### "Helpful Software that pays for itself with increased productivity"

March 6, 2026

5.0

This is a good project management software. Some of the goal pages alone make me motivated to release as much as I can to help the company.

Pros

Easy to keep projects accounted for. I like that there is a page I can go to see all my active projects so no project is unaccounted for

Cons

Sometimes I don't know what will appear depending on if I click on an icon or the text next to it. Some data fields are also interesting to understand whether they update automatically or if they need manual entry

### "5 Stars for Wrike"

I have been using Wrike for about 1.5 years and have been learning new things every day. WRIKE can be made just how you like it.

Pros

The ease of communication within all departments working on a project, eliminating for other communication sources.

Cons

I don't like when people reply to something and for get to @ you. That's not WRIKES fault more or less a user error.

### "Flexible and continiously improving tool for project management"

November 24, 2025

5.0

Proximitiy when onboarding and support is great! They keep continuously improving their service, with the latest AI integration. A good offer.

Pros

Wrike is very flexible and allows you to generate reports on project progress and give an insight on your available ressources answering specifically your needs. Gantt task planing and management is ease of use.

Cons

There is no possibility to add a specific number of seats. You can only add in packs of 5. This is less convenient when expanding the use of Wrike in other departments, since you would usually aim at key person first, before fully getting acces to another 5 seats.

### "Good system but not the easiest to get around."

December 3, 2025

3.0

Overall, my experience with Wrike is a solid 3 stars. It’s powerful and clearly capable but using it feels heavier than it needs to be. The learning curve is steep, and even once you understand it, the day-to-day still isn’t as intuitive as other platforms might be.

Pros

When it’s running smoothly, it keeps everyone aligned and can make make complex workloads feel manageable.

Cons

What I don’t love about Wrike is how complicated it can feel. The learning curve is steep, and sometimes the system feels heavier than the work I’m trying to organize.

### "Gets the job done "

July 14, 2025

4.0

They have real-life people that you can message when you're having issues with the software, and that has been very helpful. Some platforms just have community discussion boards, and those don't provide immediate assistance.

Pros

It allows my team to have a single source of truth. I can see all project tasks and messages within the software to get status updates.

Cons

It does not have an appealing interface. The UX design could use some major updates and it is difficult to find out where projects are if you are not familiar with the software. There is a large learning curve. It also has a fundamental search feature.

### "Smart Forms, Smarter Workflows"

March 14, 2025

5.0

My team is a centralized support group that performs hires and onboarding for multiple satellite branches of our company. We were able to replace multiple cluttered, confusing, and outdated PDF forms with a single smart form that adapts based on the answers our local HR customers give. After, it spins off a workflow that helps us to track every stage of the process. We're also (finally) able to pull reports that detail the timing of each step as well as other KPIs we had difficulty tracking. We also use the platform to run several cohorts of a leadership program, which has several sessions per cohort and requires a lot of logistical setup. The timeline and Gantt chart visualizations have been very helpful for this.

Pros

I love the fact that we can create forms that will spin off their own workflows. This has been a game-changer for experience for both my team and our internal customers in terms of ease, efficiency, and project management.

Cons

As with all programs that have a lot of functionality, there is a learning curve to using the workflows and automations.

There was no automation in the previous process, which was all filled out, emailed, and tracked by hand in excel and stored in OneDrive. Requests were missed or edited offline, and we had no real way of collecting data.

### "Powerful tool to manage complex workflows"

November 30, 2025

4.0

Wrike is no doubt a great tool which can be said a grown up version of other similar tools. It can be used as a single app between different departments due to the customise dasboards.

Pros

Wrike is really high level work management and project management tool. The flexibility level and customisations to manage complex workflows is really nice to have. You can switch views from Gantt chart to Kanban board as per team requirements which is quite good.

Cons

Though it is flexible but for someone new starting with wrike it can be quite overwhelming as well. They have a mobile app but it is not good as using wrike on computer.

### "Wrike review"

November 24, 2025

5.0

Overall, I like using Wrike to track projects. I had to get use to Wrike after my company migrated from using Asana.

Pros

Wrike is an easy to use project management tool to track a project, related tasks, assign team member tasks, start and due dates. I also like that emails are sent to stake holders as reminders.

Cons

Wrike is very robust and may track more complicated projects, but I use the basic features or functions to track the progress of my projects. This is not a criticism, however, the advance may be too complicated for my use.

### "Wrike is second to NONE."

February 24, 2025

5.0

SECOND TO NONE. If you can think it and dream it, you can build it in Wrike - so many amazing things that help you connect your team together!

Pros

Wrike is a game changer when it comes to offering the most scalable solution - whether your team is large or small - you have the power to set up a system the way that fits YOUR organization's needs. From Dashboards, a variety of view to tailor how you like to see the work, to AI, automations and more - WRIKE IS THE FULL PACKAGE!

Cons

Often when teams struggle, it's less about Wrike, and more about having a deeper understanding to your unique process. That can create challenges with onboarding - but from Wrike's support team, community centers, CSM teams, help centers, Wrike Discover, and MORE - they are here to HELP you navigate the complexities of your work!

### "Transparency and Collaboration with Wrike"

February 24, 2025

5.0

Our organization has had a wonderful experience with support through our \[sensitive content hidden\] and the Wrike Help Desk. We did learn to make sure wording is very specific and detailed when working with sales.

Pros

I like how Wrike helps increase transparency and collaboration within our entire organization.

Cons

In a project, the data within the fields only "copies/duplicates" within the same task/project line level. The only way to get the data within the top level task to copy into sub tasks is to either pay to enable integrations and pay to have their solutions engineers write code to create a "Wrike to Wrike Integrations" or to manually transfer the data into the sub tasks.

### "Wrike is a Game Changer for Our Marketing Project Management"

February 24, 2025

5.0

Wrike has helped us become a more nimble, effective, and efficient team. Thanks to blueprints, it's easy for team members to establish projects that align with the space organization. Dashboards are fully customizable, and we can even build our own to help us with individual work styles. Forms help us handle the staggering amount of requests that no longer need to channel through Slack.

Pros

Wrike provides seemingly endless options for establishing and organizing projects. The options to use dependencies between tasks help to keep projects moving automatically along instead of requiring the project manager's time to update each task as the task is completed. Dashboards help to keep work visible on an individual and team level. Plus, every team member can view the communication surrounding decisions per project or task, which helps to keep everyone informed without requiring frequent meetings.

Cons

There is very little that we like least about Wrike. The one thing that comes to mind is the inability to bring in multiple steakholders to comments that followup form requests. Sometimes, this creates the situation where we need to rely on Slack, especially since not all members of our organization need to be license holders. In addition, when developing forms, there is only one option to include one tag per request, so we keep a central repository for most requests before distributing the task across the workspace.

Switched from

[Basecamp](https://www.capterra.com/p/56808/Basecamp/)[Smartsheet](https://www.capterra.com/p/79104/Smartsheet/)

We longed for something that helped us create project templates, was easy to manage and onboard, and helped our team keep communications visible. While Smartsheets required a lot of training on the frontend, Basecamp lacked in customization options and dependencies.

### "User-friendly Platform"

July 14, 2025

5.0

I enjoy using Wrike as our company can solve most of our process concerns within the platform. We are always finding new ways to streamline in Wrike through automations, request forms and blueprints. I also appreciate the chat feature as questions are addressed quickly. We also have access to a representative to answer bigger questions and help us improve our workflow.

Pros

Wrike is a user-friendly, one-stop shop for keeping our projects moving. I appreciate that routes, timelines, briefs and creative files are all stored in one place. The dashboards are super helpful for sharing project status with the whole team and prevents the project managers from doing duplicative work. Since most of our office works from home, it's imperative that everything is online and accessible to everyone across all offices.

Cons

I hope that the Gantt charts get improved. We usually create them in Excel instead of Wrike as they appear much more client friendly.
