### "Wrike Just Might Be Right!"

March 23, 2026

4.0

Overall I think Wrike is a very powerful and useful program that would appeal to many businesses and project managers. I've never experienced bugs or glitches like similar apps and is my preferred choice despite the initial difficulty in learning how to properly use and navigate.

Pros

Wrike allows you to fully customize it's dashboard in ways other products and apps do not. It makes project tracking and progress monitoring very easy and is visually satisfying.

Cons

The learning curve for Wrike is pretty steep and it took considerable time to get my bearings and get comfortable while using the platform.

### "Bleeding-Edge Project Management with Accountability & Transparency"

April 20, 2026

5.0

Once my team members and I realized that our best approach was to define a process for our company and use Wrike to support that process, Wrike increased our productivity, accuracy, accountability, and transparency.

Pros

Wrike offers a robust set of tools that allow me to implement and maintain processes for my organization. The platform is constantly evolving and trying to address my needs as a customer. Wrike has been vital to ensuring no project falls through the cracks and ensuring team accountability.

Cons

Sometimes the mandatory changes/removal of legacy features will inconvenience the team. Their constant innovation is a double-edged sword when trying to keep employees up-to-speed with changing practices.

### "Issues with Wrike - areas for improvement"

April 24, 2026

2.0

I don't think Wrike understands customers. I think there's a lack of misunderstanding with how teams within a department use Wrike. The high cost of learning wrike, with the intricacies of blueprints, automations, workflows, rules, and then people coming/going from an organization causes a massive amount of learning and rework. Its almost as if you require someone full time to keep developing the product.

Pros

Customization - however it takes a lot of effort and time to customize every aspect creating countless rules. Further, if there's a change in process, or change in person that built it, a great amount of time is required to learn what is involved

Cons

Dashboard, interface, calendar. The dashboards were not showing for example what a manager needs to know for their team such as how many projects they currently have or are being worked on. Interface - very slow, cumbersome. Earlier versions were much better that had a launchpad like a homepage to see everything that was happening. Calendar - I amazingly cannot see all the different projects and the due dates pers project. Since we use blueprints to have repeatable projects, we aren't going to rename every task, and can only show the task name, not project, is due on each day. For example an events team cannot see what projects are due or critical milestones for those projects compared to other projects.

Customization and feature availability at that time. Now looking at the industry, there are more common features amongst your competitors. Differentiation is now more important to your business than ever before.

### "Director of Systems On-site Activities review"

April 20, 2026

5.0

As the manager who orginally sought a software to implement for a team of persons >40 that allows one place to have a single source of truth related to our projects, the experience has been very good and appears to have long lasting positve impact. The system is good for onoboarding new hires and easy to share information on projects current status and projected status.

Pros

Easy to use, configure Spaces to meet the needs of my team and organization. I particullarly like the report creation features that helps us with KPI and provides visibility of our current status to the team. I also like the help boards and the ability to add or vote on new features as needed. Team collaboration on projects has improved and as an operating environment we can ensure all project related information and tasks are within the project, keep focus and not having to dig through emails to find what I am looking for or when.

Cons

Licensing costs, seem high when compared with some other solutions, making adding licensing a somewhat complex ROI justification. We have struggled with some features we would like like time keep integration with our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software integration (Using SAP), so we are not using Wrike to get a good estimate of estimated verses actual from Wrike, but rather using 2 systems to get to utilization a variance to project estimated hours. I have noticed that some implemented changes by Wrike seem to overwrite my custom settings and changes how the Space or particular screen and tree view are shown, though I did not make a change myself.

### "Wrike is my best work friend"

April 24, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Wrike has been extremely positive and high-impact. It’s a mission-critical platform for how our PMO and Marketing teams plan, execute, and stay aligned, and it enables me to manage work far more efficiently than would be possible without it.

Pros

What "do" I like most As the lead for our PMO team, Wrike is absolutely essential — I genuinely can’t imagine managing our workload without it (our team of 4 has about 100 Wrike requests in each of our queue at all times) —Wrike keeps our plans, owners, timelines, and day-to-day execution organized in one place so we can work efficiently and stay aligned. We’ve partnered closely with the Wrike team to tailor the platform to fit our specific needs, and it’s become the backbone of how we manage projects and drive alignment across departments. I’m especially excited about the potential of Wrike’s AI tools to take our efficiency even further. As the key advocate and “Wrike champion” across our company, I love helping other teams and individuals discover how powerful it can be — I like to say Wrike is our best work friend! I’m also one of the key drivers of Wrike across the company—helping teams get set up the right way, sharing best practices, and making sure we’re using it consistently, so everyone gets the full benefit. In Marketing, everyone jokes that my favorite word is “Wrike,” and they’re not wrong. I’ve even earned the nickname “Wrike Police” because I’m always spotting small fixes that keep our processes clean, accurate, and running smoothly. Simply put, Wrike has transformed the way we collaborate, track progress, and deliver results.

Cons

What "do" I like least If I had to pick something, it’s that Wrike is powerful enough that it can take a little time for new users to learn the “best practice” way to set things up. We have done a lot of tailoring to our specific needs. We probably need to re-think about all the customizing and go back to being more simplified.

### "We tested over 10 Project Management tools and Wrike won every time"

April 21, 2026

5.0

Bringing wrike onboard as our PM partner has had a very positive impact on our productivity. If a project or request is not in the system, it might as well had not happened. We've also had great partnership with their customer success team, helping us auto-migrate work from Asana when another team came onboard to our instance, and helping build out a global solution to expand further for our company. Overall it has been a very positive experience for our company and I'm looking forward to where we go next.

Pros

Since 2020, we've undergone three major transformations with Wrike as our company has evolved. The first was to find a new project management tool while onboarding another marketing group. We demoed over 10 PM tools from Basecamp to Monday to Asana to Workzone and Wrike won with it's attention to custom field management, flexible request forms, and sophisticated organizational tools. Over the years it has proven to be a forward thinking company that rolls out new features with regularity, making it's product a better value year over year.

Cons

It's easy to get lost in configuration of the tool, the learning curve to becoming an expert admin and setting up good governance is steep and takes time. However it is worth it to have full control over your environment.

### "Why I like Wrike, by Kevin F."

April 21, 2026

5.0

Love it and have been using it for a very long time. I did a lot of research many years ago and landed on Wrike -- many years later we were acquired by Allstate, who eventually selected Wrike for the enterprise PM needs -- which was super validating to me. I put my email as kevin.fuschich@ngic.com, which is my login email -- but my true work email is kevin.fuschich@allstate.com

Pros

What DID I like? I still use it. But... I think what I like the most is the vastness of my ability to input and track. I am spinning so many plates from so many different universes it's impossible to keep track.

Cons

I think it's that I have never been able to figure out how to use milestones... they sound like something super beneficial to me, but I can't figure out how they would be

### "Higher Education Project Management System of Value and Customization"

April 22, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with Wrike has been mainly positive! I love the customization and ability for teams to work collaboratively across different spaces. We have had a lot of turnover with our account reps and customer success people that makes it difficult at times to find answers. When you have the same group of people working with you and understand how your space is used it's a lot easier on the customer to want to continue to use the product and find the support we need.

Pros

I like the customization opportunities the most. I am able to have multiple teams with different needs under one roof but they are all able to make specific requests for their space and Wrike is able to accommodate all these needs. Tracking tasks is also equally helpful and I have found the automation features help streamline all the different tasks we have at once.

Cons

My least favorite thing about Wrike would be the lack of function mobile apps/views. I find that there are lots of bugs and it doesn't work the same way it does on desktop. For a team on the go a lot it is helpful to have a system that can accommodate mobile view.

### "The First List I Check Each Day"

April 17, 2026

5.0

It's the one source of truth I can always depend on to help me get everything done quickly and efficiently. Everyone who works with me knows, "If it's not in Wrike, it doesn't exist!" :)

Pros

I have been a long-time user of Wrike and find it especially useful for planning and tracking my numerous copywriting projects. I created my own personal dashboard, and I check it every day to stay one step ahead of my always-evolving workflow.

Cons

I really would love to sort my customized "starred task" widget by date, so the projects that are due first are at the top. (This functionality is currently not available.)

### "Solid out-of-the-box process management"

April 20, 2026

4.0

Overall, we have had a positive experience with Wrike over the past ~7 years. As our processes have evolved, we've been able to flex our Wrike instance to fit the basic needs of project intake, tracking, and capacity monitoring. We can easily assign and reassign resources to various initiatives. Reporting is decent - there is ability to create different views for leadership vs. individuals who need more detail.

Pros

Wrike is a great out-of-the-box tool for workflow management. We use it to manage research pipelines, and it is easy to intake new projects and assign resources to work on those projects. We can then track individual projects, manage resource capacity, and have a view into the stages of the overall research process, all without having to code anything custom.

Cons

I wish integration with other tools was more seamless, and updating the existing tickets was easier for stakeholder groups who are not using wrike as a part of their main workflow.

### "A Reliable Workflow Engine for a Small but Fast-Moving Team"

November 25, 2025

4.0

As CEO of a small, fast-growing company, Wrike has become the backbone of our operations. It centralized our work, improved communication, and helped us scale our processes without adding headcount. While support could be stronger, the platform consistently delivers real business value, making it a reliable long-term solution for us.

Pros

Wrike gives my 5-person team the structure and automation we need to work like a larger organization. The workflow customization, dashboards, and task tracking reduce friction and make client delivery more predictable. Integrations with Slack and Gmail simplify communication, and the upcoming additions of Google Drive and GitHub will streamline things even further.

Cons

Customer support is not the fastest, and responses can feel generic, but it hasn’t been a deal-breaker. There are also occasional UI quirks and small learning curves for new team members, though the benefits outweigh those bumps.

### "“Great tool to keep projects on track!”"

October 24, 2025

5.0

Once you get the hang of it, Wrike really helps your team stay on top of everything. It’s boosted our productivity and made project tracking way smoother.

Pros

Wrike keeps our team super organized. I love having tasks, files, and updates all in one place. The dashboards and Gantt charts make it easy to track progress without digging around.

Cons

It can feel a bit overwhelming at first because there’s a lot to explore, and the notifications can pile up if you don’t tweak the settings.

### "Ok time tracking and project management software"

September 21, 2025

3.0

I think it's an OK software. I really prefer Salesforce instead. Wrike is still very new and they're actively trying to improve their software, but if you're paying for this then it should work without any glitches.

Pros

I like the ease it takes to track trime and share information with a team. It's better than software like Mondays but not as robust as Salesforce.

Cons

The software is more new and is pretty glitchy. When a project assignee uploads videos sometimes Wrike with upload just a JPG file of the video instead. There also isn't a way to send someone a screen shot of how much someone has taken on multiple projects at once.

### "Engaged with the Future, Hopeful Wrike can Scale to meet it"

April 20, 2026

5.0

I work in marketing operations. I operationalize all of the work that we do to serve our customers. We work as a marketing agency of sorts for doctor's offices. We are in the process of a re-org which is expanding our use of task tracking and Wrike Spaces, something we haven't heavily utilized in the past. I am excited to see what Wrike can do for us in those realms.

Pros

I like that I can create a workspace unique to my needs. It is an excellent product that allows for unique customizations for any type of work. I am excited to see what AI can do for Wrike as well. AI will be able to take the building blocks of Wrike and really put it into overdrive which will be exciting. But I am a little concerned whether or not Wrike can scale to meet the customer demands. Right now Wrike has become a SLOW product (as in, page load times) and our experience with Customer Success over the last few years has left us feeling like our use case is not well understood.

Cons

Frankly, we have struggled to have a Customer Success Manager that serves our needs aptly for quite some time. We are looking for someone we can partner with to help us when we as admins have failed to figure out a solution to our needs within the product. Typically, our Customer Success Managers will take it back to their product team, and we won't hear anything about it. Or get told it is not possible. It would be nice if our Customer Success Manager felt like a partner that helped us solve complex problems but it seems like the knowledge of our use case with the product just isn't there. This is unfortunate as we are long time Wrike user and it seems like our Customer Success Manager's struggle to answer questions about our use case. It would be nice if that experience was more tailored to how we use Wrike, versus a blanket Wrike customer experience. Also, this is timing, but as an Enterprise customer, we have really struggled to track how often tasks are being completed after the due date. The fact that you list Task Tracking as a considered topic, but figuring out a way to track that information in an Enterprise account is not at all user-friendly. Perhaps it would be easier if we used the time-tracking feature, however, that is a level of oversight we would prefer not to utilize. And manually updating the amount of time overdue that task was, defeats a purpose that Wrike should absolutely be able to serve. ALSO, and this is a BIG one. Wrike has been SO SLOW, ever since you got rid of list view and introduced Table View. As an admin, on a daily basis, I get complaints from users that Wrike is slow to load. Dashboards take lightyears to load, specifically with the more filters you put into a widget. I feel like I when I use filters I am using Wrike to its fullest capabilities, but am then penalized because of the amount of time things take to load. This literally costs the organization time waiting for Wrike to load. Hugely, hugely unfortunate.

### "Command Center for Complex Work"

April 20, 2026

5.0

Overall, Wrike is a strong project management solution for teams handling complex, multi‑step work who need visibility and accountability. It’s not a plug‑and‑play tool, but once workflows, fields, and dashboards are set up correctly, it becomes a reliable central hub for managing tasks, timelines, and collaboration. While there is an initial learning curve, the payoff is better organization, fewer follow‑ups, and clearer ownership across projects. I truly couldn't imagine going thru a workday without it!

Pros

Wrike is a great tool if you’re juggling a lot at once and need everything to live in one place. It’s especially strong for teams running complex projects with lots of moving parts. For example, you can build custom workflows for different types of work; creative approvals, production timelines, operational request - so a design task doesn’t move the same way a finance or logistics task does. Dashboards and timelines make it easy to see what’s on track, what’s slipping, and who’s overloaded, which is helpful when you’re managing multiple teams or long-term programs. Wrike’s integrations are also a big win; being able to connect it to tools like Outlook, Teams, Box keep communication and files tied directly to the work.

Cons

Wrike can feel like a lot at first. We joke that it feels like drinking out a fire hose (mostly due to how much we rely of it as a business). If you’re coming from a simpler tool, the number of features - folders, spaces, custom fields, automations, can be overwhelming without some time invested in learning. For example, if everyone creates tasks their own way or names things differently, things can get messy fast. (Same goes for Custom Fields - lock those down!) I do think that with custom service for a ticket, it's sometimes hard to get bounced from rep to rep depending on times zones.

### "Great Project Management Software"

April 23, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Wrike was positive, especially for managing complex, cross‑functional work. It’s a very capable platform once it’s set up well. The ability to customize workflows, views, and automation made it much easier to align teams around shared processes while still supporting different working styles. Collaboration improved because conversations, files, and approvals lived alongside the work instead of being scattered across email and chat. The trade‑off is that you do need clear ownership and governance; without that, things can become messy or confusing over time. With strong admin practices, though, Wrike is a powerful backbone for project and portfolio management.

Pros

What I liked most about Wrike was how it combined flexibility with structure. The platform makes it easy to manage complex, cross‑functional projects while still giving teams freedom to work in the way that suits them best. Customizable workflows, dashboards, and automation help keep everyone aligned without adding unnecessary bureaucracy. Real‑time visibility into tasks, dependencies, and workloads improves accountability and makes it much easier to spot issues early. I also appreciated the strong collaboration features—comments, proofing, and approvals all in one place—which significantly reduced back‑and‑forth emails and helped decisions move faster.

Cons

What I liked least about Wrike was the learning curve and occasional complexity as usage scaled. For new or non‑technical users, the sheer number of features, views, and configuration options can feel overwhelming and require meaningful onboarding time. As workspaces grow, it’s easy for structures, custom fields, and workflows to become inconsistent if there isn’t strong admin governance and clear standards. The interface, while powerful, can feel cluttered when many projects and automations are in play, and performance can sometimes lag with very large data sets. Reporting is solid but can require effort to tailor exactly to leadership’s needs.

### "Wrike Review - 8 Years In"

April 27, 2026

5.0

I'm considered a curious mind and a lover of process, so my experience has been great, because I am curious about how all the menus and buttons in general work or what they offer to then see how we can use Wrike better. Wrike certainly helps as being the source of truth for my projects. When a meeting occurs about something in Wrike, I pull it up and add any notes right into it. No splitting between an email inbox, Google Drive notes (although we link those all the time for briefs), and Slack messages. I like that I can dump my thoughts into projects and set up subtasks just how I like and then not have to think about that thing until it is ready to be worked on, on the list of priorities. My dashboard helps me not loose sight of it and keeps my productivity up.

Pros

I like that I can build dashboards to fit the needs of what I personally want to see in order to manage what is assigned to me (for example: A widget for work tagged as analytics to gather, a widget for work due in the next week, a widget for work that helps our business on Amazon...etc) and dashboards for a specific department to fit their needs. I open Wrike daily and it's so nice to see what is "Ready", as our workflow status, for me in my dashboard as well. We also use the file commenting feature very frequently, that really cuts down on meetings and understanding the vision between team members. I also like that you can submit ideas for the tool at any time.

Cons

I think the the inbox structure could use improvements. Could add a search bar for the inbox that lets you search for date ranges of a comment, keywords someone might have commented with as another way to find things (for example: I might remember that so-and-so tagged me with the word 'retailers' in their comment, but I don't remember which subject that was for and I had already had the inbox message 'read'.) Something more similar to an email inbox. I also think if you are using the "approvals" process on assets, that it would be nice to see in my 'sent' inbox that the approval I am requesting shows up there. Some times when I use that feature I need to then track down the ticket again the same day and it could be easier that way.

### "Simplifying Complex Projects: Why Wrike Stands Out"

May 4, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Wrike has been very positive. The platform strikes a strong balance between power and usability, with an intuitive onboarding process and a relatively gentle learning curve. Managing tasks, assigning responsibilities, and setting timelines is quick and efficient, making day-to-day project coordination smooth. The collaboration features are a standout, particularly the ability to leave contextual comments and use built-in approval workflows, which significantly reduce back-and-forth communication. I also value the flexibility of the interface, with multiple view options and customizable dashboards that help keep work organized and focused. While some advanced features and customizations take a bit of time to fully learn, this is a minor trade-off for the depth and capability Wrike offers. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient tool that supports streamlined project management and team collaboration.

Pros

I appreciate how intuitive and efficient Wrike is to use. The onboarding process is quick, and despite its powerful capabilities, the learning curve remains very manageable. Task creation, assignment, and timeline management are all streamlined and easy to execute. What stands out most is the commenting and approval functionality. Being able to leave feedback directly on tasks, images, and files keeps communication clear and contextual, while the built-in approval workflows significantly reduce reliance on email chains. Additionally, the flexibility of the interface is a major advantage. Switching between List, Board, Table, and Gantt views is seamless, and the ability to customize dashboards and spaces ensures that I can focus on the most relevant information. Overall, Wrike offers a smooth, responsive experience that supports efficient project management.

Cons

There’s very little I dislike about Wrike overall. If anything, some of the more advanced features and customization options can take time to fully understand. While this depth is ultimately a strength, it may slightly slow down initial adoption for new users who need to get up to speed. That said, once familiar with the platform, these capabilities become highly valuable.

### "Marketing & Events Coordinator"

April 20, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with Wrike has been positive, especially when it comes to process management and keeping complex projects organized. Once I settled into the system, it became a reliable hub for planning, tracking, and collaborating. It’s not the simplest tool out there, but if you’re willing to invest a bit of time into learning it, Wrike rewards you with clarity, structure, and a strong sense of control over your work. For me, it’s become a dependable part of my project management routine.

Pros

Using Wrike has given me a strong sense of structure and control over my projects. I really appreciate how customizable the workflow management is, letting me tailor stages and automations to match the way my team actually works. The task tracking tools are another highlight—Gantt charts, boards, and detailed task views make it easy to see what’s happening and where things stand. Once I got comfortable with the interface, I found it surprisingly efficient for organizing complex work, especially when multiple people or departments are involved.

Cons

Despite its strengths, Wrike isn’t without frustrations. The interface can feel cluttered at times, and navigating between spaces or views sometimes slows me down rather than speeding things up. I’ve also run into occasional bugs and issues—nothing catastrophic, but enough small glitches or odd behaviors to interrupt my flow. And while the platform is powerful, that power comes with a learning curve; onboarding new teammates can take longer than I’d like. Some features also sit behind higher‑tier plans, which can make the platform feel more expensive than expected.

### "Powerful platform for managing complex workflows"

April 16, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Wrike has been very positive. It is a robust platform that helps centralize project management, improve workflow visibility, and keep teams aligned across multiple demands and deadlines. In more complex operational environments, it becomes especially valuable because it supports detailed processes, task tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. Although it may require some initial learning and thoughtful setup, once implemented properly it delivers a lot of control, organization, and efficiency.

Pros

Wrike has been very helpful for organizing complex workflows, tracking tasks across multiple teams, and giving visibility into project status in real time. It is especially strong when managing high volumes of demands, different stakeholders, and detailed process flows. I also like the customization possibilities, such as custom fields, request forms, dashboards, and automations, which make it adaptable to different operational realities. Once the structure is well built, it becomes a very powerful tool for project and process management.

Cons

The platform can feel complex at first, especially for new users who are not familiar with more robust workflow tools. Some configurations require deeper knowledge to unlock the full value of the system, and adoption can take time depending on the team. In some cases, reporting and interface navigation could feel more intuitive, especially for less operational users or leaders who want faster high-level views.

### "A flexible and user-friendly platform that’s boosted planning and ownership"

August 1, 2025

4.0

Overall, Wrike has added a lot of value to how we work – particularly around planning, accountability, and making work more visible. It’s helped shift mindsets, encouraging people to take more ownership of their tasks and better understand how their work connects with others. With continued enhancements – especially more AI-powered suggestions and automations – I can see it becoming even more impactful.

Pros

Wrike is easy to get started with, and its flexibility makes it a powerful tool for different teams and workflows. The ability to personalise dashboards and reports means we can build views that really work for us – both at an individual and team level. The interface is intuitive, and the templates save time and help embed consistency. Since rolling it out, we've seen clear improvements in visibility, ownership, and cross-functional alignment.

Cons

The downside of such a customisable tool is that it can be difficult to know the best way to set things up. There's a bit of trial and error, and without dedicated live support for all users, it sometimes slows down progress when people get stuck. The help guides and resources are solid, but finding the right answer quickly isn’t always straightforward given the breadth of what’s possible in Wrike. As with many platforms like this, the balance between agility and ease of use can be a challenge.

### "Best platform for CRM "

April 30, 2026

5.0

It has been really easy to communicate and keep things transparent between the team, positively affecting workflow management. Since we're able to segregate regions in the organization, regional data or any regional specific communications can be accessed by dedicated personals only helping in better management. Would definitely recommend others to use this platform because of the value it adds.

Pros

It's quite customizable according to varying needs. UI is also simple but appealing. Since there is proper segregation under a campaign for different tasks, it gets easier to keep a track of things and manage work properly boosting productivity.

Cons

Sometimes takes a while to load. In these cases, chat option as customer support can be very helpful. Also, image in the comment does not get saved if we toggle between other tabs.

### "A game-changer for managing creative projects at scale"

May 11, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Wrike has been very positive. It has helped us centralize our marketing workflows, improve visibility across teams, and reduce manual coordination. The platform is flexible enough to adapt to different processes, and features like automation, dashboards, and request forms have made a real impact on our efficiency. It’s a tool that continues to evolve and add value over time.

Pros

What I like most about Wrike is how it centralizes all our workflows in one place. Features like custom request forms, automation rules, and dashboards have significantly improved how we manage creative requests across multiple brands. It reduces manual work, increases visibility, and keeps everyone aligned in real time.

Cons

There’s not much to dislike, but some features like reporting and advanced configurations can have a slight learning curve at first. That said, once set up, they become very powerful and flexible for managing workflows.
