### "CMMS at hand"

for us, this software allows us to manage our maintenance program with ease and the follow up of the performance is clearly reflected on the indicators it has integrated.

Pros

Very intuitive, easy set up, and also the mobile versions of the software allows you to bring it and complete the work orders, create notifications and whatever you need directly on the field.

Cons

I've been asked about our CMMS by people that need SAP integration and unfortunately, I haven't been able to find this interface, for what I've read Fiix can work with Oracle based ERP's

Everything has been easy to learn so far, haven't had any issues finding what I need.

Pros

I like how easy it is to be in a work or for instance and then have the parts signed up pop up. I've used previous ones where you would have to jump from work orders to parts and was a pain. This you can access all kinds of data from one spot.

Cons

Just getting into this software, I am a new employee at this company so have only had 2 weeks on this software. Nothing to report yet for dislikes.

I could start immediately with a working system, no need for long preparation / study /

Pros

The most interesting point is that I can set up the system step by step when I have time. It happens that I work for a few hours, or sometimes a full day. It als o possible to set it up and expand as far or as low as needed for the particular company where I work for at that moment

Cons

Sometimes it is difficult for me to upload data as a list with all the assets. This has more to do with the fact that I do not use the software continuously

Easy and fast management of the daily tasks of a very busy Maintenance Department.

Pros

The application is very intuitive, easy to learn and easy to use. The application is very fast; creating a work order takes 15 seconds or less. Even when adding documents to a work order, (such as schematics, drawings or guidebooks), the application is fast and works very well in Mobile. The application is very powerful, and has many features that assists me in the fine tuning of the managing of the Maintenance Department. Equipment, Technicians, vendors, parts, and purchasing management, all can be done easily using Fiix. The application is very easy to install; there is no set-up time from the standpoint of IT. You pay the fee, you access the software, set up your equipment and techs, and start creating work orders; that easy. I had the program running with the basics and creating work orders the first day I was given access to it.

Cons

It is not free? Seriously, I do not have any complaints so far, nor have I run into something I cannot do. Time will tell.

I've had a great experience using Fiix. It allows me to enter the information needed, in the timely manner that is needed, with minimal to zero issues navigating or using the software. Very user friendly.

Pros

What I like most about the Fiix software is the stability. In the nearly half year I've used the product I've experienced zero crashes or lost work. To me, this is of the highest importance. Nothing more frustrating than entering loads of information into a software only for it to crash and be forced to start over.

Cons

What I like least about the Fiix software would be accessibility. The ease of access isn't quite what I think it could be. In order for me to log into the software I have to bypass other peoples saved username and password when I use the software more frequently. Once or twice wouldn't be an issue but the rate at which I use Fiix makes this a major inconvenience.

Easy to use and simple to set up , can generate work orders quickly without having to go through too many fields . Easy to schedule PM's and simple to create task lists and assign , also easy to complete and close.

Cons

I haven't really found anything that I dislike and I have worked with several other CMMS systems.

Pros

Scheduled Maintenance very helpful to remind the maintenance activity and guide with specific tasks, but Nested PM only use one integer multiply. So, another scheduled maintenance should be created. Low Stock notification help us also to maintain our stock.

Cons

Spareparts can not moving into another store location. It becomes to multiple location and can not delete the initial location. Parts have possibilities to move. Using Profesional which can create customize report, for me, it difficult to configure/create the report.

It's an easy way to communicate within the company and to make sure action items don't get forgotten or lost.

Pros

I like that I get updates on the jobs I request. The overall feel of the system is great and it gives many options to keep the system standard. It's great that it's web based so many people can access it.

Cons

There are a lot of options, which is a pro, but also it can be kind of complicated for new users. Some more simple instructions for placing work orders, within the system, would be great.

We had our challenges trying to get all our inventory and equipment into Fiix but the program has already improved our department. We are tracking our parts and labor and overall we are becoming more efficient.

Pros

Fiix is good for asset, repair and maintenance tracking. Easy to upload invoices and log inventory. It gives you reminders for services that have a schedule. Very easy to create / submit work orders and helps with balancing the work load among our maintenance staff.

Cons

Not all features in the system we are using as of the moment but I cannot think of anything I dislike about the features we are using.

Efficiency and visibility into daily operations at the technician level.

Pros

Easy to use and supported at the back end by real accessible knowledgeable staff. The pricing structure is accommodating to the smallest organisation right up to the largest. The import and export features and capabilities makes roll out a breeze.

Cons

The fixed work order numbering sequence with the inability to simply adjust (difficult for startup, not so much a problem after that).

Fiix has helped me easily know how much inventory I have on hand. It also allows me to keep accurate records on each piece of equipment, from parts and labor all the way down to any miscellaneous cost associated with it.

Pros

I really like the inventory side of the software. Being able to run my parts inventory like a dealership is very helpful.

Cons

I least liked implementing the software. I learn best by doing. I should have used the resources available to learn the software and implement it easier. After using it for a few years it is becoming much easier to use.

We have a better handle on routine maintenance. In addition, the late work order report helps keep maintenance on a more timely schedule.

Pros

Very versatile. Lots of features. Having the ability to include asset pictures and attach documentation is a great feature. Creating scheduled maintenance is straight forward. Relatively simple and uncomplicated for users to complete and close out work orders. Also, having parts locations identified in the system is a nice feature.

Cons

The system will not let me link to documents on our internal network; this means I have to have duplicate documents on the Fiix cloud. There is a lot of work to set up user, page and menu permission (though that kind of comes with the territory using a database)

I like Fiix. THe best advice to give is to fully establish your program and assets before trying to implement piecemeal. Changing assets can be difficult and sometimes the entire asset history can be lost.

Pros

The software is very customizable but needs to be setup from the beginning of use. Record keeping is very robust.

Cons

Online access. This feature slows the system down during times of low bandwidth. Occasionally mundane tasks can take much longer when uploads and downloads are slow.

Overall experience is average. I think the system is suited better to organizations that have more preventative maintenance in place compared to reactive maintenance.

Pros

It is easy to use and simple to navigate around compared to other products out there.

Cons

It's a little slow when creating work orders. Working at a fast pace, technicians find it hard to fill out WOs. This skews the data in terms of analysis. The dashboard could do with the use of graphs.

Pros

I like being able to see my weeks workload on the pc/tablet/phone. Nice not having a stack of paper to carry around/get dirty/lose. Work order requests are quick and the parts usage/requests built in is very handy.

Cons

Would be nice to have a check all box on the tasks page when logged in through the web or the quick complete option like the phone app has.

Company can be slow to respond to features requests. I've had a few requests out for over 2 years now. They have also changed our account reps multiple times over the last few years, which can make it difficult to relay our needs to the company.

Excellent for asset management and scheduling tasks.

Cons

Inconsistent printing between browsers. If i use Firefox or IE to access the web portal and print off work orders the text is misaligned.
