Overly complicated. I've used other programs that accomplished the same task in fewer steps and less time. Pros Being able to drag and drop reservations on the grid as well as changing the calendar view from 1wk to 3mths. Cons Nearly 3 times as many clicks (steps) to make a reservation as campground mgr software. Can't search for customer via ph number, instead last name. Also program would only display on 1/4 of the screen and did so on all terminals. Was told there was no way to change this.
