### "Builder Trend Review from and established Custome Builder"

December 19, 2023

3.0

It has been disappointing. If you are a Coconstruct user I would recommend you wait as long as you can and then either switch to Builder Trend or at that point maybe there will be some better software in the marketplace. Six months in, and tens of thousands of dollars implementing we are 50/50 on whether we will keep it. We keep trying to find work around. We have 10 people on our team and no one is pleased. We are hopeful that they will change. We have asked why they do not adopt more features from CoConstruct and we are told they are considering it. Unfortunately they do not list these changes on the Road Map of changes they say they are working on. We are beginning to think they really do not plan on adopting more of Coconstruct and just say they are to attract Coconstruct's loyal followers.

Pros

The product does look good and they seem well capitalized which bodes well for their longevity. They also bought the software that we used, CoConstruct, and had said they were going to merge the two, taking the best of both software.

Cons

We moved from CoConstruct. Buildertrend has a ton of features but it is not intuitive and does not tie together well. It is a mile wide but an inch thick. It is not designed for the Custom Home Builder, it is for a production Builder software. It does not tie well to Quickbooks either. Overall Builder Trend has lots of features, but they "live" in different silos and one function does not communicate well with the other function. The estimate software is bad, and way too complicated. You cannot condense multiple estimate lines into love category, etc.... The specifications tab does not translate to the selections. You cannot add attachments to the specifications. CoConstruct was a beautiful software that worked wonderfully and was design to be efficient. Builder Trend is not.

### "Great for any construction company"

April 18, 2023

5.0

Great product for any construction company/builder. Keeps projects schedules updated as well as can be a great resource for photos from site.

Pros

Easy way to keep track of schedules, change orders, photos from site etc. All of the trades and team members have access and can update any information if required.

Cons

When used on my phone, a lot of the time the projects won't load, therefor cannot access information on site, which is sometimes critical

### "There are better options"

March 4, 2024

5.0

Pros

The estimate and proposal templates were very easy to use and got used often. When we had more than one job that was similar, we created a template so sending out the estimate and the proposal went very quickly.

Cons

The mobile app was almost unusable. It often crashed or refused to load and only offered limited features from the main software, so all our crew only used the app for the time clock feature. If we had to access the software in the field, we all just used the mobile web browser on our phones and loaded the full webpage.

### "Disappointing"

February 8, 2021

2.0

Initially, we thought it was ok. Every day we worked, however, we found more and more workarounds. they far outweighed the positives early on. Truth is, the salesperson had MORE than enough information to know that we wouldn't be a good fit, but they lied to us. As a service-based business, this is a joke of a program. It's made for companies with FEW customers and FEWER jobs. If you're trying to get by with not activating your customers - nothing works correctly. the system ABSOLUTELY does not "integrate" with Quickbooks. It only accepts SOME information - and what it allows leaves you having to duplicate entry more than 1/2 of your jobs data. Even moving from the "leads" module to a customer after they sign, only gives you the BARE minimum information on the customer. Most of the data doesn't even transfer. When you try to do more - like we hired a professional consultant for $600 to help us - we just found out more lies and more problems until we finally gave up.

Pros

The customer integration is nice. The system was stable even out in the field.

Cons

The customer service STUNK. The sales staff knew FULL WELL what we needed and why, and they lied to us to get the sale. 6 months in we found out the REAL answer of the Quickbooks integration - basically it sucks. We were looking to eliminate places of duplicate entry - not create more. Document management is horrible. basically a DOS system where you can't even scroll in between photos. Lack of ability to have a customer, be a trades partner, be a subcontractor - which happens all the time.

Wendy, Thanks for sharing your experience with us. This isn't the typical feedback we receive + we always strive to provide top notch service to our customers. I want you to know that we've heard your feedback + will reiterate to our sales team the importance of ensuring a good fit. We're specifically designed for custom home builders and remodelers, but many other businesses, like yours, can find success with CoConstruct. In a review of your interactions with our team, we did do everything we could to accommodate your needs. All tickets submitted were addressed + when your 1st coach wasn't a fit, we assigned a new one + extra sessions to help with your success. We're are surprised to hear about your QuickBooks concerns, since our integration is widely considered the best on the market. If there are any other specifics that you'd like to share, we'd be happy to dive in more. We hope you are able to find another application that is better designed for your business. BW, Marketing

### "Bad FInancial Reporting. Don't use this software. "

May 26, 2022

2.0

I really don't like it and each year as they grow their customer service gets worse and worse.

Pros

it has great visual organization and options.

Cons

the payables and receivables don't link. it is very difficult to make sure you have billed everything you have done and even harder to report this to your client. Also, they claim to have product integration with QuickBooks but it does not work. They couldn't figure it out nor could a QuickBooks pro consultant we hired. We paid quit a bit of money and never could get QuickBooks to communicate.

Reason for choosing Buildertrend

I didn't I dropped them after 3 years because they didn't do updates they said they were but still increased their price by 80%. Also, they claim to have product integration with QuickBooks but it does not work. They couldn't figure it out nor could a QuickBooks pro consultant we hired.

### "Great software for job organization!"

February 4, 2020

5.0

Overall Buildertrend has transformed our company for the better and brought us successfully into the future. We were able to go from all paperwork to virtually all digital. Files drawers full of paperwork sorted by each job are a thing of the past. Now all the information anyone needs is all packaged nicely, per job, at our fingertips!

Pros

I love the all encompassing information housing Buildertrend provides for each of our jobs. All of our team members can access this info with ease. No more information hiding in private emails or documents hiding on company drives...all of which cause major problems when team members are on holiday or out sick.

Cons

There are a few quirks and drawbacks I have found on Buildertrend. The most common qiurk seems to be the inconsistency of the same functions across different sections in Buildertrend. For instance uploading a file is done one way in one section of Buildertrend and a different way in another. Same with deleting items. In one section things just delete, in other sections you have to verify deletion and then select done...two extra steps. In the Leads section I can send a document out to be signed whether or not a customer has a log in to Buildertrend, but in the Change Order section (once the lead is a job) I can no longer send documents to an external emails for approval. I have to use Docusign to get signatures. This is not very streamlined. Seems like they had different teams writing code for different sections and they never communicated to each other on how to keep functions consistent throughout the software. The worst drawback is that there is essentially no function for schedulING. The scheduLES within each job are great, but when it comes time for a foreman to see what team members and subs are scheduled on what jobs and what ones are available to schedule, there is no function :(

Reason for choosing Buildertrend

We chose Buildertrend over other CRM and data management software products because of it's focus on the construction field and all of the features and integrations it offered to really provide that one stop shop for our business to run off of.

### "Co-Construct has changed our business"

April 7, 2021

5.0

Pros

From the 50,000 foot view, we are able to do more business thanks to the nearly countless features this program offers. It is incredibly user friendly and the customer service is by far better than any company I've ever dealt with.

Cons

The accounting integration is time consuming. I truly do not believe that this is a down side to Co-Construct however...it is the nature of making it work the way it needs to. Getting over this hurdle, which CC provides plenty of assistance to do, and you are off to the races.

### "Could Be a Great Solution for a General Contractor with Large Projects"

July 17, 2018

3.0

Overall, BuilderTrend seems like it could be a good solution for companies that build homes or do other large projects like that with subcontractors. It definitely is not designed for companies that do small jobs or many jobs with one client. Be ready with questions when meeting with your BT rep during your 90 day trail time. Have them show you how things are done so you understand how it works 100%. There were a few features that were promised to us, but then when we asked more specific questions, it turned out that those things were not as promised. However, probably a great tool for a general contractor needing to stay organized and wanting to stay transparent to clients!

Pros

\- Time tracking with overtime automatically calculated. - Job costing with custom jobs/types. Can generate reports so you can see effectiveness of employees. - Different views for job schedule which can be nice - calendar, agenda, gantt. - Can store unlimited photos, videos, and documents. All are organized in folders and can be shared with the client easily. - Can assign multiple employees to jobs as well as subcontractors and their prices and information. - It will show your current costs, so you can see how much the job is costing the client in real time. - Most everything is customizable and template based. - You are assigned a specific rep from BT that will answer all questions and do live training with you - Very helpful. - There are a fair amount of videos available online from other users who are also using the software. - Effective for companies that deal with large jobs with many moving parts and subcontractors. - Client portal for each job that includes notes, pictures, videos, progress, invoices, etc. This all can be hidden from clients as well and customized to how much information you are wanting to share.

Cons

\- Calendar feature doesn't allow you to drag and drop jobs or scheduled items and also allow clients to view it. You can either drag and drop or have it be viewable to clients. This is fairly simple to switch back and forth, but it adds extra steps. - App is not user friendly for employees or technicians. There are too many buttons to press. - This software only works well for companies that handle large jobs that are long term with many elements. - To-do's are fairly simple and not well designed. Great that you can add photos, videos, docs to each checklist item. But there's only 1 checkbox per item, no title for the item, and no way to make the to-do list required for employees. - If you don't press "save" after uploading photos/videos or writing notes, they will disappear and you can easily erase notes. No window that reminds you to save work before moving on. - Extremely job-based. You must chose the job and then you can view schedule, clock in, add notes, complete checklist, etc. Not easy to view all jobs at same time. - No line items for invoices. - Client portal is set up to be job-based and not client-based. That means every job will have to have a different username for the client to log into. - Overtime that is automatically calculated doesn't automatically calculate a higher rate on the client's budget. - Learning curve is overall fairly steep. As a fast learner and pretty technically able, it took me a while to figure out how the software worked. Not super intuitive. - Not a very updated or attractive look.

### "Agrxis Review on CoConstruct"

May 19, 2023

5.0

CoConstruct has proven to be a fantastic management tool for my building projects, in my opinion. My productivity has been substantially eased by the feature-rich package, which has also improved communication with my staff and clients. Efficiency and productivity have considerably increased because to the ability to handle project finances, schedules, and communications in a single location. The interactive client site has also impressed me since it enables easy contact and keeps all parties informed about the status of the project. The ability to manage estimates, invoicing, and financial reporting has been made easier by the interaction with financial tools. The mobile app also guarantees that I may handle tasks while on the road and stay connected. CoConstruct has helped my construction company overall by streamlining project administration and producing good results.

Pros

I adore CoConstruct, and it is now a necessary tool for all of my building projects. The extensive project management tools of CoConstruct are one of my favorite aspects of the software. CoConstruct covers every stage of the building process, from early planning and budgeting through scheduling and communication. Real-time collaboration with my staff and clients has greatly increased productivity and decreased misunderstandings. The platform's simple navigation and clear user interface make it simple to organize projects, keep track of deadlines, and monitor progress. My project's financial administration has been simplified by the integrated financial tools, which include cost monitoring and invoicing. Additionally, the CoConstruct team's customer service has been outstanding, always helpful and responsive whenever I have a query.

Cons

Despite having a mostly pleasant experience with CoConstruct, there are a few features that I didn't particularly enjoy. First off, especially for smaller construction companies or independent contractors, the price structure might be a little on the expensive side. For some people seeking for a more cost-effective alternative, the price may be a deterrent.

### "I didn't know what I was missing..."

February 5, 2020

5.0

I am finding myself being more accurate and detailed with estimates and labor costs. The time clock feature takes a lot of calculating off my shoulders. The scheduling, estimating, change orders, to-do's, daily logs, and PO's/bills features cut my logging time in half and the fact that everything is stored on Buildertrend and that I can make this information visible to clients prevents me from going through repetitive actions to keep people on the same page. Using the cost catalog with cost codes makes for a streamlined process in creating and releasing information to the client, this also keeps an accurate record of activities and makes for a very professional look when showing these documents to clients. I have so much more time in my day to tackle more productive and urgent matters while handling day to day operations for current jobs in a fraction of the time compared to not using Buildertrend.

Pros

The live updates in communication with subs and clients makes this software very desirable for my clients. Simplifies the process of communication and keeping people up to date.

Cons

For a single person that handles all day to day operations for a company and trying to learn a new software is a challenge. Not necessarily a con but to integrate the software makes for a bigger workload for a couple weeks.

Reason for choosing Buildertrend

I have seen several products that help with some operation in a company. The most disappointing factor with all the programs I have seen and tried is that at some point flaws are revealed as to why "it just won't work for me". There was always something left out or it couldn't handle enough information and tasks for me to really make the software worth my time to continue to use it. The biggest factor for giving up on looking for other programs was that I had just decided there aren't programs available that "work" and are still affordable for smaller companies. Within the first couple of minutes of the sales pitch, I realized just how inclusive Buildertrend is regarding day to day operations. So I decided to try it out to put it to the test since I could get my money back if I say it was not worth my time. Fast forward 90 days, now I see major improvement in turnover time for estimates, streamlined assigning tasks to workers and clients to keep the project moving, and a completely new level in completing selections for interior finishes and items to be selected for the project. I have received very positive feedback regarding the professionalism and thoroughness of details and information presented to clients through Buildertrend which has been a direct correlation to clients using their accounts to access information for the project. I believe this software is a big improvement towards our success.

### "BuilderTREND Review - Property Management Company"

January 27, 2022

5.0

BuilderTREND has been a great tool that has continuously allowed us to grow at over 30% annually. We purchase over 50 properties per region/do constructions on those properties. BuilderTREND has been able to help us stay organized and on top of things as we scale.

Pros

Our company and employees really enjoy BuilderTREND due to its project tracking capabilities. In addition, it is able to integrate into the third-party product we use (Salesforce). This makes this product an obvious choice for our companies needs.

Cons

There are no real cons I can vouch for at this time. This product currently meets our needs!

### "Co Construct Revultionizing Business Management For Remodeling and Custom Home Builders"

December 12, 2019

5.0

Co Construct has improved operations efficiency in several of the companies I have worked with. Co Construct is able to take a project from the first contact all the way through completion and provides an accountability for the client and the contractor which has been a big support gap in the past decade. Co Construct improves the builder and sub contractor experience as well with features that provide a daily log of comments and photos from the subs to the contractor in one place that is stored for record. Co Construct has also made keeping track of financials much easier and creating and facilitating change orders from the field. All of the features of Co Construct are streamlined in the mobile app for easy to train functionality with employees, subs and vendors. Overall I just cant express enough how Co Construct continues to improve the Remodel and Custom home sector of Residential construction.

Pros

Co Construct is so much more than a project management software system. Co Construct integrates your entire business operation into one easy to use cloud base platform. The support team dedicated to Co Construct users is a feature that no other company in this field can match. Co Construct continues to innovate their product daily through their client based interactions and feedback. Co Construct has gone above and beyond through their development of a "Community" discussion board within the existing software that enables all of their clients to interact with each other and the Co Construct ambassadors. Co Construct offers Co Camp training as well as Co Con (annual conference based on builders engaging with other builders) this is a unique approach to not only improve clients knowledge of the software but will assist them with overall productivity in their respective businesses. The Software itself is very easy to learn and very adaptable to any size business model. Co Construct has a library of videos to assist with the onboarding process. Co Construct has made a huge investment in securing their clients information as well.

Cons

It would be very difficult for me to identify anything that I do not like about this software. Co Construct has done a phenomenal job of identifying and improving any areas that were lacking in the offered software package and continues to develop more efficient improvements. I look forward to the future as they continue to grow the Leads feature as well as integration into the mainstream calendar support.

Reason for choosing Buildertrend

Co Construct is a very specific software model geared specifically to Residential Remodel and Custom Home builders. Co Construct has stayed true to this specific construction niche. Many of the other products are geared more toward service sectors. Co Construct has a pricing model that is more in line with being able to service the smaller companies or companies like Cullum Homes a NAHB award winning company. Co Construct is just so much more than a software company and really provides award winning support to improve their clients business systems or in many cases create those systems side by side with their clients. Co Construct's mission and vision continues to focus on its existing clients as well as future clients.

### "Terrible Construction Management System and Service"

October 15, 2020

2.0

This service is no longer worth it. The app never works, it upsets alot of customers because they can't pay their invoice and have login problems. Technical support responds in a way that is similar to saying "oh well" or what would you like me to do about it" or "it is what it is". Those are highly unacceptable answers for 200.33 a month. Time to finally transition to ProCore and let Co-Construct keep their mess. I rather pay the higher fee for a service that won't drive away my customers.

Pros

Job costing Ability not communicate in one system Ability to share photos and documents

Cons

Excessive messaging even when it's turned off Constant issues with login on customer end Constant issues with the payment system Hates QuickBooks Problems with entering taxes Uses a text format rather than Word in Proposal/Estimate section No 24 hour customer support No solutions available to fix issues Cost more than it's worth when half of the system is having problems on a daily basis Price

Alternatives considered

[Procore](https://www.capterra.com/p/56250/Procore/)

Reason for choosing Buildertrend

Price and services. Definitely not worth it now as this was 4 years ago and the service is now extremely terrible. It's like the Walmart of all the Construction Management systems. We will be switching to ProCore.

Aayah -- This is Donny Wyatt, Founder and CEO at CoConstruct, and I want to apologize for what sounds like an unacceptably rough experience from your end. Our team will be reaching out, but what I can see from our records, your implementation coach has been trying to schedule times to work with your team. They've replied that they were busy, and that we should check back later. That's understandable, but it sounds like we didn't have a chance to get the feedback from your team so we could try and address it. Likewise, we haven't received any support tickets about most of what you mentioned. We'd love to have a shot at it, since many of the things you mentioned are areas that work well for thousands of our clients. I completely understand if you've just mentally moved on, and if you do just commercial projects, ProCore may be a better option for you, anyway. But, if you would like to give us a chance to make it right, please reply to your coach, and we will jump right on it.

### "Good construction management tool with much potential"

December 22, 2014

3.5

Pros

I like how Co-construct can help with scheduling and keeping a project more organized. The new scheduling tool is a big step in the right direction. It is fluid, user-friendly, and very functional. If all of Co-construct was patterned after the look and feel of the way the schedule is built, that would almost do it for me. There would, or course, be a few little things here and there I'm sure, but the majority of it would be there. I it also nice how honest and open you guys are to constant improvement. This is the best way to be the best!

Cons

It is too much like a social networking program and not enough like a professional tool.

Response from Buildertrend

December 31, 2014

Hi Colby, Thanks for the input. It sounds like you’ve already shared your feedback with our support team, which is good. We’ve got all of your suggestions logged. However, I did want to specifically respond to a few of your points, since they are items that we actually addressed in some recent updates or are functions designed to provide features that are helpful to users who may be choosing to use the system a little differently from you – which is fine, since no two custom builders operate the same way: #1 – We have been adding some more full-screen options, such as with the new Gantt, Task, and Baseline views, which will grow as large as your browser window and screen make available. #3 – The Activity Manager feature does allow the viewing of a particular partner’s schedule across one or more projects to see scheduling conflicts. You can also have a multi-partner, color-coded view for seeing scheduling conflicts without having to run a report for each partner. #4 and #5 – The term “files” vs. “documents” is a bit of a matter of personal preference. However, within the last week, we’ve upgraded the photo upload tool to a cleaner interface and with better drag-and-drop features for getting multiple pictures into the system quickly. #6 and #7 – Not all of our builders find a need for the separate questions and messages sections, but the questions feature does provide a great way to avoid the issue of a client asking a question, forgetting to respond to it, and then having the client lose faith in your ability to track open issues. With the clear indication of whether a question has been answered, it makes it easier for a builder to not overlook an outstanding item. If a client posts a question, and you decide that you want it elsewhere, you are able to click a link to move it to another spot in the project. #9 – Some builders like to put everything into their schedules. However, having a separate schedule vs. to-do feature allows you manage your larger, planned activities on the schedule without cluttering it up with the small everyday (but still important) items that pop-up. You can quickly add those kinds of items to the to-do list from the website or mobile app. Our reports allow you to see, modify, and close out items from both sections in a single view. So, while it’s obviously your choice which sections you want to use, many of our users find it very helpful to keep the schedule and to-dos separate. #12 – I agree. This is a popular request that I would like for us to address. #14 – The Contacts page does provide a single place to access all of the people involved in your operation, whether they are clients, team members, prospects, or trades. We do have some other screens for managing the specifics if one of those contacts is, for example, a trade partner who needs access to just certain projects. But, you are able to get to all of your contacts from a single section, and then link to any other settings you may need from there. Thanks for the input, and we look forward to continuing to enhance the system based on our users’ feedback! Donny Wyatt President, Co-construct

### "Very useful tool but complicated"

March 22, 2021

5.0

Overall I am happy with the software. It takes a long time to populate everything and it takes a lot of time to learn how to use all of the tools, and it is REALLY expensive, . . . but, it can be a very good tool that saves a lot of money through more efficient RFP process and scheduling.

Pros

I like that, once all of your templates, specs, and trade partners are populated, it is very easy build professional looking proposals, quickly send out and manage RFPs, easily track jobs, and sync with quickbooks.

Cons

I wish there was a better tool in the estimate section for showing Cost to Complete. In quickbooks, there is a report that can show you how you are tracking cost wise against your construction schedule. It would be great to have something like that in CoConstruct. I wish there was a way to check a box on uploaded documents so they could be viewed in multiple places. Example, if I upload a PDF in the bids section, I wish I could also attach it automatically to the applicable section of the selections. As it is now, I have to duplicate that work by uploading it in both places. If the bid request is linked to a spec, it should give the option to attach the bid in both locations.

Builder Trend was difficult to use and did not offer half of what CoConstruct does. It was not user friendly. We are EXTREMELY concerned about the merger of the two companies. If CoConstruct turns into Builder Trend, we will stop using it. We spend 5K plus annually on CoConstruct between monthly service and the per project cost of Active Projects.

### "Improving but needs more work"

April 7, 2021

3.0

It’s been easy so far but a lot more to understand. A large expansive software that allows me to communicate effectively with trades. I wish the software was more user friendly for trades and their schedules

Pros

I like how user friendly it is for me. I am 26 years old. I understand how to operate a computer. For a lot of my colleagues who are older, they have a harder time. I like how the site has been very easy and quick to get down. User functionality is a plus.

Cons

I don’t like how the software allows me as an admin more ability to see details of jobs in certain views and makes my trade partners click into each job to see names of jobs, and job description etc.

### "Builder Trend Review"

June 13, 2019

4.0

Incredible team product. It takes a lot to learn and get everybody on-board but it ties all parts together in an organized system that can be shared by all on the team. The Daily reports and budget are the most important part to running the business. I know more of what is going on in each job now than when I would try to visit them daily. Great program I do not know how we managed without it

Pros

Daily Reports, Budgets, Owners Portal , Lead tracking and use. file management great. All information is in one place & organized. The To-do Ap is great and has a task check off sheet which is great except for one fatal flaw.

Cons

Messaging comes from Buildertrend and not from our own email or our name in front. Confusing clients, reducing branding opportunities for us, creating junk-mail issues with our clients. - We just do not use it. The Billing side is weird but improving. The payments to subcontractors has improved and can be done on a percentage basis but the billing to clients does not. We use an AIA billing form and use that with the Buildertrend system but the Change orders appear and add to the bill making it awkward and we have to tell clients not to ignore the amount owed on the bottom of the billing. The selections ap is a good idea and is believed in by some in our organization. It is awkward and confusing and I personally think it would work better if it was treated somewhat like a change order. I think if the change orders show up on Billing page so should selections. The To-do Ap is great except that it allows the task to be assigned to multiple people. In a way that is good but if more than one person is responsible than no one is. I think it should have a primary responsible person (this can bye done by assigning tasks but that is cumbersome and has other issues. -The To-do Ap is great and has a task check off sheet which is great except for one fatal flaw. The task check off sheet inside the to-do task is great except that the task can be marked complete by anyone though not all the sub tasks have been marked complete

### "Convinced to switch then they rescended their offer. Did not keep their word."

May 23, 2023

1.0

I was promised a trial that overlapped the time I had already purchased at my previous product in order to convince me to switch instead of having paid for 2 products that do the same thing for the same time period. Maybe a month after I switched they called me and said they were no longer offering trials because so many people were signing up off the bat. What he wouldn't come out and admit is that they were going back on their word. They gave me a "credit" that was worth maybe running 5 projects through before I couldn't use the software anymore. They called to try to sell me on an upgrade while simultaneously telling me they were going back on their trail. Not that they weren't offering trials, but that they were going back on their word. I was already in the middle of a trial and they closed it out early. I don't work with businesses whose word means nothing. I have now lost my grandfathered in rates with my previous product and they've forced me into a hard spot. I won't be continuing with them though that it certain.

Pros

Getting a phone call trying to upgrade me out of my trial, refusing, then a week later being told the trial is being cut short and if I don't upgrade the pay now that I will not be able to use their product after switching. I could not even get the rep to admit over the phone that was what was happening. He simply skirted the issue by saying "its from the higher ups". No accountability.

Cons

Their lack of commitment and honesty in keeping true to what the said they would do.

### "Great for my Custom Home Building Company!"

February 5, 2021

5.0

We use this mainly for client communication, daily log and picture and document distribution.

Pros

The two features that I like the most are: The customer communication and the scheduling. Most of the other features are similar to similar products but these two features stand out!

Cons

I do not use all of the features on this platform but they are similar to other products in this category. The iPhone App could use a refresh at the time of this review.

Reason for choosing Buildertrend

I really liked the communication feature so that we could commutate on each individual task.
