Cons

Centerbase is the right choice for mid-sized firms (10–50+ users) that have outgrown "entry-level" cloud software and need robust reporting and custom workflows. If you are a solo practitioner or a very small firm, the complexity and cost might be overkill.

Pros

I’ve found it to be a powerhouse of a platform that effectively bridges the gap between simple cloud tools and complex legacy servers. However, it comes with a steep learning curve.

Cons

While the web interface is sleek and modern, the mobile app still feels a bit like an afterthought. It’s great for quick time entries on the go, but trying to manage a complex matter or view a detailed report from a phone is still a clunky experience.

If we had it to do over again, we would not select the product. Many of the features that we purchases Centerbase for do not work in real time. We are a cotingent law firm and the software is just not capable of handling the way that we work.

Pros

We were drawn to Centerbase due to the potential reporting capabilities and the ability to maintain our bookkeeping and accounting functions in one place, eliminating the need for double entry.

Cons

So far, we have had trouble with stability. The reports often do not function, the slowness of the product is a constant issue, obtaining a conversation with support staff that can understand and address our issues has been nearly impossible.

Pros

It’s a really good software as it helps me in managing my calendar and payments so smoothly than ever.

Cons

I would say the customer service was the horrible thing. I couldn’t reach out to them when the issue occurred.
