My overall experience with Workday HCM was very positive. As an ERC Sr. Associate at Amazon, I used the platform regularly to support employees with HR inquiries, payroll concerns, scheduling, and workforce management processes. The system was reliable, organized, and helped improve operational efficiency. It significantly reduced manual work and made employee support more streamlined. While there were occasional technical challenges, the overall functionality and ease of use made it a valuable HR management solution.

Pros

Workday HCM has a very user-friendly interface and is highly efficient for handling HR operations at scale. During my time as an ERC Sr. Associate at Amazon, it helped streamline employee data management, payroll support, attendance tracking, and case management. The platform integrates multiple HR functions into one system, making it easier to access employee records, process requests, and manage workforce operations efficiently. The reporting and analytics tools were also very useful for generating insights and supporting decision-making.

Cons

At times, the system could feel slow during peak usage hours, and certain workflows required multiple steps for simple tasks. Some updates or configuration changes also had a learning curve, especially for new users. My overall experience with Workday HCM is amazing! I feel like it's easy to use and the customer support is amazing! It also makes my daily tasks so much easier since so much of my stuff is now found in one place.

Pros

My favorite thing about Workday HCM, is how everything is all in one place. The ease of use is amazing! There aren't any bugs or issues like I've experienced in the past with other applications.

Cons

My least favorite thing about Workday HCM is the fact that it is a bit more costly than others, but it is well worth it in my opinion.

My overall experience with Workday was very strong with communication and costumer service, one of the best and over all web-base software.

Pros

I appreciate the service that workday provide to new hires, it is very easy to use for scheduling and for HR communication.

Cons

Workday only had very little interruption, some time the reply lags between new hires and employers, but this is such a small issue, that it can be improved very easy.

My experience has been wonderful with Workday. I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of time clock management.

Workday is a user friendly, great value platform for scheduling and time clock management that we utilize with ease.

Cons

I have encountered no cons when it comes to Workday. It has simplicity and straightforwardness that our organization greatly appreciates.

Workday HCM is a highly reliable and sophisticated platform that effectively centralizes all HR functions into one clean, modern interface. The Power of One architecture ensures data is always accurate across payroll, time tracking, and employee records, which significantly boosts organizational efficiency. While it is a robust system with a vast array of features, its stability and seamless automation make it an excellent long term solution for managing a global workforce.

Pros

Workday HCM is a powerful, all in one platform that excels at centralizing HR and Document Management into a single, intuitive interface. Its greatest strengths are its high system stability with minimal bugs and a seamless Scheduling and Time Clock feature that simplifies daily operations for employees. While it is a premium investment, the Value for Money is clear through the elimination of disconnected third-party tools and the high level of professional Customer Support provided.

Cons

The main drawbacks of Workday HCM are its steep learning curve and the complexity of its back end configuration, which often requires specialized training or expensive consultants. Additionally, while the platform is powerful, the internal search function can be finicky if you don't know the exact terminology, and creating advanced custom reports can be difficult for non technical users.

Pros

I use this program at work, and it is very easy to use. I like the app and the ability to use the program anywhere.

Cons

From time to time we have problems logging in to the app or on the website and that can complicate things for management.

Pros

What I liked most about Workday HCM is the quality of its centralized data model. In practice, employee information, approvals, org charts, talent data, and reporting are managed in one ecosystem. For example, this makes headcount monitoring, workforce planning, and governance much more reliable than using disconnected systems.

Cons

What I liked least about Workday HCM is that implementation and administration can be demanding. In practice, the platform is powerful, but configuration, change management, and user adoption require strong internal ownership. It can also be expensive for smaller organizations.

My Overall experience with workday HCM is amazing. At HCL Technologies, I worked on Oracle Cloud EPM and if I would compare both Workday is more easy to use and understand than the Oracle Cloud.

Pros

Workday HCM is very useful for accounting and financial management. It helps the accountant in easily identifying the invoices and processing them into Workday means of accounting.

Cons

To be very honest, Everything is fine with this software except affordability. For small businesses, It is very difficult to afford it for their business management. Rest everything is fine with this software.

Workday HCM offers a clean, modern interface and a unified platform for HR, payroll, and talent management, which simplifies many processes. Reporting and analytics are strong, with real-time data that’s useful for decision-making. However, the system can feel complex for new users, and certain workflows require multiple steps that aren’t always intuitive. Configuration flexibility is a plus, but it often requires experienced admins to manage effectively. Performance is generally reliable, though occasional slowdowns occur during peak usage. Overall, it’s a powerful and scalable solution, best suited for organizations willing to invest time in proper setup and training.

Pros

Seamless incorporation of utilization of product features in collaboration with payroll management software makes one-stop access a breeze.

Cons

I have not found anything yet that I am dissatisfied with in workday thus far. Every aspect of this application has been positive.
