Pros

Data collection and integration of operational functions all the way to financial reporting.

Cons

Our company is still utilizing softwares/functions outside of Chempax like SDS, Minitab, BOL processing, fixed assets. etc.

I feel it has been very positive for us as a company because of all the tools available which speed up billing and invoicing.

Pros

All the different functions you have available. The customer screen is an awesome tool. I also like being able to schedule future pricing

Cons

I don’t like How slow it is to enter orders and how I have to open a whole new screen to print or email a quote.

I regularly use the tool to manage business needs. My company’s challenge is maximizing the use of the tool.

Pros

For a complex system, the tool is fairly intuitive and allows me to find what I need in due time.

Cons

Customer setup is very manual. If that could be automated, it would be a great help. Managing remarks are a challenge when the notes are outdated.

We are still in implementation but I can’t wait to get started! There are so many functions that our current software doesn’t do and Datacor covers all the bases.

Pros

Functionality and ability to cover all modules we require in one solution. Also the technology is top notch.

Nothing yet, we aren’t using since we are still implementing.

The connivence and efficiency. I like how it feels as your team is here to support in anyway and not just hear the good, but also address the “bad”.

I’ve had a mostly good experience. Anytime I have an issue, I can send it in and discuss it with support. They have worked to improve the system to fit our industry.

Pros

It’s cleaner and easier to find things than our previous AS400 system. It gives me more freedom to go back and change things on the AR side. We also enjoy the reports we can pull from this system.

Cons

We still have some problems with getting packing slips and invoice amounts to match in some areas due to backorder issues.
