However, the dashboard has not broken. Since we would create a train wreck if we moved 33 people to another system, we will continue to use this system. Although, I think I may be amazed at how well TimeSolv keeps intake and documents organized for me after losing my mind. Pros I have been able to run TimeSolv for nearly the entire length of my business days because matter loading takes so long. After having some difficulty finding someone to help with bookkeeping using TimeSolv, I finally did find a bookkeeper who knew how to use it, that was quite amazing. TimeSolv does allow me to have everything in one place. Cons There is not much that I do not like but it does have a steep learning curve, other wise it is good. Unfortunately, my only bad experience as the person that left and I wasn't contacted back. Pros I liked the ease of using the program for timekeeping, invoices and inputting case information into the program. Cons The only thing I disliked about TimeSolv was that I went through a demo with the company and then the person that did the demo then left the company and I was not contacted back regarding. I tried the program, had someone walk me through it. It simply was more time consuming than just writing everything down on paper. If you have a higher education in Computer Science, it might be what you are looking for. Pros Nothing. It is not user friendly and I would not recommend it to anyone who has less than a Master's Degree in Computer Science. Cons The product is not user friendly.
