### "Wrike- hands on expertise at Builder.ai"

August 21, 2024

4.0

At Builder.ai, I came across this tool. They had an internal tool but later switched to this. It requires some initial training and then you are good to go. I have used it’s to-do list for tracking my tasks. It has a reminder system for tasks due or near due. Its great overall

Pros

I like the room booking system, it is a unique concept. Like you have sprint of some duration, you can book room of a duration and allot tasks to team members and track them

Cons

Costing is high, similar products in market comes at half of its price

### "Wrike helps with team accountability"

October 16, 2025

4.0

My experience has been positive, I love that it not only keeps my accountable, but it also keeps team members accountable.

Pros

Wrike is a great tool to consolidate all ideas across a team of individuals, as well as a way to keep on task, not just for yourself but for everyone on the team.

Cons

Sometimes they send random "helpful" emails but i really don't need those, it clogs up the inbox. I am sure i can opt out but haven't taken the time.

### "Great and snappy"

April 19, 2025

5.0

Pros

It's a much simpler system compared to the likes of JIRA. It's great for smaller teams and it's much quicker and faster to load.

Cons

I'm not sure if I have any cons. I did not test it with a large team or organization, so I'm not sure how it performs in those settings.

### "Has Some Good Aspects, But I Won't Be Investing Any More Time In It."

February 26, 2025

3.0

Frustrating. You know where every now and then you get software and it is just easy to use, and it's all consistent and there is patterns to the structures of the menus and data, well this is definitely not one those.

Pros

Ability to do bulk import of data, dynamic adjustment of Gannt chart by GUI

Cons

Counter intuitive, useful menu items buried in layers of menus, can't do a manning curve, not well set-up to do bulk or group moves/operations, no Linux version (and no plan to it appears)

### "Wrike's been brilliant"

October 25, 2024

4.0

Wrike's been brilliant, honestly. Dead easy to manage all my creative projects and keep track of everything. I use it for all sorts, like client work, personal projects, and even my to-do list. Used to use a mess of spreadsheets and notes, but that was a right pain in the neck compared to Wrike. Much more straightforward, this.

Pros

Love how easy it is to organize projects and track progress. Wrike's a lifesaver!

Cons

Had a bit of a kerfuffle getting the hang of it at first. Reckon that could be a bit easier for new users. And some of the features are a bit overkill for what I need.

### "Wrike review"

November 15, 2024

5.0

Using Wrike has been a good experience overall. It’s great for staying organized and keeping track of tasks, deadlines, and updates in one place. Collaborating with teammates is easy because you can assign tasks and share files quickly. However, it can feel overwhelming at first because of its many features, and it takes some time to get used to. Once you learn it, though, it’s a really helpful tool for managing projects.

Pros

Wrike is a useful tool for managing projects because it helps keep everything organized and makes it easy to track tasks, deadlines, and progress. It’s great for team collaboration since you can assign tasks, share updates, and store files in one place.

Cons

It can feel a bit overwhelming for new users (like when I was new to the platform) because it has so many features, and the interface isn’t always the most intuitive. Customization options are helpful but can be tricky to set up without training. Overall, it’s powerful, but it takes time to learn and fully use its potential.
