organizaciones extremadamente grandes puede que sea una herramienta que se quede corto en cuanto a funcionalidades e informes.
