The management of tasks was very simple, also the environment of software was very pleasant and the functions were intuitive - there was no deep training needed. Cons When some adjustments were needed, the communication with customer support was difficult and the charges quite high. Booked out days in our diary without doing their due diligence and then when they realised cancelled the week before losing us 3 days of business!
