Pros

This software is great for keeping track of PM's and keeping maintenance staff on track and accountable.

Cons

It would be nice to have a "Lite" version of the software or be able to pay by module.

Overall I like Fiix. There are a few things I would like to see improvements on but overall satisfied with the software.

Pros

Ease of use. Like the set up and formatting of the everything. Really good for work order and scheduled maintenance.

Cons

I would like to see development in the parts and supplies area. I do not like that there is no real good way to sign out parts that do not go to work orders. Also do not like that you cannot set up a scheduled maintenance task with multiple tasks to only allow the work order to be closed/completed if all tasks have been marked as completed.

I have had a great experience with Fiix, very easy for my seasonal employees to learn and maintain, was not intimidating at all to employees. I purchased and installed Fiix from start to finished, Fiix software is great, and i would recommend it to anyone.

Pros

I purchased this software for ease and ability to move through-out the program, other software systems where very tedious to navigate.

Cons

I have no cons about this software, you can get the basic model and then move up to different platforms on what yoru company needs.

Reason for choosing Fiix

Ease of usage, easy to maneuver, didn't get lost in the program, drop and drag for equipment is great. Very easy to use.

With us being a bit of an oddball in the industry having multiple locations and only one maintenance department it is sometimes difficult to keep track of all work orders as an end user as the techs dont have the access to the "all site" function like admins do. Also a bit of a learning curve but once you get used to it its good.

Overall it has been great. Before Fiix there was a google sheets/calendar based system that was cumbersome and made it hard to keep track of outstanding maintenance tasks.

Pros

We are a copacking company with many different pieces of equipment with a large range of maintenance requirements and checks. Fiix allows us to easy track and keep records of maintenance activities in accordance with food safety and third party auditing.

Cons

There are some buggy things that can be frustrating. Like not being able to delete some inventory or assets because due to being linked to a receipt. Adding in inventory while creating an asset can be time consuming.

Reason for choosing Fiix

Price and ease of use where the main driving factors given our small size and being able to pay per seat rather than one lump cost.

We have deliberately designed the system to make it difficult to delete assets for data security purposes, but you should be able to move your old assets to a 'graveyard' site so that you can keep a record of the asset while removing it from your view. We are also always looking to improve our app, so we've also passed your feedback on the purchasing and notification functions to our product team!

### "Fiix in a nut shell"

I was use to working with SAP which is quite cumbersome at times however with Fiix use is more natural as if it's a microsoft program that most people are use to. It helps with some of the frustrations I was use to dealing with.

Pros

It's familiarity and it flows like a microsoft program, big help when leaning a new program.

Cons

I don't really have anything much negative to say. Maybe it cost a bit much to add users, my company is pretty frugal so it can be like pulling teeth at times.

This product is a good value for the money spent. It is cloud based which is important for my type work. Up time is excellent. The search ability to find a specific asset works well also.

Cons

the only con is that there is a little redundancy in detail categories.

Overall our relationship with Fiix has been a success with the application really helping us reduce the administrative overhead of managing our maintenance program.

Pros

\- Quick to get onboarded - Excellent professional services team, but also user-friendly UI allowing self-onboarding - Quick support, dedicated account manager - Big on seeking customer feedback, and implementing feedback in product roadmap

Cons

\- Mainly small UI nuances or consistency in options for similar screens. This may be sorting or selection options - Cost is on the higher end of the mid-tier. If you do not use all of the features the value is questionable.

This tool is essential when it comes to our core business support and we are using it in different areas. Helpdesk tool helps us connect to our internal customers. Equipment and buildings data are kept as an information for maintenance personnel and contracted services in order to better plan and execute work orders. Reminders are set for periodical maintenance and inspection actions that help plan and development of good preventive and prediction maintenance plan. In addition, we use the application for cost tracking and also budgeting expenses.

Pros

Ease of use. Mobile application (iOS/Android). Uptime. Development.

Cons

Helpdesk features need improvement. Change packages in order to increase pricing.

Overall, I am happy with the system, thus we introduce it to other sites as well. Now, more than 6 sites use this CMMS now. All give positive feedback.

Pros

Clean interface, easy to use and setup, no long training time required Schedule maintenance make our life easy and no missing of any maintenance job (provided you set up correctly at the first time) Many ready to use report for user User can custom make own report for own purpose

Custom make report need more skill and knowledge No work permit function (safety), it is a good feature as work order always link to work permit A bit pricy

We have tried the free version for few option few years ago. FIIX is the simpler and easy to use. We believe that our users can accept it easier, rather than those powerful but complex system as most people are against change and unwilling for long basic training. "Make user onboard first" principle make us to go for FIIX.

So far I have got all the parts entered into the system and we are getting all of the mechanics trained to scan the bar codes when taking the parts out. The system was pretty easy to enter the parts in. We haven't started using the system yet to RFQ or order yet.

Pros

I really haven't used a system like this before but I really think it could be very beneficial for the company when we get it all figured and up and running completely. I really like the fact that there is some training that we can get just about anytime we need a question answered.

Cons

I really like the system when using the computer. The App is a little more confusing to me to use especially the new one, taking pictures of the parts was one of the things i liked about the old app and the new one doesn't seem to have that option.

Pros

It has good tracking of parts and PM. Logging hours is also good.

Cons

The reporting, setup of work orders and PO options are not user friendly and are difficult to use.

Pros

Fiix has an easily navigated UI. The search feature generally works very well. Creating/receiving POs is very simple and quick. Creating new parts is very straightforward. Being able to link pdf files in various places is extremely useful.

Cons

There are two items of frustration: 1) Creating reports in Fiix is a giant pain. Newly created reports never seem to function the way I would expect with other software, such as SQL Server Reporting Services or Crystal Reports. 2) Fiix support seems to be very limited. For example, the search function in RFQs does not search the supplier, it is searching an address field, rendering it virtually useless. The response from Fiix is essentially that they have no intention to fix this.

I have used several different types of CMMS systems and this one seems to include most of the features that actually get used.

Pros

I love the training videos. One of the hardest task of getting a new team member up to speed is training them on the CMMS software. With Fiix it is VERY easy for me to have them sit down and go through all the training videos. If they get lost a month later they always know where to go to figure out the task they are trying to do.

Cons

I have to assign what users can and cannot do. I realize this is to make the CMMS as custom for each company, however it does take time to setup.

Fiix is an amazing Software, very easy to use, a lot of useful features and data import/export capability which allows you to perform different analysis. Customer service is excellent. They really value your feedback and is considered to improve the software for future version releases.

Pros

Very easy to use which allows people with low software skills learn quick and be part of your Work Order system and data entry.

Cons

For the hour meter reading entry feature, it would be great if you could see the previews entry on the equipment and prevent the wrong (lower meter reading) value to be entered as the hour meters reading can only and not decrease.

Regular preventive maintenance is what has given us 100% up time over the past 12 months. Fiix (formerly Maintenance Assistant) is key to ensuring all preventive maintenance tasks are performed regularly.

Pros

Great value for the money. Cloud based so there are no hardware expenses. iPhone and Android applications make clearing work orders easy. Very reliable - it's never not worked. We use the product to create preventive maintenance work orders to ensure the reliability of the city public safety radio system. The facilities include AC units, UPSs, and various types of RF equipment that need to be regularly inspected or tested. It's the perfect product for this purpose.

Cons

It can be a bit complicated - some of which is simply due to it being browser/cloud based rather than a stand-alone application.

Pros

Fiix is very easy to use and easy to communicate my day through my daily report, we all need this at the end of a 12 hour shift. Tabs are easy to access, visible, and there is no misleading text. No matter the time of day and I am assuming at heavier traffic times, the software never slows or has delays. I also feel quite safe using the software with required password changes every month. I would recommend Fiix to any worker that has to complete a report of their assigned tasks.

Cons

For some months, Fiix was rather slow at any time of the day. This was resolved after a survey of the software's recent performance. Tablets also tend have a slower time on the software but this could be the tablets performance and specs.

I was fortunate enough to be part of the Beta testing for MACMMS (can I still get it for free??) so I have seen most of the improvements come through and it indicates to me they are dedicated to continuous improvement and dedication to their customers.

Pros

Fiix is really easy to learn. Interface is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Easy and intuitive customization to function however you need.

Cons

Report writing function could be a little easier. Maybe add hoverable descriptions for each report, there are so many similar reports it can be confusing although there are many more reports available now than ever. Changing the name was an issue since we referred to "Maintenance Assistant" in several SOPs integral to our Food Safety Management System and had to go through and change all those references.

We always had a CMMS for the main facility. But our 22 pump stations out in the field were all done on paper. Now it is all part of one system. And now the whole staff has access to it. It acts as a constant "to-do" list for us to ensure we never run out of work to do and that everything is being properly maintained.

Pros

The fact that it is cloud based let us implement it for the assets that are out in the field, away from office PC's let everyone use it and not just office people.

Cons

Creating a WO has gotten better since we first started using it. But it could be even more simplified to get the staff doing the work generating WO's instead of just fixing what is broken. The simpler the better.
