Overall I have been able to keep acuate records and stay on top of work needed to be completed.

Pros

To whom this concerns, FIIX has been a resourceful tool used by our company to keep records and track assets and inventories. This software has helped our company and clients successfully. The ease of access has help the lay person user communicate needs and actions.

Cons

I would like the reporting part of the software to be a little more user friendly. I need to show information in a quick and clear way.

Pros

Great for equipment monitoring and maintenance. It's very helpful for small organizations. It has a mobile app for android and IOS.

Cons

Mobile app needs some improvements. It would be nice to change the color of the dashboard. Other than that is a great tool.

After initial period of getting used to it, it's been a great tool, and it has improved over the years.

Pros

High customization makes it very versatile. Even after 10000+ work orders, searching is easy.

Cons

I do wish there was a desktop version or some way to have the responsiveness be extra fast. When filling out a week's worth of daily work orders, amounting to dozens, I would love for the software to be able to work as fast as can input the info - the click-delays are small but they add up as a heavy user.

We have solved getting repairs and most importantly the correct parts available for our techs which has improved efficiency dramatically.

Pros

Work order request and tracking process flow and ease of use.

Cons

The initial setup was different for our organizations assets. After the setup, however we are finding a very flexible and beneficial tool.

Keeping track of repairs, make sure two people on different shifts are not repairing the same problem. The ability to look back and see what work has been done is really helpful .

Pros

Helps me keep up with work orders, requests and mechanics. Any of our 600 employees can write a request for a repair or upgrade. Mechanics like to be able to use the phone app to complete or see newly assigned work orders

Cons

could be more integration between requester and manager. some communication is lost after the work order is assigned.

I enjoy using Fiix for the maintenance for our 20+ homes and businesses.

Pros

I love that our assets and workorders are combined in one big database. The webaccess is great but the mobile access is absolutely necessary for us ! Being able to use our previous barcodes for our equipment made using Fiix simple.

Cons

The mobile app seems to be a bit laggy sometimes but still fully usable . The biggest CON might be that work request submitted by guests cannot inquire about the WO status or even cancel it.

Pros

Being cloud based allows easy access on any device and the photo feature makes communication easier.

Cons

Several software bugs need to be corrected like fields showing wrong information. Bug fixes takes a while to be corrected.

Fiix has been a great tool and is definitely worth looking at for your CMMS needs. Great support. Amazing account managers and training staff.

Pros

Fiix has great functionality and satisfies the core maintenance loop very well. It has powerful reporting features that can be customized to suit your needs. It feels like an all in one maintenance management solution.

Cons

The UI is not as intuitive as it could be. Designing custom reports is difficult and requires someone who is highly technical in nature.

### "Great increase in productivity "

We've been using MA CMMS for over a year and the transformation has be great for productivity and overall work management from general maintenance to project management. Since we didn't have any system in place beforehand, there was a lot of work that needed to be done in order to build our CMMS. Out of the box, MA CMMS is ready to go, but your organization isn't, so that's where the real work of adding all of your assets, staff and maintenance schedules goes into it. Once that's done it's very easy for all of my team to use and update as they go along. I then get notified whenever any work order is completed, or if there are any pending issues which need to be looked at. The features in MA CMMS are great because they are flexible, although we do some facility management, our main area is in Broadcast Engineering and MA CMMS easily adapts to our specific field with options for various customizations. I would highly recommend to any organization that needs a CMMS or wants to shift to an easy cloud-based solution like this one. My only issue with MA CMMS is with the mobile app, it needs significant improvement and at its current state is barely useable. Although the company does offer API access and further custom made solutions, many of the required 'custom' features that we would need could be put into the existing platform. I look forward to seeing future updates and improvements.

Overall its been good. We're leaving because our business keeps getting bigger and we just need a bigger software.

Pros

It does hold your Assets very well and keeps a journal of what you've done per work order.

Cons

I'm working on cancelling our account but the customer service is what ruining my relationship with FIXX. If FIXX wants to keep their relationships good with leaving customers then give them a great experience. This will actually give you a better opportunity for future business.

everything is easy to use. I have used many systems over the yeras and this has been the easiest so far. I demo 4 different ones and we picked this system. Had a paper work order system so inputting data took time.

Pros

Easy to use. tracking of the assets. capturing all data

Cons

The parts inventory of it needs some work. When i order items i like to separate quantity for different cost centers and jobs for better tracking

We frequently need to use this in the field with no internet service. Even there it works quite well to do meter readings, and add work orders that sync when internet returns.

Pros

The app is useful. Has most features id like to see. The new roll out of the user login is much appreciated, so non maintenance can check the status of a work order.

Cons

Not easy to split a job among several days, or to show logged time on the day it was done. For example 4 hours on Tuesday, 1 on Wednesday, 8 on Thursday. It shows as completed on Thursday (13 hours). Wish that i could select a group of assets to sync on the app for when i visit a specific location.

It is a lot to learn. The visual lessons are very helpful. Over all it is a good program.

Pros

I like the way parts are ordered against a w/o and they are automatically assigned to that asset.

Cons

I cannot write pm's in the system without assigning them to a specific person. I would rather be able to have the pm's assigned to a group instead of one person. That way I am not overloading one person.

We built our system from scratch, just going off a primitive schedule. The way it allows us to attach documents, photos and such is great. We have already been able to go back and use some of the history. The options of how you can use it seem almost limitless. We have the entry level program, but even then we simply love it.

Pros

The ease of building it from ground up, while still providing so many great abilities.

Cons

Would love to be able to attach a tool list to the work orders, but this may be in the upgraded version.

Flexibility to build company structure and stability of system.

Cons

Reporting: Reporting could be beater. To many complicated reports. You should add some data cube reports , where we can online ply with graphs. Now it is old fashion to make pdf some fix report... User rights You have to ad option that just some user can change due dates for tasks. Now it is not possible
