I believe that if the program is setup correctly form the start by an administrator that knows what they are doing and then maintained by a administrator with full knowledge in how the system should be used it can be a very good system for tracking records as well as operating within business needs.

Pros

The software makes it easy to keep highly detailed records.

Cons

When searching for an item and you click on one then return to the search it returns back to the top of the page not back to where you clicked on that item

Steep learning curve for a complicated implementation with high reward.

Pros

The enterprise tier of fiix offers a significant amount of customizability. The industry I work in (Bikeshare) is somewhere between fleet management, production and field operations. This leaves a lot of cats to be herded. Fiix allows us to be as granular or big picture as we need to be to track metrics for internal use as well as reporting to our clients, and manage our SLAs, and also allows us to roll multiple types of inventory into that. The API has allowed us to build powerful integrations with the other software we have to use to manage the actual bikes and docking stations.

Cons

Sometimes the dev team at Fiix can be a bit slow to respond to some of our needs which are, admittedly, pretty niche.

As previously stated, one of the most valuable aspects of Fiix is the organizational and work order tracking benefit. It is quite user friendly for a powerful tool which has been great when building out the Facility and officially implementing Fiix. Customer service experience has been great - very helpful and knowledgeable with the product.

Pros

Fiix helps quite a bit with organization. We can track work order history on specific assets for an easy digital log, as well as being able to look back and see when work was completed. This is great from an internal organization aspect, as well as having documentation for regulatory bodies.

Cons

Work order submission from within the organization takes buy-in from staff. This is not a bad thing but requires ongoing support to get everyone on board. It would be great for non-administrator technicians to be able to see all work orders (even if the work order is unassigned) - basically if technicians could have complete visibility of work orders.

In general, as someone who is exploring the features, I feel this software has great potential in our operation.

Pros

The software is somewhat user-friendly however there are many "hidden features" yet for me to find. It is difficult for the end-users, maintenance workers, to use the system and they end up printing the work orders.

Cons

If the functionality of the mobile app was improved, this would be a great asset.

Reason for choosing Fiix

FiiX was my first choice, the product support has always been outstanding, and we have never search for an option.

### "Great too for day to day use"

Pros

I enjoy using the FIIX program for keeping track of all my day to day equipment use and it’s a great tool for organizing what tasks require to be completed. I have a lot on my plate so FIIX is a great tool for keeping me on track.

Cons

Only thing is I feel the program could be a little more user friendly when it comes to editing/fixing error input readings.

I like Fiix. It is a great program and I defiantly recommend it to others. Customer service is easy to deal with. I have never had an real issue with the program at all. Works very well.

Pros

I like the history it keeps. I can always look back, even if it is a ticket that has been closed.

Cons

Inventory sheets. I have them set up better to count, but it still not exactly what you need for a parts room.

Great communication with the Fiix team when issues are identified, great training videos that show all steps within Fiix and that can easily be viewed throughout any and all functions. Identifying and customizing reports that are needed has been simple with Fiix team help.

Pros

The ease of use of the software and ability to use thru mobile app is a plus for our maintenance technicians and floor foreman. The app gives live data as to status updates of the work orders and assets. FIIX mobile gives the access to look at where a work order stands without having to go to your desk and can do it from the floor by easily scanning QC codes

Cons

The app is based around technicians for performing and modifying work with no ability to look at widgets and modify based on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Bem, há uma gama de conhecimento ainda inexplorado por mim. Mas o FIIX se tornou uma ferramenta importante no meu dia a dia. Ele me ajuda nas baixas de materiais e onde estão localizados. Acredito ser uma boa ferramenta para fins de controle de estoque.

Cons

Como mencionei anteriormente, não posso dizer com prioridade o que falta melhorar, pois somente uso uma parte desse "iceberg".

I have been able to manage and maintain the Calibration & Preventative Maintenance department.

Pros

\- Being able to trace back and log all work orders is always a plus. - Different types of reports.

Cons

\- What I like least about that the fix is that it doesn't calculate/show the next due date on the Schedule Maintenance and the operator needs to figure out the maintenance 'due date', by adding the suggested completion date to the trigger date. It will be much easier if it showed the 'math' on the 'schedule tab'. - I have had issues with the 'time' on the due dates. If I set the SM to trigger a WO in the afternoon, based on the time of the suggested completion date, it will show up as overdue on the reports.

Having the ability to have all information in one database is extremely important for our company during our audits. This product is very good.

Pros

The software has so many options to keep track of everything from maintenance work orders to the cost associated with projects. The ease of using Fiix makes it seamless in integrating new assets and adds value because of the time saved with everything at your fingertips.

Cons

Not too much. The time it takes to initially enter all assets and machinery etc... Once that is complete though it is very user friendly.

Fiix is very user friendly. It's easy to use and it can be self taught.

Pros

\-Fiix is really easy to learn and use. -I love how the search feature and filters are customizable and allows to easy find anything whether by assett number or user. -The design is also nice, very clean and easy on the eyes.

Cons

\-Don't really like the idea that the work orders can always be edited, even after they are closed. I think it has it's purpose, but it would be good to see a log of what changes were made to a work order, after being closed by a user. -The time is bit confusing when running reports for an overnight period, seems it's a combination of UK and Canadian time.

Having only used this product, collectively, for about a year and a half, my knowledge base of the FiiX and it's use has improved with time. The functions that we, as a company use from the FiiX, fulfill our current needs very well for both organization information and audit purposes.

Pros

I like the Work Order notification listing that is updated each day, stating a device's next PM or calibration due date, that has been initially set up for each new asset/device in the FiiX.

Cons

Scheduled Maintenance updates can be tricky when "next due" dates are affected by either a 30 day month or 31 day month. Other functions such as the correct and most effective use of some of the the "Reports" options can be a bit overwhelming for me.

I love the myriad of benefits it offers for maintenance management. The ease of use is remarkable, since I was able to start using all the functions quickly and without problems.

Pros

What I like the most is its ease of use and full functionality. With just a few clicks you can organize and manage all my assets and inventory efficiently.

Cons

While this is not a major issue, it would be great to have easier integration with other tools and systems I use at my company.

IT'S BEST THAT ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE EQUIPMENT AND ITS CONDITION IS 1 CLICK DISTANCE, OF COURSE IT IS WHEN THE INFORMATION IS COMPLETELY COMPLETED.THERE IS A GOOD ASSISTANCE CENTER.

Some of the search bars can be annoying. When you click in the wrong place, it's very difficult to get back to where you were before.

Overall, Fiix is no less than 5 star.

Pros

Analyzes over 3200 current assets, with work orders, history and preventive maintenance, easily and efficiently. Reporting is amazing, as well the level of support.. Fiix is constantly growing and adding features to keep up with the everchanging audits , and changing needs we request.... I simply love it! With 3200 assets , close to 1100 preventive maintenances in place, and one administrator/developer, FIIX has made it possible to keep up, and excel in our maintenance department.

Cons

I have no negative feedback. I love using this program.

Custom reports are difficult to create and they are not fully custom. You cannot generate a report by time.

Undeniably Thankful to the developers. Fiix has made my work so easy and ensure I don't double book or rather duplicate an order.

Pros

With Fiix, I view all my work orders and am able to prioritize according to the urgency.I use Fiix anywhere in any region in the world even without Internet. then once I access internet, Fiix automatically updates my work Orders.

Cons

So far so good. I haven't experienced any dislike with Fiix, Infact, it my best software in matter Work Orders.

Fiix is a great value for the money and does exactly what I need it to.

Pros

I find fiix does exactly what we need it to. We mostly use it as a work order generator. Desktop dashboard is awesome. I can put the information at my fingertips that I need.

Cons

The app. I don't find it as useful as I thought. As a supervisor I would like to see all my staffs work order on my phone but can't. Reporting isn't the easiest if you want something other than the reports given to you by fiix. I have come to understand how to generate my own reports but I find it difficult and I have a pretty good computer based knowledge.

I feel like we pay too much for using so little of the software, but I am not willing to go through the setup process with another software.

Pros

What I like most about the Fiix software is the elimination of paper records of maintenance issues/repairs

Cons

What I like least is: 1)the inability to get phone support without upgrading the service. 2)the inability to customize the cost of the software based on needs...meaning, we use the software for it's most basic components, not for inventory, parts ordering, etc. 3)the nightmare setup procedure of creating all the CSV files.

Pros

When used correctly by our facility staff, it is a great tool and will help us take better care of our properties and equipment.

Cons

It is very difficult to train the facility staff on how to set it up properly. Many facility staff across the BSA are in a generation that is not the most technically inclined. It would be nice if there were some preloaded tasks that could be selected like pool cleaning and bathroom cleaning and the like since those seem to be fairly universal processes.

Pros

The QR codes and the ability to print them is a useful tool in quickly identifying specific company assets. You eliminate having to read the extensive list of assets to select the one you need. you just scan the code on that asset and get immediate feedback for it. I also like the reporting feature. It already has canned reports that are useful tracking work order suggestions, request and completions. This is helpful for streamlining your general maintenance process.

Cons

There needs to be a feature that will let you print multiple duplicates of QR labels at a single printing.

Reason for choosing Fiix

It was a basic database that which was store on a cloud. this eliminated the need to acquire extra storage space for data records. Plus it was reasonably priced.
