It is a flexible and expandable platform that can be adjusted to meet evolving business needs. Pros The implementation process was fantastic and very well organized. Day to day administration of the software is easy because of the quality of the written documentation. We have found Intacct to have the flexibility we need to adjust to our business growing and changing over time. A big piece of this is the large number of marketplace partners providing third party solutions to expand Intacct. Cons The most difficult things in Intacct has been the customer report writer. The stock reports are well done and are a good starting point for creating your own reports but when a more customized solutions is needed the custom report writer is where you need to go. The good news is that the custom report writer is very well featured and you can pull just about anything you want to with it. The trade off is that it is very complicated and writing the report and doing the necessary tweaks is very time consuming.
