### "A good downgrade for us"

September 11, 2024

5.0

Very good. I am happy we changed from Global shop solutions

Pros

I like that it is simpler than our last ERP. Last year we downgraded our CRM from salesforce and saved so much time and money. This appears to be the same. We will save a lot because of the overhead managing a mid market ERP system. I is also so fast compared to our old system. Working in the browser in the cloud is great! We have been very happy with the QBO integration

Cons

I wish there was a shipstation integration and an active campaign integration. I wish the zapier integration included customer record transfer. I wish the woocommerce integration was a little deeper. Primarily I wish the description synced. We may use a third party PIM database.

Reason for choosing inFlow Inventory

Cost and functionality were the primary drivers

GSS was too big for us. We are a smaller company and needed something that was simpler with less overhead.

### "inFlow Inventory - Worth the Effort"

April 11, 2025

4.0

Overall we have really come to rely on . The customer service we receive is some of the best we've ever encountered. The ongoing (free) training provided by their webinars cannot be beat, and I strongly encourage anyone struggling with the software to take the time to watch a few of those, they really are a game changer. Would we purchase this software again? Absolutely. I'm not sure we could run our business without it anymore. A word of advice though - set it up carefully. Yes, everything is changeable, but depending upon the complexity of your BOMs it can be a daunting experience.

Pros

We use in our vehicle manufacturing business (we build one of a kind handmade specialized vehicles). We've been able to set up BOMs, track inventory, handle parts sales, etc., all with real time updates.

Cons

There are a few things Inflow could do better. Being able to really customize some of the screens would help (the options are there, but at times it's very flaky, might work, might not, roll the dice and take a chance). It also does not automatically update costing on BOMs when you alter the cost of a raw part, so there is more touch time than really should be required. This might be a problem with QuickBooks more than Inflow, but the integration between the two is hopeless. Save your time, don't even bother trying.

### "An inventory system for those that do not want to spend unnecessary time doing inventory"

September 11, 2024

5.0

Amazing in every single way. A clear software that allows you to work from everywhere and keep an eye on inventory.

Pros

Everything! this is a system that takes way all unnecessary embellishing things and is clear, and organized and to the point.

Cons

the only thing I would like to see is that it syncs to my crm. but to be honest, i have learned how to work around that.

### "inFlow Review"

September 16, 2024

5.0

I had an easy time setting it up. It took a long time because we have so many parts but in the end was so worth it! I've been using it for about 2.5 months and have not had any problems.

Pros

I really like that it is all in one. I dont need different programs to keep track of inventory, customers, and invoices.

Cons

I wish I could click on a part in a sales order and bring up info about the part. If I want to look at a parts info I have to look it up separately.

September 12, 2024

Super smooth, and very amazing for counting inventory!

Pros

Easy to use. Keeps everything organized. And you can customize it further if needed. We use sublocation as a place to name batches, and it's very useful.

Cons

It cannot use a product to create another product in the work orders. We normally have to use the same product to create more of this by creating a sort of circular reference, but this is not allowed.

### "need an easy way to reserve product put on hold"

September 12, 2024

4.0

I really like the site and customer service is super fantastic!

Pros

Keeping track of products, and who order or putting remarks were things went.

Cons

I would like to have a way to reserve products for a sale that we are waiting for customers payment to clear without totally taking it out of inventory, but it shows our website that product is not there at that time, so we do not take an order for product that we are holding for a customer. We do not have your full package with the store because we have a website. I would just like to have a simple way to put product on reserve / hold.

### "InFlow Review"

September 12, 2024

5.0

overall, great! the support is good, the program is straightforward enough for my whole team to use with varying technological ability.

Pros

ease of use, intuitive setup, cloud-based (so no server to worry about). mobile capability.

Cons

the two versions both need to be used (web and app) to get full functionality - I can't do dropships, I can't filter my searches as well, and I can't filter my reporting as well on the web as I can in the app. I still can't get some of the reports that I need and have to run multiple + combine them manually. mobile search and filter doesn't allow to filter to just in stock. ### "Decent Inventory Cloud management at a fraction of the cost of the competitors "

May 31, 2024

5.0

Much better than anything else we trialled, the interface is good and their help team responsive. Overall very pleased with it

Pros

Pictorial easy to use cloud interface, app which allows scanning inventory in and out. Easy to manufacture items and sub components of items

Cons

Still working a few bugs out of the system, but what software isn't. There is some rather crucial information missing on stock adjustments (like who did them), which makes following up a pain for me at the moment - I hope they are going to add this data field in the future. I would also like to be able to make explanations for stock movement mandatory

Reason for choosing inFlow Inventory

We manufacture items and make products with sub components, inflow was by far the easiest and most user friendly package for this. I was also impressed by their ability to support a young business. We had Inflow fully up and running in one with with 3 locations and thousands of lines of stock. People can start using it with confidence with very little training thanks to its easy and logical interface.

### "Review from Eastside Exterminators"

March 6, 2024

5.0

Overall it has been an awesome experience. I was sold from the beginning. \[sensitive content hidden\] to get our inventory imported and get our custom fields setup, it was clear that the support was awesome. We have been with inflow since 2018 and I have recommended inflow to some of our sister companies across the country.

Pros

Technical support is quick to respond and communicates clearly. User interface on the desktop version is very clear and easy to use. Showroom access helps efficiency.

Cons

Having to pay for increments of 5 user subscriptions at a time. Meaning that one person needing to be added will cost you adding 5, leaving 4 licenses unused. Showroom needs an "add to cart" button. Currently, you just increase the quantity, which works fine, it just confuses people new to the process until they get the hang of it. It also leads to people adding things to their cart that they did not mean to add.

And you're right that our plans come with a minimum number of users—like 2 or 5. We don't currently offer plans with fewer users than that, but there are options to add one extra user at a time. ^TW

Overall, it's one of the better inventory systems I've used.

Pros

It's very easy to use! When I first started at the company I work at, no one really knew how to use it. A few months after I started and watching a lot of the helpful YouTube videos, I had inFlow up and running and created a Showroom for employees to use to request items they need at their site.

Glad to hear you're finding our YouTube videos helpful, John! In case it helps: you could export product details, change the ProductName and ItemType, and re-import the file. This would help you create a new non-stocked version of that product, without having to copy all of the descriptions or other details. You could then deactivate the stocked product. If you have any questions about this, just reach out to us at support@inflowinventory.com.

### "A dream to work with"

July 3, 2019

5.0

Pretty much all the Inventory and work orders, and practical flows of invoicing, sales orders, purchase orders etc.

Pros

Quite simply, it is easy and allows for most functions we need with work orders and serialized items. The Inflow Cloud is fast enough and easily customizable. Great stuff, quite simply. :) And the customer service is nothing short of stunning.

Cons

There are no cons, per se, more features that would be great to add on, as time passes and you develop the software further; the Android client (being able to do POs, SOs and invoicing would be fantastic). There are some other bugs with the Android client, in terms of cost pricing on the products that can be straightened out; right now we can't really use it for much. Furthermore, it would be great to be able to communicate in our own language with customers that are non-English speakers, by adding European specialty letters instead of ? :) And should you move towards creating shipments directly through API (with tracking updates) towards DHL, TNT, UPS etc, that would be cool (check out the Parcel tracker app for Android). And also of course taking the step out towards an own integrated sales platform to a little bit bigger extent than the inventory showroom (like a webshop of sorts), rather than the one-way integration to Shopify, that could be a really interesting proposition for us (however, we understand that it is an inventory system, and at that it is great stuff.

Reason for choosing inFlow Inventory

Price vs quality made the call; and the onboarding process solidified our entrenchment as a customer (now in two different companies)

Review Source

Response from Archon Systems

January 4, 2023

Hi Christian, thanks for the great review! I just wanted to update you on some of the features you mentioned as a lot has changed since your review! You can now do POs, SOs and share/email invoices from the mobile app. The Shopify integration now pushes inventory from inFlow to Shopify as well as pulling Shopify orders into inFlow. Our API is now available to use and you can see our documentation here: https://cloudapi.inflowinventory.com/docs/index.html We do also integrate with EasyPost now, which you can connect your existing carrier to (e.g. DHL and UPS) so that you can generate and print a shipping label without leaving inFlow. It can also notify your customers automatically that their order has been shipped. Keep the feedback coming, we'd love to hear from you! Warm regards, Cassandra

### "Ease of Using Inflow Inventory Program"

May 30, 2024

5.0

In my opinion, Inflow cloud is very user friendly. I like that in the products tab you can search for any item with using word in the title. It doesn't have to be specific. I feel that the system is very straight forward and easy to learn all the basic functions for supply ordering and inventory control.

Pros

The customer service that work with Inflow are very attentive and knowledgeable about the system and time to review and come up with solutions to any question we may have to streamline our inventory process.

Cons

The cloud version and the app are different and sometimes confusing to switch between the two. I feel there are more features available in the cloud version.

Reason for choosing inFlow Inventory

Inflow seemed to meet most of our check boxes and was within our budgetary considerations.

### "Very accurate and easy to use."

August 11, 2018

5.0

This program is so very easy to use. However, the price doesn’t include some features that we really wish that it would. The fact that you can either have cloud-based or device-based is not a good thing, especially when it’s something so important. If we had an internet outage, we couldn’t use it. If we wanted to be able to use it without internet, we lose the app compatibility. We shouldn’t have to decide between the two; there should be an option that includes both, and many people would pay to have that.

Pros

I love that I can use images and add barcodes all in the same place. It is so easy to use and even easier to teach others how to use it. I also like that I can get reports on how many items we’ve sold and to whom. The apps have come in handy so often, because when we did an inventory check, we were able to go around using the mobile app rather than having to go back and forth between the computer and the shelves. This app made life a lot easier, and support was so helpful during the few times we had issues.

Cons

It’s a tad pricey. In order to get the mobile app, you have to pay. This includes permission for two people to use the program. However, this includes support, which is definitely worth it. We would prefer to also have the option to have the inventory stored on our devices rather than just in the cloud, but if we changed to the inFlow On-Premise, we would lose our mobile device compatibility. We would be willing to pay a little more over the already-pricey cost to have the option to have it cloud-based and on our devices.
