Pros Omnitracs One makes managing drivers and vehicles much easier with its intuitive platform. The real time tracking is accurate, and the route planning tools save a lot of time and fuel. I also appreciate the log management features, which help keep everything compliant and organized. Overall, it provides excellent value for the money. Cons The system can feel overwhelming at first due to the number of features, so there’s a bit of a learning curve. The world is ever changing and with many of our teams working remote and out of state this platform allows for a near seamless transfer of information. Logistics is able to route and provide manifest which allow our operations team to then pull orders and prepare for the deliveries the next day! Pros I enjoy the ease of accessing our driver manifest that we utilize daily. Omnitracs allows for our logistics and operations teams to seamlessly work together. Cons I do experience from time to time a delay, it can be slow to load information. I also wish the reports menu was easier to physically navigate. It can be difficult to view the options. At first i was a little worried because i am not very savvy at technology but it is really user friendly and customer support is in another level of quality. Pros We have been using Omnitracs one for almost a year now, it's basically the best app to track your equipments (i use it to track my trucks in real time). Me and my \[sensitive content hidden\] own 15 trucks of different sizes and we rent it to trusted people, however, we need to know all the time where they are at since we transport different merchandise of differents companies that also want to know if they products are safe. Cons I haven't seen any drawbacks yet, i really like work with it. Now, their customer service is a complete disaster. It’s impossible to reach anyone, and when you finally do—after waiting 7–8 hours for a call—they have no clear answers and no idea what they’re doing. Ordering new units is a nightmare, and existing customers are treated like nothing. But if you want to buy something new, suddenly, you’ll get through with no problem. It’s all about profit over service. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone unless they radically overhaul their customer service. They don’t deserve new clients. Pros there’s not much to be liked about this company Cons There’s nothing to like about this company. I’m just stuck with them because I already installed and purchased the units.
