Pros

It made employee engagement better. Overall was easy to use and we got good feedback. Will use again.

Cons

Set up was a bit difficult but their support team was helpful. We also were putting the monitor in a difficult space but that wasn't fault of the product!

Being able to communicate within offices especially while we have customers in front of us and sending these quick messages to discuss available options to help client especially If I am unsure how to resolve the issue , coworker a desk away can send me quick message without making me look a certain way to client.

Pros

Helps with being able to communicate with coworkers in other office locations. Being able to customize group chats for each department within the company. Messaging made easy.

Cons

I have yet to come across a reason why I would not like this application . I've used it daily since starting my insurance Broker Position.

We purchased the software for a specific reason, as an engagement tool, and it’s delivered so far. Would recommend!

Pros

It’s very aesthetically pleasing. Among other things, we use to it display upcoming current events on our intranet. My eye is always caught!

Cons

I wish it integrated better with other programs like PowerPoint. I find myself rebuilding existing visuals in appspace frequently, which is tedious.

Wonderful experience when operating Appspace for digital signage and team communication or collaboration. My team able to keep-up with company latest news and a space where everyone is connected under one platform.

Pros

Work from anywhere is possible with Appspace with its intuitive communication and workplace management that is easy to connect from my laptop. The digital signage features is the most outstanding program I have experience, the display is automatically resize to match user screen and not stretching display image. It look very natural in what ever device that I use. No hardware minimum requirement needed to display the content, as long the content display setting is created using the pre-made template.

Cons

Just some issues with the newly introduced AI tools to summarize content. It doesn't help much as most of the content already shortened to make it easy for the crowd to read the text. It would be better if they introduce other tools that actually helping with workspace communication.

I find this software really easy and effective to use. We have a mix of digital displays for our meeting rooms, tea point notice boards, reception screens, screens that are used for events etc. and controlling them all is so easy with this app.

Pros

The ease of use, the templates/cards in the library that you can take advantage of and being able to set when you when your content displayed and when you want it archived automatically.

Cons

I haven't come across any issues so far that I would say are a con/downside of the product. There are a few features that would be nice to add but really the product is really very good overall.

As far as the application is concerned it was good, easy to learn and navigate. I felt misled by the sales team about certain features that were deal breakers. In the end all that was promised wasn't all there and we had to terminate the contract.
