I enjoy using the program but have a lot to learn. I would like my company to look into upgrading this program through Money Soft.

Pros

The Customer Support is phenomenal. After wasting my time trying to do my own research into an aspect of the program I was running, I reached out by phone, missed the return call, but received a voice mail with very clear, step by step instructions which solved my issue swimmingly. Yay! Then \[sensitive content hidden\] called to check in on my results and while on the phone helped me with another aspect I was not familiar with, but really needed to know about. Yay, again!

Cons

N/A. It is a little ambiguous to use, initially, and I don't use it often, but when getting in there and working it is a great program.

Have used Fixed Asset Pro for many years for several of our companies. Never let us down and provides the report options we need.

Pros

Timely updates and ability to talk to a real person in the USA regarding questions or issues. Response is prompt and appropriate.

Cons

There is nothing that comes to mind. Product has always served our needs and technical support is readily available.

I would recommend using this when you need a good program to keep track of your fixed assets. It is easy to navigate.

Pros

Fixed Asset Pro allows me to keep track of the assets for multiple companies. I feel the cost is very affordable. It is very easy to upgrade each year. If I have had any questions regarding calculations, they have been quick to respond.

Cons

I use Fixed Asset Pro as a supplement to my fixed asset schedule within my tax program. Sometimes I find discrepancies and then have to figure out how to correct it so that it matches for tax purposes.

As I said previously my overall experience has been for the most part great, besides some bugs that have slowed down progression but was resolved after pointing them out.

Pros

I like Fixed Asset Pro because it is way more flexible then the previous software that we had, the most useful feature is the NONE method and being able to put more detail behind each Asset! The support is very useful as well.

Cons

Besides a few bugs I have disliked to much about Fixed Asset Pro that wasn't able to be resolved fairly quick.

Great value and good product. I am glad we found this software program. For a fixed asset program, it is robust and extremely affordable.

Pros

Ease of installation and setup. The instructions were easy to follow and the whole process was enjoyable. We had to stop tracking our assets in Excel and this product was the answer.

Cons

Limitations on date range calculations. This may have been an issue on our part during setup, but I would like to have the availability of running depreciation/amortization reports within a date range, not just fiscal or calendar year.

Appreciate the ease of use and the timely updates. My account representative is very helpful, and support is timely.

Pros

Ease of use and low cost. The asset tracking is very detailed if you want to use this feature with a maintenance management system.

Cons

I still have difficulty with getting state information to be filled in on the depreciation Form 4562.

Very good, always have received prompt call backs by customer service, it is user friendly but I would like more flexibility for reporting and one item may be assigned to two divisions

Pros

The customer service is excellent, the program works as it should. The cost is affordable for the value.

Cons

I am not able to adjust equipment into only certain months during the year and assign to different divisions. In my industry it would be helpful if there was more ability to change how reports are run, for instance a truck may be assigned to a winter division and a summer division, 5 months for winter and 7 for summer with the ability to assign to multiple divisions by choosing which month the equipment is depr. in.

Pros

The software is user friendly and easy to make a correction. Compare to other products it's good value for the price.

Cons

Please add a way to duplicate a project in the CIP module. For example if we buy 20 laptops, it would be nice if I could create the first one and duplicate it 19 more times.

It was an easy process to order the product, install it, and receive help via email and chat when I needed it.

Pros

It's ease of use. I was able to begin using the product without the need for any tutorials or help requests.

Cons

I don't have any cons from using the software so far. Any questions I've had about upgrading were handled promptly.

The software is great and easy to use. I also use the software for my prepaid expenses. Even though the software isn't specifically built for this purpose, the basic functionality and reporting make it a great choice.

Pros

It's an all in one program that does everything I need. It handles GAAP, State, Fed and Alt books. Multi licensing for machines is great! All of the reports I need are built in and the GUI is customizable for quick and easy view changes. Great value for the cost compared to other software that's out there that is less feature rich and mor expensive.

Cons

I don't like that there is a "minimum life" of 1 year on assets. This is because I have prepaid expenses I track that are for 3 or 6 month periods. The software will still calculate values correctly with a life under 1, it just warns you every time you update the asset and will adjust the life of the asset from .25 to .3 if you don't pay attention.
