it was so easy to access via app or web browser and it was really user friendly! it didn’t take long to figure out how to navigate!

Cons

i thought, when i was using it, that notifications could be better. if you received a message within the app, it wasn’t a push notification.

Allows for information to be viewed accurately and in real time. Usually easy to access and navigate,

Cons

Inconsistent log in features are the biggest complaint and drawback that has been reported and observed thus far.

I have been using WD for 7 months now. It is the only HR platform our company uses, and it does it all well, which is rare.

Pros

Most powerful and user-friendly HCM platform I have used. Easy reporting, intuitive navigation for our HR team.

Cons

The performance management section is not as intuitive as the other functionality but this might be a function of our implementation

Overall it is a good experience. We were able to eliminate 11 platforms and have all of those functions in one.

Pros

The recruitment process can be initiated through HCM, collect and screen applications, interview, hire, and allow employees to have there own portal for self-service.

Cons

Customizable features and options that are specific to our organization can not be configured. Workday is good for basic processes, but when it comes to policies and regulations some features can not be added. Leaving us to complete processes manually.

Although my overall experience with Workday HCM has been pretty good yet it needs to work on the cons that I mentioned to make the platform a better one. Also, I feel it has limited customization option.

Pros

The thing I like about workday is that it provides a variety of options for all HR related services in an organization and the language the platform uses is simple and easy to understand. I also provides tutorials for any operation(for the ones which need one). Also, it provides the option to integrate with a large number of other applications.

Cons

The platform tends to be very slow and non responsive at times which can be a little frustrating. The interface can seem a little complex and overwhelming at times.

I like workday because it is very easy to use; and I have no issues logging in or working within the system.

Superb payroll system at first I wasn't sure but over the last five years it has been a game changer for our Company.

Pros

The realtime information on the payroll is excellent for giving employees up to date information on their pay.

Cons

Quite a complex system if you have to drill down into it but there are Workday experts who can help you with this.

Pros

One Stop Shop for all our hiring needs! It is so great that we can use this application for our applicants and current employee's benefits, HR, payroll information!

Cons

It took some getting used to and a bit of a learning curve to find all the functionalities embedded into the application, but once this was ironed out, the ease of use greatly improved!

Pros

I use it to onboard all trainees and for ATS, B.A.C.L.M.S as well as pre-made/built blocks for time tracking.

Overall, I use Workday most days. Being able to find everything in one place is great, and the ability to run reports to check on training courses etc. is good. It is easy for the instructional designers to upload courses and track completions, and the HR team can run an array of different reports and control access to sensitive data.

Pros

We use Workday HCM at the moment, and it is very powerful, linking talent management, holidays, payroll and benefits. We recently merged systems with another company's systems, and this was tricky but worked well in the end.

Cons

I dislike the fact that Workday will time out annoyingly quickly if you are writing something like a staff review, losing your work irrevocably. I believe this may be a setting changeable by our IS team, but the cloud-based nature of Workday means that it can be fragile to bad connections etc. We have also not yet been able to integrate it into our ADP system for parts of the business, so some managers can't approve leave if their employee works in a different location.

It's good for when you get the job; it's simple and streamlined, but that in turn makes it hard for when searching for jobs.

Pros

It has a good interface; it's simple to use and is good at streamlining a bunch of HR tasks like payroll and general contract stuff.

Cons

It can be annoying to use when searching for jobs; its search feature doesn't show much detail about each job and makes it so that you have to do a lot more looking than with other platforms.

It is a great all in one! I love how it allows me to streamline my processes when it comes to anything and everything when it comes to my employees.

Pros

It was so easy to use, I have never encountered an issue and it has never froze or bugged out like other software. It's also not too expensive. I have used workday products for years and it is one of my favorite HR tools.

Cons

I don't like that you can't change a requisition worker type without having to back all the way out basically and open a brand new requisition.

The software combined all the tasks together. A one stop shop, saves time & makes it easy to get the job done.

Cons

There isn’t a mobile app version available to use the software on the go. That could be very useful.

My overall experience with workday HDM was a good one and getting better as time passes with updates and other correspondence that I've had with customer service.

Pros

What I like most about workday HCM is how the time tracking review and editing worked so efficiently.

Cons

There's not too much I did not like about the workday HCM application but the initial creation of an account did give me a bit of a problem but customer service was able to assist.

The self service options and end-user experience are amazing. We didn't have the same level of insight with our previous vendor.

Cons

It is highly configurable, which is in advantage for ensuring the tool is flexible for multiple industries; however, you really need to have super users or contract out development.

Generally, Workday is a fantastic program. It’s easy to use and once users have learned the program, accessibility to documents, information, and timekeeping is quick and easy.

Pros

Workday does a fantastic job at providing a unified platform. The best part of Workday is that everything you could need can be found in one location. Workday is intuitive and user friendly. It’s incredibly easy to use once you’ve logged in.

Cons

Logging into Workday HCM takes a significant amount of effort when compared with other time management programs. Allowing for FaceID would alleviate this issue.

Workday is detail oriented and provides a great summary of the years I've put in to my career at the same company. It is very successful at keeping things reported accurately and up to date.

Cons

There are slight challenges with trying to find out all the information I may need when a problem arises. Something as simple as replacing my profile photo can take a few tries before getting it correct.

Overall great, does what is supposed to be without extra fancy stuff. Experienced few data issues in the past, not due to the software but the way HR was using it for data storage..

Pros

Practical and all in one tool for HR and talent management, starting from employee data, to compensation information, performance review etc. Functional and straight to the point interface and all around capabilities.

Cons

Not so good UI, pretty basic and sometimes difficult to access specific info. An update would be required to combine innovative capabilities leveraging UI customization and AI, with solid data storage and management.

Overall it has been great. User friendly and directions for each app is either easy to follow or easy to guess!

Pros

It was easy to read and easy to follow. Even with changes, links were easily found and not confusing.

Cons

Extra links were hidden.I have to select VIEW EXTRA APPS to see the other fields needed, and the drop down boxes, although it covers all areas, is sometimes challenging to negotiate
