If there is something wrong operationally with Convoso I need to goto Customer Support but I don't get answers there and if something is good going, that time also I don't know why it is all good. So overall, I never build a confidence nor I get any actions or learnings. It's going good, celebrate. It has a problem, should get fixed in sometime automatically. Like restarting a laptop has solved 80% of the problems but that's not the actual troubleshooting.

Pros

User friendly interface - The options in the main menu and the sub menu options are very much self explanatory

Cons

Customer Support - I am not happy at all with the customer support. Let me give you an example that fits in my experiences on most of the interactions. A day I reported a few leads without any customer on the other line. Those leads were just 30 minutes old because it took time to take lead IDs from the live agents in production. I was asked for most recent examples so I went back and this time came back with new examples within 15 minutes. Meanwhile, the issue was resolved and I was informed to get back if the issue happens again. My point was to know what went wrong there but eventually I didn't get to know that and we were put on wait for that issue to happen again. Another example, on another incident I asked for RCA on something that was terribaly wrong on Convoso (Global Outage at Convoso that day) and I got the RCA after more than 3 follow ups. The received RCA was very generic without any actions taken to prevent that issue from happening again. The reports also are not excel friendly, specially when you want put a vertical and horizontal breaks together.

Very good overall Great software for our Insurance Agents. Easy to use on their side and mine. I use it to monitor calls and coach agents through enrollments. There are many different ways to search for a call. It is very easy to find what you are looking for. Then once you get your search results, there are a lot of ways to filter them. You can even save the results for later and name it for easy reference when you go to find it again. Calls are also easy to download. My experience with Convoso has been topnotch!

Pros

Great software for our Insurance Agents. Easy to use on their side and mine. I use it to monitor calls and coach agents through enrollments.

Cons

Only thing I disliked was you need to have a stable and steady internet connection to use convosso and if your internet acts up mid call you might be logged out.

Pros

Convoso works well for outbound calling teams. The system is fast, and once everything is set up properly, it runs smoothly. I like that it gives you good visibility into call activity and agent performance. The reporting tools are helpful for tracking results and making adjustments to campaigns.

Cons

It can take some time to learn. There are a lot of settings and features, so it’s not the most beginner-friendly platform. The setup process requires attention to detail, and you may need some support to get everything configured correctly.

I really like how simple it is to pull up past calls. The call logs section is easy to navigate, and it’s helped me stay on top of my progress.

Cons

It would be helpful to add a feature that allows agents to access a caller’s past call history by number, along with information about which representative handled the previous interactions.

Locks up on me a couple of times and need to be kicked out by a manager and then log back in. I have not ever needed to call customer service

I highly recommend this dialer for OTF sales calls. the site is very efficient and offers lots of editing and personalization tools.

Our experience has been very positive. Convoso is a powerhouse for high-volume outbound centers. It took us some time to get the configuration exactly where we wanted it, but once it was dialed in, our productivity increased significantly. It’s a serious tool for serious sales teams.

Pros

Convoso’s predictive dialing and lead management capabilities are top-tier. What I like most is the level of customization available for campaigns—you can really fine-tune your outreach to maximize contact rates. The reporting is extremely granular, which allows us to identify exactly where our bottlenecks are in real-time

Cons

Because the system is so feature-rich, the data management side can get a little messy. If you aren't diligent about lead hygiene and list management, the sheer volume of data the system generates can become overwhelming to navigate.

cant text or send DM's clients - and it doesnt track my call history more than a couple days and once an appt has passed cant go back and look at it. if you miss it its gone.

Pros

It Filtered out all the answering machine, It's convenient and easy use.

Cons

While I prefer convoso over Many other dialers, I don't like the fact that the call backs gets wiped out after the time has passed.

They are very professional and thorough. They have very great customer support and also technical support. I like that they have a knowledge center that is also easy to use.

We've been using Convoso for a year now, and it’s been a game changer for our outbound calling. The dialer is fast, reliable, and easy for our agents to use. It’s helped us reach more leads, stay organized, and improve our overall performance. Support has been great too, quick and helpful whenever we needed them. Highly recommend it if you're running a call-heavy operation.
