The pro is that Hotelogix property management is really a complete solution. I have tried many other PMS and channel managers before moving to Hotelogix and I can say that this is one of the best out there. The cons are that since the product is so powerful with many features, the learning curve can be quite difficult and confusing at times. And setting up the PMS with the channel manager will take sometime. But this is effectively forgotten because of their excellent customer support, from their technical support team, sales team, and even from the personal account manager. They provide training through skype calls and also teaches you every step of the way until you are familiar and thoroughly understands the working of the system. Overall It has been a pleasant experience and since the system has been setup I have had no issues with my daily operations. I would recommend this product highly.

Pros

I like the layout and functions. It's very user friendly and easy to use. Substantially increased our booking efficiently and capability of selling more rooms. Love the no extra cost of choosing their partnered channel manager.

Cons

Housekeeping features could be improved. Still a little pricey even though it's cheaper than some other competitors.

I liked the reliability of the product and the customization options that the hotelogix team allowed.

Cons

Customer service was sometimes difficult because many of their support team were based overseas and I had a hard time communicating with them.

We have used Hotelogix for the past three years. Every year we become more efficient to our guests and the user friendly system allows us to have better control of our resort. Being self contained apartments the Hotelogix booking engine has enabled us to link it to our website for ease of use for our guests and quick response confirmations to their booking. Most importantly, Hotelogix has a highly capable support team always available. Our account manager's response time always sets us back on track when we have some difficulty. We are not living in the same country as the resort's location but we are managing the bookings as if we were in resort. Lastly, besides that it is a great system, the Hotelogix team is always upgrading and developing the system. This is a booking system which is capable of being tailored to your specific needs.

Hotelogix works perfectly in small hostels. Also, you can get more room suscriptions for expand your business.

Cons

If you have only one location, or just a few rooms for rent Hotelogix could be a little expensive option.

Be cautious working with this company. They will waste your time.

Pros

we do not have anything good to say about their product. they try to sell with their cheap price, but their service is also nonexistent.

Cons

\-they will insist using your own credential to set up connections -the staff is technologically imcompetent -they will have 5 guys come online saying they are managers, but none is doing anything, the only person working with you is unsupervised and untrained.

Easy to install and run

Pros

Easy to setup and get up and running. Great customer support 24x7 and my transition contact have been great all through the process.

Cons

Limited languages for manuals, missing some reports which the team is happy to create for you. The phone app is limited so it does the basic night run and a few other functions, I would like to see the app run the full cloud system

We carefully researched several hotel booking systems before we decided to go with Hotelogix and we are not disappointed. The staff were polite and very helpful in getting us set up which it seems was our biggest obstacle due to the fact that we had heavy bookings and our schedule was already almost completely full for our "high season". It took awhile to do this but now that we are working with Hotelogix we are so pleased with it because it's an awesome system, brilliant really, easy to work with and easy for our clients to make bookings all on their own. We can now see it is a tremendous advantage for us to have it. We are looking forward to a prosperous year with more bookings due to our transition to Hotelogix.

Wow am really impressed about the whole system because it really address all the question i asked from the trainer.i will say a big "ayekooo" meaning great work done. A great solution that can be easily understood by any layman. It is feature rich but at the same time, it can be easily understood by anyone. As a consultant, I find it very easy to train the hoteliers who otherwise finds most systems very complicated and takes months to understand. With Hotelogix it is few hours of training and they are ready to go. Also the wonderful support program helps in case we are stuck at any point within few seconds of request. I recommend Hotelogix to all hotels in Ghana and other part of Africa

The services was very professional straight from the start. We have been with Hotelogix for 1 year now. The program is easy to use and never has any down time. As an online system, it is available anywhere - even on iPad and iPhone. This also helps greatly if you are in an underdeveloped country where sometimes power failure can be an issue. The set up was easy and staff of hotelogix very helpful. Customer support is great, and emails are answered in a speedy manner. I also like the constant updating and new features Hotelogix develops. In my opinion, one feature that would be a nice addition is a color difference for "paid rooms". I am sure Hotelogix will implement that feature shortly.

Cons

Steps can not be re-edited. One room should be able to be accessed from different users as the same time.

Before Hotelogix we depended on a spreadsheet program and that was a nightmare. Rooms were constantly getting double booked or underbooked and we were losing money. Hotelogix has made operating our 23 room hotel such a breeze. No more double bookings! It helps us keep track of the housekeeping and it gives us the ability to make properly formatted customer invoices. I love how we can easily keep track of data for our repeat customers. Taking reservations and sending email confirmations all just a few clicks of the mouse. The user interface is so simple almost anybody that uses a computer could operate it.

Hotelogix streamline online sales with success and reservation are getting very easy. support are reactive when needed.

Pros

Its a complete PMS with a very user friendly reservation management screen, housekeeping module, POS module, booking engine and channel manager connexion. the software is well adapted for properties from 10 to 100 rooms that are selling in multiple channels: online, walkings, travel agencies offline... the mobile app is also very usefull for camps

Cons

some modules are very rich and need sometime to adapt but a half day training is sufficient in most cases

We are using Hotelogix for 1 month, it's simple and easy to understand, I was looking into 5 different options and take several months for my election. Now we are using the PMS without problems and think to integrate with payment options later. Hotelogix forces us to be more profesional in our organization, and that's good! Pros: They answer the emails very quick, and try to help very fast. Cons: I will like if I can handle hotelogix for to register the arrival time at work for the staff. That feature would be very helpfull for me.

We tried using Hotelogix Freemium on our smallest property which only had 7 rooms and no breakfast. The setup was a bit disturbed since there was quite a load on our internet connection back then but other than that and some difference in terminology there were no difficulties. After a few months, the Freemium had proven itself to be a solid Premium product although it was FREE and to this day it remains solid and FREE.

We have been using Hotelogix form more than 2 years now and it has been great. It is very handy to have a cloud system that you can access everywhere and anytime. The other great feature of Hotelogix is that you have the possibility to connect with all the mayor reservation webpage (such as booking, expedia) and all the reservation are placed automatically on the Hotelogix system and the availability update automatically. This save us a lot of time!
