They sold me on flexibility and customization, but in reality, it’s a rigid, cookie-cutter system with minimal capability unless you pay heavily for add-ons. Worse, they lock you into a 3-year contract through small print buried in linked terms. The platform has minimum requirements, yet still fails to deliver even basic performance. I previously built a custom platform from the ground up, and this is by far the worst tool I’ve ever used. I feel misled, trapped, and completely disappointed. Pros The only positive I can mention is that the support team responds quickly—but unfortunately, they have very little power to fix anything meaningful. The platform itself is rigid, overpriced, and completely lacking in customization unless you pay massive fees. It’s a cookie-cutter solution dressed up as something flexible. Worst of all, they bury a 3-year contract in fine print via linked terms, locking you in before you realize what’s happening. I’ve built my own platform before, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. I feel completely misled and regret ever signing up. Cons Avoid this platform at all costs. Overpromises, underdelivers, and charges a premium for even basic customization. You're locked into a 3-year contract through fine print, and their “solutions” are nothing more than cookie-cutter templates. Worst platform I’ve ever used — especially frustrating after building my own from scratch. Total waste of time and money. Horrible on attempting to integrate with other products ( ADP WFN). They do not have an open API, and they generally are un- responsive / outright obstructive when trying to get information to facilitate cross platform data bridges / integrations. Have been at it for about 6 months now, and seems no closer than 6 months ago. Pros Good communication features for applicant pool, but like everything else with this company, you pay for it. Cons Company makes it difficult to use the database (that you build, and is actually your IP) for integrations with other programs. If you want to put your applicant data in a box that you may never be able to open with any other application, Avionte may be for you... Cons The biggest issue with the platform is a lack of timely support post implementation. It's actually forced us to replatform. You have to submit a ticket via thier support desk, but then if you want someone to actually look at it in a reasonable timeframe you have to call in to the desk. Over the last few months tickets go days to weeks without updates, even after escalations. I'm embarrassed to have had made the change. They will charge you for everything extra in addition to your monthly fees, they absolutely make no attempt to make any upgrades or changes, I really wish I would have read this review board before purchasing. It's brought down productivity of my team by 25% I want to pull my hair out!
