Pros

Exceptional customer service regarding help. The connectivity with all major third party sellers. No over selling of rooms when fully booked out.

Cons

Not being able to log out users instantly on night audits. Everything else works perfectly. Very happy!

Makes my work much more easier since its a cloud based system so its easy to manage and work from anywhere

Pros

Safe and secure. Very easy that gives a freedom to anyone to use. You do not need a week of training its just few houra and you are done.

Cons

Front Desk and Pos. Making a reservation is just click and drag while using a pos is just pick a product and sale

Experience of being a Hotelogix user it is very easy to adopt because of multiple live supports & inbuilt help manuals with enabled screenshots.

Pros

Regardless of room counts it's easy to manage & operational wise there are no hassles.

Cons

Because of big room inventory sometimes it takes long to update.

As it is a cloud base software, can easily access from any where. integrate with most of the booking channels. good support, has most of the features that is need for hotel

Cons

i will be very happy if i can use hotelogix on my mobile with no extra cost. another is the support team could not integrate hotelogix with some online booking channels, but trying to fix it. beside that, i don't see any cons.

The software is versatile and reasonably easy to use; The customer service is above average with a response time of less than a few minutes.

Cons

Daily outstanding cannot be extracted; the financial report can be made better and versatile. There should be provision to take any room off the Hotel runner system; currently the entire lot need to be taken off

The calendar view and reporting functions work very well and give me a decent insight into occupancy levels and revenue per room type.

Cons

The interface could do with modernising a bit to make it more user-friendly and less cluttered. Im sure this will happen soon.

Pros

You can access it from anywhere as long as you have internet connection It is secure and friendly to use.

Cons

Absence of store management. You need to add features to track purchases as well as stocks. Then have a complete booking software and back office in one system

The Team at hotelogix does show genuine care of the issues faced by the customers, namely \[sensitive content hidden\]. He was prompt to address the issues we had in the hotel.

Pros

Ease to use. Support is prompt and good. the Live chat options is a good feature for saving time to get resolution to a problem

Cons

To have more flexibility on reports that can boost guest experience and for marketing purpose eg additional reports on repeated guests stays, revenue generated.

Hotelogix PMS has been brilliant for our Hotel operations. At first we did the 30 day trial and after 6 days we knew this was the PMS system for our business and signed up for the premium PMS package. The setup was fairly straight forward and the Hotelogix 24/7 support was very effective and helpful. Being able to have support 24/7 was great, as we could resolve problems instantly and move forward. Connecting the PMS with Channel Manager increased our room occupancy substantially, as it maximised our rooms on the OTA sites such as booking.com and expedia and in return our ranking on these sites increased to the top of their lists which increases our revenue. Hotelogix "Web Reservation" has also been very effective for direct bookings. We now take 28% of our bookings through this service which has decreased our OTA commission significantly. The fact that the PMS is a cloud based system is excellent, as we can access the "live" system from anywhere around the world and literally track every click our staff do in the system. Also with each input the system is "backed up" on the cloud which is important. Overall we are extremely happy with the Hotelogix PMS system and compared to other PMS services we trialled it's extremely cost effective.

We have been using Hotelogix since January 2014 for our seasonal hotel in Zakynthos. The system gives us capability to see our hotel data even during off-season when we are away from the property. It fits the way hotels in Greece are run so perfectly. Hotelogix support team is unparalleled as far as we are concerned. They are available 24/7 which helped us immensely because of our time zone difference. We could work the program at any hour of the day and there was a knowledgeable staff member on call to help us with any inquiry we may have one-on-one. They are also constantly updating the system and we have seen that in these updates they include features that we have specifically requested to help our business run more smoothly. We would recommend this program to anyone in the hotel business, small or large hotels in Greece. It will give you peace of mind, allow you to manage your hotel in ways you never thought possible, and most importantly of all it will make your lives a lot easier. Those who know how to use the system will love working on it!!

### "What a nightmare"

We have a small hotel of 12 units. The set up of the system was slow and confusing, Training was poor and online with staff who don't always seem to understand the hotel environment. The system was so complicated and not user friendly. We have canceled our business and gone back to our old system. Our staff are a lot happier now!!

Our primary commitment is to provide the ability to run your hotel smoothly. However, we are constrained when the desire is to fulfil tasks in a way that might be specific to how you've been operating in the past, or at times needs developmental changes in our system. With hotels in 85+ countries, any change, however small, needs to be thought through followed by development & testing. At times we are unable to prioritize changes that aren't applicable to our larger customer base. Our support team includes ex-hoteliers trained to help derive maximum from Hotelogix. Your experience reflects otherwise & we sincerely apologize for not being able to meet your expectations. We'll definitely look into this. Such occurrences, however rare, will not be taken lightly. I am using this for our small hotel and so far am unimpressed with the usability of the product. It works but it's hard to setup and hard to manage. There are just too many options and it's all very confusing. (I'm a website developer, so I know how to use the web). The support people don't have very good english but eventually they get the job done. I wish I had chosen another software platform.
