Pretty easy to navigate once you know what function to use, and what exactly the function controls and changes

Pros

The functionality is comprehensive and detailed. Being able to connect documents through our company's system drive is a highlight.

Cons

Needs to be able to differentiate a little more thoroughly on available product for sales and product that is just showing in the system

As an admin I do not use it to the fullest extent that other users do, but it is easy to work with when adding new users and the customer service is always top notch

Pros

That is a central location for the information to complete the shipping requirements from P.O to receiving payment.

Cons

It is not the easiest to learn and find things in. The search feature does not always find what you are looking for.

I like the system and working in it. It makes my job very easy. It is very easy to keep track of inventory and what data is needed.

Pros

It is easy to learn and there are multiple ways to get to the data you need. I enjoy using the portals to get to what I need in just a couple of clicks.

Cons

The reports engine. I spend way too much time troubleshooting errors in it for my users, when its an issue of them clicking too fast.

Pros

So far, our experience with Datacor ERP has been very positive. As new users, one of the first things that stood out is how everything updates in real time. That single feature has made a huge difference in how we manage our inventory. Instead of waiting for batch updates or manually reconciling numbers, we can see changes instantly, which keeps our operations smoother and far more accurate. Overall, the real‑time visibility has made day‑to‑day inventory management easier, faster, and more reliable. I’m looking forward to exploring more of the system as we continue getting up to speed. I also appreciate that I can access information from many different places within the system. Whether I’m looking at inventory, customer details, or order history, the data is easy to find and connected across modules. It makes navigating the system feel intuitive and helps me get what I need without jumping through extra steps.

Cons

One thing I find frustrating is the need to manually hit “Update” every time I edit a record. It’s easy to forget, and when I do, the changes don’t save, which slows down the workflow. Having edits auto‑save or prompt me before leaving a screen would make the system feel much more seamless.

I have been using ERP for just over a year and what I've noticed so far is the excellent customer service. I enjoy the VB portal for support tickets and appreciate the follow ups and resolve times.

Pros

AP26 has really helped our business stay on top of our payables instead of drowning in process input. ERP has powerful information accessible when you know how to customize the portal modules.

Cons

The reporting features on the finance side are not sufficient enough for a multimillion dollar business to thrive properly.

Pros

All the different functions you have available. The customer screen is an awesome tool. I also like being able to schedule future pricing

Cons

I don’t like How slow it is to enter orders and how I have to open a whole new screen to print or email a quote.

Pros

For a complex system, the tool is fairly intuitive and allows me to find what I need in due time.

Cons

Customer setup is very manual. If that could be automated, it would be a great help. Managing remarks are a challenge when the notes are outdated.
